Sonic Drive-In review: Ordered in app and when I get to the restaurant they deliver to car but didn't tell me they were out and I was charged for it.

We've experienced this in the past but with food. We just placed a drink order today and I was charged for the diet cherry syrup, but it didn't come with it. I ordered through the app. I went up to the door and they told me they didn't have any diet cherry syrup so I asked why was it available to order and I was charged for it. It's not the car hops fault, but she didn't even tell me when she delivered the order. It is corporates fault for not having an app that doesn't appropriately show what can be ordered and what is out of stock.
