Sonic Drive-In food and service

Ordered toaster sandwich and 2 shakes. (Was not given a total price over speaker) Server took our order to the wrong car, took it back inside then came right back to our car. I asked if the other ppl touched it and got immediate attitude-bad attitude as if I were at fault for her mistake. Got home and had a cheap flat round bun with mystery meat. Sonic just lost our business. Rude unhelpful employees

Sonic Drive-In behavior

my blast are melting by the time I get them an always wrong when brought out after waiting for 20 mins or longer an bad Service with ice creamm all over cup wear I got all over my hands an Car. and that they can't fix my order unless I pay for both ...i had 2med Oreo blasts an 2 Reese med blast...i would like to be refunded for this..[protected]@gmail.com

Sonic Drive-In customer service/management

We have not had one positive experience in several years at Sonic. We used to go there regularly but now we don't even bother. It takes over 20 minutes to get something as simple as tea. That's unacceptable. The food orders are rarely correct and when you tell them it is wrong, they argue with you. Our family will not return to Sonic of Burnet until it is under new management.

In the last 3-4 years, I have not had ONE positive experience. My family used to go to Sonic in Burnet once a week and we haven't been there in months. They take 25+ minutes for DRINKS, always mess up our order and sometimes leave stuff out of our order completely. We wont be back until management changes.

Sonic Drive-In serving

At approximately 9:20 to 9:30 I ordered a moderately large order at Lavon Sonic Drive-In. After an hour I asked if I was ever to receive my order as they would appear to have not even started on it. I was told that I would have it within 10 minutes after, half an hour I ask them to refund my order. The order cost $24.52. I do hope they actually go through with the refund, otherwise legal action will be taken.

Sonic Drive-In milkshakes/floats

I went to sonic to get the milkshakes after 8 pm. I ordered, waited for the milkshakes, and then paid when they came out. Once I got home, I gave my family of four the milkshake they asked for. I tasted my root bear and I was immediately disgusted by the taste of spoiled ice cream. It tasted so sour and according the rest of my family, their milkshakes tasted about the same.

Sonic Drive-In service

On numerous occasions I have placed an order waited nearly 30 mins and left without food because of the amount of time it takes for a response. I used to pay at the kiosk but after the 1st time learned that lesson. Refuse to return until changes are made. They have been seen smoking pot behind the building by former employees as well. Please review and make changes.

Sonic Drive-In breakfast burrito

On June 10, 2018 at 9:44 am my husband and I were traveling and stopped at Sonic located at 910 N. Douglass, Malden, MO 63963.
We ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burritos.
The fact that it took longer than it should have to receive our order was irrelevant. When we took our first bites of the burritos they were so salty that we could not eat them. We had already left the store so we weren't going back. I literally scraped salt and pepper off of the egg to show my husband how much salt and pepper there was on it. We threw them away. Sonic used to be my fast food place of choice when traveling but not any more. I believe the burritos were intentionally ruined.

I tried to file a complaint that day but was unable to on line for some reason. We paid $10.85 for food that we could not eat and it will be a long time before we stop at that Sonic store again.

Sonic Drive-In service

The service time is appalling at times. To wait 17 minutes for one regular order of mozzarella cheese sticks for my daughter. Then a couple of days later we decided to give our Sonic another chance and waited 22 minutes for a kids cheeseburger meal and ice tea.
Something needs to change. Until then I will have to drive through the new Taco Bell that is being built.
If time becomes your continuous problem. Sonic will be a thing of the past for us here in Burnet TX.

Sonic Drive-In burgers cold, wrong size drink and onion rings not available at 6:25 on a thursday evening

6/14/18 Check #445 10901 East 41 St, Tulsa OK

two orders, both of the burgers were cold - as if they had been refrigerated, and the fries were luke warm. We drove one mile from the drive-in to our house and then discovered our food was less then acceptable. pointed out to the carhop the drink size was wrong, she said this is what is on the ticket. Very disappointed as a I have been a regular customer for years.

Sonic Drive-In food service

I ordered a strawberry sprite and 6 piece mozzarella sticks with marinara and ranch. I got a cup of sprite with no ice and no strawberry. Also I received my mozzarella sticks but no ranch or marinara. And when I pressed the button to get help and correct my order, they ignored it repeatedly. I guess my order didn't matter to them. The food was great but i wish I had a cold strawberry sprite and sauce for the sticks.

Sonic Drive-In - Commercials

I request the commercials featuring the women actors for Sonic be stopped. They are not funny, personable, or talented to act in the commercials as the men are. I hope this is soon because their commercials do not make me feel I want to patronize Sonic Drive-In ever. I'm sure there are more people who feel the same way. Please do this as soon as possible...

Sonic Drive-In food delivered to customer

#2 All condiments (salt, pepper, dipping sauces, ketchup, and ect) were placed in the box on top of the food. Where were the condiments before they were placed in the box? #1 Prior to that, I received a meal that contained an old chicken strip. I brought it back and complained. The young man that came out was nice and seemed concerned. He said that he will take it inside. They began remaking meal #2 . I received it with all condiments packages placed on top of the fresh food? What !

I've noticed today that it must be a policy that Sonics fast food members have been taught to place condiments from under the counter on top of you freshly cooked food before bringing it to you the customer. This is a sad practice that has the customer wondering how many hands have been in that box giving condiments to other customers? Is the food really fresh after that? This has encouraged me to definately pray before eating Sonics!

Sonic Drive-In service

The sonic locations in Espanola, New Mexico refuse to serve ice cream or blasts after 9pm. I believe that the employees do not want to clean the ice cream machine after 9pm. Therefore they tell customers it's not working. This has happened more than 3 times per week. I have attempted to get a blast on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. All nights the machine is "not working". Sonics main advertiserment is ice cream and that's is what customers expect.

Sonic Drive-In double quarter pounder with cheese

On June 13, 2018 at 16:32 I visited the Sonic in Elkton, Maryland after seeing a television advertisement which showed your double quarter pounder with tater tots. When I placed my order i was told that the Elkton Sonic does not have that advertised special at the $2.99 price. I said OK and still ordered the combination. After less then a one minute drive I parked and opened my sandwich. The first thing I notice was that the bun was so stale that it was ripped in half. The next thing I notice was that the cheese which in the commercial is all melted. On my sandwich the cheese was not melt at all and that was because the hamburger was cold. When I took the top of the bun off revealing a hamburger that was so over cooked it seem as if it had been reheated numerous times which caused the hamburger to be so dry I was unable to eat it. I immediately called the phone number on my receipt to express my dissatisfaction with what I received. I told the gentlemen who answered the phone that this was the by far the worse hamburger I had ever had and I must admit I was surprised and angered when the response I received was just O. When I told them that I would be calling the corporate office to complain about the hamburger they hung up on me. As much as I wanted to go back to the restaurant and demand my money back I decided that i was far to angry now and that nothing positive would come from my return so I decided my only option was to contact the corporate office and request that my money for the hamburger be returned to me. The price of my uneatable hamburger with tater tots came to $4.11. The cashier who took my order was #628100021 and I told him wow that was fast and the reason it was it so fast was because my hamburger had been sitting around for who knows how long but it should not had been sold. I honestly hope this was just an unfortunate occurrence and not how things are normally done at Sonic as this was my first visit and probably my last visit out of fear of being less then satisfied again. I truly hope reaching out to someone at the corporate level will result in some thing being done to rectify my unpleasant visit and offer me an opportunity to enjoy your product in a much more satisfactory manner to enable me to be a happy sonic customer for years to come.

I ordered two and my friend said same thing.
maybe I will try a different sonic in area

Sonic Drive-In product

On 6-8-2018 at 10:18pm I went to sonic at 1603 El Paso in Las Cruces nm I tried to order the popcorn chicken but they said they were out so I ordered a chicken dinner with chili cheese fries the fries were so old I couldn't chew them it was also cold the cheese wasn't melted and the chicken was so small it looked like popcorn chicken I also asked for BBQ sauce that i never got

Sonic Drive-In carhop

Had to wait 40 minutes for 4 shakes and a corn dog. We were waiting in a carhop while the workers were only paying attention to the drive through. The people next to us got there after us and went inside and still got their food before us. We finally went inside and it turns out they made our food awhile ago and forgot to bring it to us so the shakes were melted and the corn dog was cold. I'm never going back to Sonic in Bristol, CT. Terrible service.

Sonic Drive-In customer order add - on in shake

Hey my name is Terrence Galloway I went to sonic on 9020 Barker Cypress Cypress, Tx #23 77433 at 8:02pm and I Order larger Strawberry Shake with No whip or Cherry and I ask the young Guy can I add Snickers He told they don't Do they Now I been going to Sonic once I never heard they don't add I ask the Guy again to much and He said they don't I was like wow that's the First or just being lazy it wouldn't that Busy I was gonna pay the Extra Cent.
And I went to This sonic 26044 Northwest Fwy Cypress Tx 77429 Before That one above here and I got round 7:10pm and I Order the same thing Larger Strawberry Shake with no whip or cherry and Snickers my Order was $5.51 some Young guy name Camero the Problem was I waiting like 35min to get my Shake first time I wait thinking they was coming but Not So I push the red button again some girl Answer I ask what happened to my Shake she said they was Busy Now I Been Order my Shake Way Before they got busy I saw people come and Go fast like that once never got my Shake so I left went to that Sonic above. I'm done with Sonic That was mess up. I'm not Saiding anything about Race I'm just saiding

Sonic Drive-In food

I love sonic. I moved to this area two years ago and I go to the Sonic In portalis NM. The meat is pretty cool and left in a warmer. It's always burned. The tator tots ate always and I mean always cold where they were pre cooked. I know what your rules are and I come from a sonic town and I know what good sonic food is . This sonic really makes Sonic have a bad name. I have heard lots of complaints. Please look into this and maybe they can train there managers not precook and leave in warmers. I know they want to get there food out in good time but it shouldn't be at the expense of there food. Thank you

Sonic Drive-In order errors

Tonight after picking up my order I decided to stop and check my order. I ordered one Hash Brown & one French Fries with my Carhop burger specials.

When I opened the bag there were two French Fries, I drove back and got the order corrected. This is not the point in the last six months whenever I would got home the orders were always wrong. I hate MacDonald's so I always go to Sonic.

I want someone to do their job right...
