Our order taker today was very unpleasant. His name was Branch and we are pretty sure he was a manager or lead. He was very rude with my husband. We ordered $63 worth of food. We got chicken tenders(3 orders) and was never asked if we wanted dipping sauce. My husband asked if there was sauce that came with it and the kid was extremely rude saying "Well you never asked for any". I've worked customer service all my life and in the food industry your suppose to ask when ordered if we want any sauce. I'm also sure your not suppose to blame the customer for not asking. If he doesn't like his job he should probably quit because that store has lost out business.
our order was wrong
My husband and I went to the Sonic Drive In in Anna, IL. My husband ordered 2 # 1's, Both had Mayo. He ordered 2 fries. The carhop came out with a large ice, sprite, coke, diet coke, 1 order of fries and 1 order of tater tots, One sandwich had mayo and the other one had ketchup. When he ordered the music was so loud and the car next to us was loud you couldn't hear anything! We gave back the ice, sprite and we kept the tots because we just didn't want to mess with the situation. She did take off for the sprite and ice. She could have offered 2 free milkshakes for the trouble that caused us

We went to get ice cream the night of July 1, 2018. We ordered at 6:43pm. As we waited we noticed alot of other cars coming and going. Then a group of people that had ordered after us got their ice cream we decided to ask where ours was. We had waited 20 minutes already!
We pushed the call button waited awhile for someone to answer and they said it would be right out. So we waited again. Then the car hop came to our car and said did you know our ice cream machine is down so we can't serve ice cream? What the heck, we said NO we didn't know that? We said why didn't they tell us before waiting 20 minutes, or even when we asked the guy on the intercom? We then asked for a FULL refund!
This whole incident could have been avoided IF they had told us when we ordered or when the other people got their ice cream! Crazy bad experience!
items that are supposed to be food
First I will say that the shakes that got were really pretty good. Wife ordered a couple of corn dogs and she had no complaint about them. Then it went down hill from there. I had a SS Dbl Chz burger, and looking at it I was trying to figure out what it was. Both patties were so over cooked that I figured that they were left over from breakfast. The pickles and lettuce helped to cover up what little taste there was, but the tomato slices were something that had been in the bottom of the pan for a week. All I could really tell about them is the had some red color. Then I opened one of the junior burgers that we get for our dogs, and I was wondering why there was a piece of cardboard where the meat was supposed to be. I almost didn't feed it to my dogs as there was weird color all over the (pattie?). Hope my dogs don't get sick.
All I can say is, if this is the type of food product that comes out of your kitchen, then I'll definitely never go back.

Upon ordering and getting my payment amount i kept thinking that it was not right so when the car hop came out i asked her if i got my happy hour discount she looked at my receipt and just said no she did not even bother to offer a refund or even a coupon to make up for it and she did not even bother to say i am sorry and then to top it off after i drunk about half of my slushy drink i found a fly in it.

Today 7-3-2018 my daughter and I went to the Sonic in Columbus Georgia on Milgen Road. Around 7:00 p.m. we pulled up to the drive thru, they had no other customers in there at all. We both have the app on our phones and were going to get a blast and redeem the 1/2 off. The lady (Kimberly) asked us twice what we were saying and apparently couldn't understand us. She asked us to pull up and we did. She said sorry I couldn't hear you and I said well we always have an issue when we come through the drive through. She took our order and as she walked away two other employees were sitting outside and she said something to them. One of them got up and followed her inside. I asked the other employee to please let her know we don't want our order anymore and we left. I have worked in fast food for many years and I understand sometimes the customers approach is hard to deal with but you still remain polite. I left because I didn't want her spitting in my ice cream or anything else crazy. The only time I have a good experience at this location is when a young man is there. I wish I knew his name because he is very polite and always makes sure everything is right in our order. Better training or visitation by higher ups at this location would be great. Maybe a secret shopper!
bad service and no cool air in store
I went through sonic drive in last night and the lady at the drive through was sweating. She apologized and said I'm sorry our air is not working every thing is a little hectic . I told her it must be hot in there. She said it's around 99 degrees. I just feel sorry for those people and if it's that hot in there how is there foods and dessert even staying the right temperature. I'm just really concerned about the place my family and I eat. I wouldn't want to get sick or my children also how van employees even be in there with it that hot. They should do something to change that.

I drove up to the side to order the lady who took my order was very RUDE stated she was unable to take 3 diff orders so I asked well can I order two of them and then reorder the other order she stated her manager is saying she is able to take 3 orders. I work for a corporate company and we always order from sonic at least 1 time a week today was the worst customer service I've had to deal with. While the lady was taking my order she was practical screaming stating she could not hear me and I had to contiously repeat the order which was very aggravating then one the lady brought out the food she brought out one order at a time which now the food is cold we will never come back here again what a shame maybe next time chose better better employees who actually like doing there jobs
possible scam
On 7/1/2018 I went to Sonic in Elizabeth Co and ordered a cheeseburger burger and med onion rings. The kid told me my card was declined so I gave him a $20 dollar bill. The bill was $8.29. Instead of going to the cash register he went in the back where I could still see him and got change from another kid that was cooking. He gave me the right change back. $11.71. The next morning I checked my account and the card was accepted and went through. I then checked my receipt and it only shows $0.71 change back to me. The receipt does not show how much cash I handed him.
I went in to talk to the manager and he was a young teenage kid that didn't know what to do or say. I guess I'll go to the police department next. The whole thing was fishy and the guy was acting strange and had a look on his face like something was up! I'm pretty sure this has happened to others
drive through service
Around 9pm on June 26, I used the drive through to order a chicken basket. I was the third car waiting. The boy at the window went to deliver a drink or shake to the car behind me. While I understand that this can expedite service, this young man stood back there talking for over 5 minute. This was excessive and I felt like he was just visiting with friends.
not received full change
I go to the sonic located in Church Point, LA. The last couple of times I went thru the drive thru and paid, i haven't been recieved full change. If my meal was $7.30 and i give a $10, I'll only recieved coins as my change.. this happens frequently which makes me feel that it is intentional.. the last time was around 1:00pm on June 30th, 2018. I'd really like something to be done about this, I don't think I should be the one to confront the drive thru lady about it then It would still happen to others.

I went to sonic at Watson Chapel in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I ordered a snow cone slush and a vanilla shake and paid with my card. 20 minutes later I press the button to let them know I have been waiting 20 minutes for my drinks and the girl apologized soncerely and told me it would be free of charge and my order would be right out and this is while people are coming through the drive through and leaving. 10 more minutes go by I call again to inform them I still haven't received my drinks and to make sure my card isn't charged and to cancel the order. Absolutely unacceptable! 30 minutes wait for nothing!

I went to sonic onJudson Rd, Longview TX ordered THE 3 chicken strip dinner. When I paid I didn't get a receipt and was told I would have to wait for the chicken to be cooked. Once I got the food I went home, live 2 minutes from this sonic. I opened the box and there was a small handful of cold tater tots, a onion ring that was not a ring, was a sorry looking onion strip. The chicken strips were cold, so I waited for them to cook them? The strips were no bigger than an inch wide and maybe 3 inches long.
I have eaten here several times and this is one of the worse food I have received.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I had this evening. I came from NM to visit and my cousin and I decided to stop and get shakes for the family. Anyway, we get to sonic stall #15 ordered and as we waited we noticed a vehicle pull next stall to us about 5-8 min after us, waited, two other cars pulled after us about 20 min after. Then noticed the first vehicle got their order first, not lying but it was a family and they even had time to eat their meals (burgers, fries etc.). I pressed the red button and asked about my order they said they were super behind and I do understand it happens. Waited again, , , , , 30 min later the other two vehicles got their food, pressed the red button and asked again they said sorry were rushing your order.! 10 min later I got down and asked for a refund, what happens inside is the most sad part of everything! I asked for my money back because I did not want to wait another 40 minutes for the shakes which by the way were 7. No one answered me, minute later a girl with super blonde hair short skinny and two brades comes to me and just said here's your receipt, I said are u the manager she did not respond, there were about 7 people in front of the store no one answered my question! I asked who is the manager is anyone going to talk to me? Then Jesus said in a very low voice I am the manager, ok I said are u going to do something? Are u going to say anything? He did not say a word, I said to him ok Jesus I will tell corporate about this, I walked away and all employees started laughing at me and stared until I was gone! This is very sad, this store is very disorganized and very low costomer service. How does sonic expect to have happy customers when the manager on duty can't even say a word!

For as long as I can remember, I enjoy a diet cheery limeade several times a month. Until recently, I have never had to ask for a lime and a cherry in it. It's called a Cherry Limeade, shouldn't it have a cherry and a lime in it. Now I have to ask for it every time, they respond like I am an idiot to request it, then when they bring it out, it is basically just a cherry 7up. What the heck!?! Today it happened again. I ordered and told the guy (which I believe was the manager) that I would like a lime and a cherry in it, he said "well, okay" then, NOTHING! So I send my server back in and she brings me 4 cherries out. Not only does it waste my time and theirs, they end up giving me 4 cherries when I would have been happy with one in my Limeade the first time. I'm sure that one cherry and one wedge of lime is less cost than 4 cherries. It just doesn't make sense on any level, and this location has lost many customers for this reason and just a total lack of customer service. The location is on 83rd street and K-7 (Kansas State hwy 7) in Shawnee, Kansas.

The first things is that I had to wait for 15 mins in the drive thru. Then once I got home and ready to eat my food. I could not eat my mozzarella sticks that I paid for because the cheese is not even inside the breading. Also they are a fried clump that I can't eat. It's also stuck to the container. Then I had to ask for ranch and marinara sauce. Upon asking for them she gave me one for my tenders dinner and my popcorn chicken.

The employee was so rude he rushed me through my order didn't say thank you. My burrito didn't have any filling in it. My large iced coffee was watered down it wasnt the flavor I ordered it was disgusting. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant I want to be compensated for this experience I will not come back to this restaurant if in not compensated for this. I will tell friends and family not to go there.

The location on davis in mesquite tx is horrendous!
The woman on the intercom, didnt say hello or anything. When she supposedly took my order, she just kept muttering uh-huh and ok. Very snidely and sarcastically. I cant tell you her name bc she didnt tell me her name! Nothing appeared on the screen, as in the order or the payment options. Nothing came out of that place. And we left. I have two small kids, and this is ridiculous. I have never ever, ever been to a place more rude, and awful then there.
the new pickle juice slush
I love any thing to do with pickles. I love to freeze pickle juice in the freezer and have pickle pops. I order pickle snow cones. This by far is the worst drink Sonic has ever came out with. Pickle juice is supposed to be tangy. Your drink contains as much sugar as a Nerds Slush. This was very disappointing. I paid over $2 dollars for a drink that I am just throwing in the trash. I do not mean to come out as harsh but this drink is terrible and hopefully, Sonic will come out with a different recipe for this slush. So many people will be very disappointed at this product. A refund would be very nice of you as well or a substitution drink. My order number is 525487. I visit this Sonic on my way home from volunteering st my Church.This location can never get an order correct on this particular visit.i only ordered 3 items:
1. 3 corn dogs with mustard
2. large tator tots
3. 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato
this is what i cam home with:
1. 3 corn dogs-no mustard
2. no tots
3.2 grilled cheese sandwiches -no tomato
as you can see they did not get any of my order correct!When I called the location back after opening my meal.The gentleman, who answered did not identify himself.I explained my issue.I only told him about the missing tots.He did offer to take those off my card but no apology.i asked the car hop if everything was in the bag and all she did was read the ticket but did not look in the bag for correctness.her name was 135 Valerie.I should not have to check the order every time!This location is:11506 RR 620 North Austin, TX 78726.If there were another Sonic close by I would never return to this location!i may have to start liking the Wendy's down the road.very unhappy customer!Sheri [protected]@hotmail.com [protected]
