May 27th about 4:30pm. Me and my grandson pulled into stall 7. Girl on intercom came on very rude, sarcastic. Would not even answer any questions about optional/available food/drinks. She was very hateful/hurtful. I love sonic but will not be back until ms. Macie is reprimanded for her sorry customer service. You don't talk to people like that. Just wrong.

My food was cold they messed up my drink and they gave me the wrong food to and they mess up my friend order to and the food was cold they had rude customer service the girl that took our orders was rude she had a attitude and they took almost a hour to bring us out our food and then the food was cold and nasty and they was short handed to with the workers
drive through service
I drove up to the speaker and had to wait around 5 minutes and I had to say "hello? Hello? Hello?" multiple times before I had anyone speak and help me. Then once I ordered, she didn't say anything and I had to ask if she got my order. Then she didn't tell me my order was complete or to drive up or anything. Once I got to the window, I wasn't acknowledged for another few minutes.

A recent problem I have had with the restaurant Sonic located in Atoka, TN, has apparently reared its ugly head once again, so perhaps I need to go to Social Media in order to stop this behavior or get this problem resolved. I have already resolved this problem at my end by simply refusing to do business with any Sonic restaurants or their affiliates but they will not or cannot let this go. Below is the emails I have sent and their results:
05-22-2018. Approx. 9 PM. Store #13. Located in Atoka, TN. Sorry, I have no receipt. I didn't realize you even had receipts. I have never gotten or have been offered a receipt from Sonic. I parked in stall #4, pushed the red ordering button, then sat there for 10 minutes. Never got waited on. I then moved to another stall (#19), pushed the red button again, and waited another 10 minutes. I was about to move to yet another stall when a customer next to me asked what was wrong. That customer, when he received his order, asked the carhop why I had not been waited on. When I finally got to place my order, I requested 2 ice cream slushes, one watermelon and one blackberry. Blackberry was denied because it was not a flavor available for ice cream slushes. The night before, we ordered a mango ice cream slush, and, although it's not officially on the menu, we got one. Quite good, too. We were told that a blackberry slush could not be made because the syrup used was sugar free. The only flavor we noticed that was diet was diet cherry and it's clearly marked on the menu as a diet item. We did not notice any other flavors that were noted as diet or sugar free. We don't mind if our ice cream slush is made with a sugar free flavor.

Sidestepping the issue that brought us to this point is not going to be corrected by a survey. The issue is inconsistent service which could be corrected by proper/continued training of your employees. Either restrict your flavors of ice cream slushes to the nine on your menu and let your clients know that substitutions are not allowed, or offer all the flavors available at your restaurant so that we can enjoy the various flavors that you offer with all of your products. I'm assuming the additional flavors can be added to any drink so I thought requesting a flavor to be added by itself would be OK. We have already had all the flavors offered this year. Just wanting something different. I don't know how to respond to our order not being taken in a reasonable amount of time. This may have been an oversight by one of your employees. It was not a busy night.

Using the only portal available: https://www.sonicdrivein.com/contact, I instructed them to NOT contact me again about this issue because apparently it could not be resolved. Once again, I have received an email via [protected]@sonicdrivein.com (not a valid email address far as I'm concerned) to fill out another survey. Really? Is this the level of customer service I can expect from this business?
wrong order twice.
May 27th I went to the Sonic located in Saginaw, TX. I ordered a Super Sonic Cheese Burger with mayo, cut the tomatoes and lettuce and add extra onions and jalapeños and a large order of onion rings with cheese. I had to correct her several times during the order process as she kept getting it wrong, finally she repeated my order correctly. I told the girl that took my order I didn't want a drink and she said I had to get a drink. I found that odd because Sonic offers the option for a combo or just a burger. Okay well when my order came out it was wrong! The car hop read my order to me and it was wrong. I got mustard and ketchup, tomatoes and lettuce. It didn't have the extra onions or jalapeños and mayo that I did order. The car hop said he would take care of it. When he brought my order back I should have checked it but he read it back correctly, so I thought it would be right. Guess what it had mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise along with more tomatoes than meat, no onions or jalapeños. It may have been a nice gesture for him to give me both burgers, if either one was eatable. I can not eat mustard as I break out in a rash. My dogs enjoyed the meat and I went elsewhere and will do so in the future as well. It's to bad because Sonic has always been my favorite burger, but lately I have not been to a Sonic that gets everything right.

Hi :) The compliant I am referencing to on the above date, I was on my way to my security job and decided to stop at Sonic for a meal. I ordered 2 cheese burger, one med. tot and a large peach sweet tea. I had 15 minutes to get to work so ordering wasn't a problem and arriving on time at work five blocks away on time was a piece of cake. Well I ordered, swiped my credit card, knowing ok, now I have 10 minutes to get to work... great! But when my order came and it was told to me what I owed, I asked I used my card. Well, I was told at that time that the card swipe was working. Well, I handed her my card to do the transaction inside. Now getting to work on time wasn't going to happen.. :( Once I got to work I opened up my food and started to eat. I was only 2 minutes away from sonic so thinking a hot burger. No, both burgers were cold, and the med. tots as well. In the past after stopping at Sonic and arriving to work my burgers and tots ordered and or any other hot meals remind hot. I guess this was a big disappointment to me...It will not stop my journey and visit to Sonic, but made it a sad occasion when I had my mind set for a hot Sonic meal. “24 hour” sonic was closed at 4:08 am
I went to the sonic on Westport road at 4 am, google maps said it was open 24 hours, and I doubled checked on the Sonic website to confirm that I wasn't driving half an hour for nothing. When I arrived at the sonic, the lights were on but nobody answered at the drive thru, and didn't answer the phone when I called. Thank god the food truck on the street next to sonic was open or I would've starved.

Paid a lot of money for cold food that tasted like it was cooked days ago! Had all kinds of different things mixed together that we didn't order. It has always been a chance when going there but tonight topped it all. They need to be retrained and taught that nobody likes to pay high dollar for cold old food. It's a good way to lose a lot of business.
drive thru service/rudeness
Today 5/24 we pulled up to the drive thru, set there for 8 to 10 minutes. Finally drove up to the window and waited again for someone to open the window. When they did we explained that we would like to order as we were never acknowledged at the drive thru. Instead of apologizing to us for our wait, she turned and made a comment to another employee about us. When asked did she not see us, she said she had alot to do and could not keep track of the camera outside. She took our order and told us our total. When she handed back our change she never even thanked us for our patience in waiting or our purchase. She came back with our food, handed it to us and slammed the window closed. Again, no thank you for your purchase. We go to the Sonic for their soft drinks but due to their rudeness we will not be going back. We live in a very small town and are willing to pay their high prices, but with that should come some appreciation for the fact that we go there. If there was ever an instance where employee training was needed it is the Sonic drive thru employees.

I live 2 minutes away from the Sonic Drive In @4100 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568. I often leave work and order a # 6 Chili Cheese Coney Combo with Sweet Tea. It usually will cost $5.45.
Yesterday, I ordered the same thing and when I arrived home, I noticed my tater tots were covered with chili and cheese as well as my coney. I just threw them away and went back today because the corn dogs were on sale for $0.50. I ordered at the sign and when I reached the window, she didn't have my order.
That was strange because the order was there. I had to ask for my receipt this time and in previous years it has automatically been given to me. I used to fill them out to get the free Route 44 drink. Today I wanted to complain about the service. The workers were arguing back and forth and the window was EXTREMELY slow.

I really think that someone from corporate office should come down and monitor this Sonic and maybe train workers. If you order a hamburger it is cold and taste like it has been cooked for hours or days ago. I would bet they cook meat in advance and just put burgers together as needed they are awful and Sunday's never have whip topping or cherry and hot fudge is cold and lumpy. The wife wanted something cold to drink with ice. Her favorite is the cherry lime aid from Sonic! I ordered a med. & a small. Asked (And paid for) extra cherries! After waiting 15 mins and being the only auto pulled into this place. We got 2 class's of ice, hardly no liquid and not the 1st. cherry! It wasn't a big meal order, but $5.37 for 2 cups of ice!

My wife and I ordered two carhop specials, the worst I have every had. I believe they had been made for hours, they where cold and didn't even taste good, it seems it is hard too get any good service at the Seiling Gore Sonic. Until this situation is addressed and fixed I have spend my last dollar at the Seiling Gore Sonic in Seiling Oklahoma. I know it isn't Sonics food I have eaten in most Sonics in western Oklahoma and they always have good food and service.

rude employee who yelled at me.
I went to sonic for the first time and the drive thru employee was yelling at me and usin. Awful words while I was trying to order my food. When I pulled up to the window she wouldn't accept my money because it was a split payment( which I understand).. but she then threw the money at me and slammed the window which I found very rude and humiliating. I have never been this disrespected by any fast food employee and for my first time going there I have a very bad impression and will probably not go back because of how they mistreat their customers. That woman should not work around people if she is going to yell and be disrespectful to them.

Hello I am a customer and also big fan of sonic. Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places to go. When I was as in the drive through I'm line I was saying hello to the employees. I don't know if they could hear me or not but I said hello about 5 or 6 times. It got to the point I drove up to the window . The lady at the window had a real bad attitude. It got to the point I didn't want anything and I hated it because I love sonic she ruin my appetite. The sonic I was at was 1541 N 18th St, Monroe, LA 71201. I will be happy if this never happened again when I go back to sonic
sonic double cheeseburger
I was at the sonic drive in at 3003 east parkway dr in russellville ar on sunday may 20th 2018. I ordered a couple of burgers and when the car hop delivered my order she read it back to me and the super sonic cheeseburger was wrong. I had ordered it with mayonnaise and no tomatoes and the fixed it with no mayonnaise and no tomatoes. She sent it back to be fixed the right way. When i got home my boyfriend took a bite and pulled out a square plastic bread tie inside the burger. I have had my food prepared wrong several times at this location and i am not very happy with the service. I don't remember the client number but i hope i have given you as much detail as possible. I frequent sonic and normally have an overly pleasent experience because of the African American lady normal at the window. However my last experience was horrible. I had my two 11 year old children in the car to witness this and it was imbariaing. Let me start off by saying we came 10 minutes before closing which I never try to do but there was a need for it. Reguardless what time you show up to a business you do your job with respect. The was a young girl who was rude from the time we placed out order. I am assuming she was ready to go and upset not only did we come late we came also with a $30 order. The ordering it's self was unpleasant. once I got to the window she did not say a single word. She headed me my drinks which we ordered three. I asked what this was she said sprite, it was water. I rather frustrated did say well she sure is pleasent and apologized to my kids. Then she came back with the food handed me the bags and left. I needed ketchup which there was none and ranch. We ordered 12 wings and there weren2 ranches we wanted 2 more. I honked she did not come back. 2 more minutes I knocked on the drive thru window. I said if you would of spoken to me you would of realized I needed both ketchup and ranch. I saw the name in the receipt and asked if she was Angie she said yeah sure as she handed me ketchup. She said here is your ketchup and I gave you like 4 ranches you do not need anymore. And walked away. 2 minutes later as I was looking up the information on the receipt who to report to the manager came up. Can I help you I asked her why her name was because I was reporting this and she told me her name was alley. I said that's crazy it says Angie in the receipt and she would of let me report against another employee. Courtney was the manger and asked if I needed anything else I said no as I was trying to keep my cool. It was ridiculous and your staff at this location need some serious training and alley if that is even an employee needs to be fired. What she did and how she acted and in front of children is a joke. Once we got home the food was just horrible. We got the large order of cheese sticks and three had cheese in them. Pretty sure they are pre packaged which means they were over cooked and melted out? Not sure how that happens. 2 burgers were smashed and I am just concerned about this night staff. Truly hope something is done about this.
wrong shake.
I ordered an M&M shake. The cup said M&M but yet they gave me an Oreo shake with chunks of Oreos. I do not like Oreo cookies at all. That's just a waste of money. If they didn't have M&M they could've just said but no they didn't give a care in the world . I could have gotten a different shake if that was the case. Every order was correct but this one. The person who made the shake should NOT have put M&M because they CLEARLY know they used Oreos. It's only common sense. And of course I am upset I'm a mother and I really wanted something sweet of my own for once but they had to ruin my night.

Ordered a combo number 14 at sonic around 11:07 am saturday in Del City oklahoma i had asked that the drink be substituted w a sonic sunrise smoothie the car hop first said my order wud b 5.66 then they said it wud b 6.01 bcuz they had to charge me additional money for what was in the slush then they said they had to charged me 7.69 roughly close to 8 and this specific combo came w a drink... This was charging the customer twice! For a dtink it comes w n on a substition u only pay the difference I know bcuz iv worked for sonic! By far worst customer service expieriance iv ever had.. And the manager on duty during this time a woman... Had an attitude towards me and overtalked me very rude in general... Horrible to do to a customer... What if I was a secret shopper? Might want to look in to this sonic...
