Woman running the drive thru is always rude. This specific time, she took my card for payment, and just stared at me, and glared, and was very unwelcoming. She closes the window, doesn't have gloves on and proceeded to make my milkshakes and obviously gossip to the other woman working with her. Her head was bobbing all over the place and she would look back at me 3 times before having the other employee bring me my order. She hands me the milkshakes and I ask for the manager name. She is ride as well. Saying very nastily, "which one? The GM, the SM, who?" I want to speak to whoever is YOUR general manager, she says her name, "Yvette"... I said, no, not you, who is over you? She tells me "Betsy"... I laughed and said, "I'm sure she is"...
Betsy is the woman who is always rude to me. This isn't the first time this has happened.
I work at customer service, I would NEVER treat my customers that way. She needs to be drug tested and fired.

Hello on 3/10/2019 me and my family of 5 went to this sonic location I ordered our food it was cold when we got it we waited over 30 minutes for our food. We will never be back to this location. The staff was not friendly the server was victoria we are all very unsatisfied with the service on the order of chili cheese fries there was hardly any chili or cheese. Our order was $25.18 and to us it was a waste of money! I hope actions will be taken instead of saying they will be and not doing anything. We got Two large chilli cheese fries, both boxes were less than half empty. We called a manager, Tanisha, and she was very nice. She said she would leave a note telling us she would remake our order the next day. We came back and Dennis and Tanisha said they either didnt have a note or said they didnt know what we were talking about, basically. The service from the day before was bad already and they made it worse when we went back. I feel like there is very bad communication and nobody knows what they are doing.

Went to Texas for a nice family vacation and was almost ruined but this customer service. Only 2 cars at the damn store and they still couldn't get our order right! We simply explain and say exactly what was on each burger mind you it was only 2 [censored]ing burgers! Then we get 2 shacks one without whip or cherry the other with just a cherry no whip and my sister that is highly allergic to cherries received cherries! Now tell me how y'all want a raise because I sure in the hell don't want y'all having my tax money! Absolutely worst visit to sonic EVER! Will not be returning and another thing is the next time y'all want to give me an attitude about putting [censored]ing onions on my burger your pretty windows can wear it! So much for a "nice" family vacation! You'll be [censored]ing lucky if we don't sue your [censored]!

The fact you guys promoted such good deep fried oreos for only two weeks. I ran to sonic at 10:45 pm, 15 minutes before they close and I had a horrible day because college is so stressful and I have been working hard to maintain my figure by working out and eating healthy. However after a very difficult day I just wanted some good deep fried oreos to make my heart feel full again. I am disappointed in sonic and me & my friends will not be returning until they are back in all sonics. Thank you for the sake of all humananity needing them.
There are kids in Africa that are starving and you ignorant "college" students are complaining about something as low as this. Overall it is pathetic, I do not understand how you entered college with a third grade reading level. You really need to re-evaluate what you people are doing, because it is affecting the lives of other people by harassing Sonic like this and it puts a bad image on your friend group.

this has been going on at local sonic for over a month now. they will only except cash. plus i have witnessed employee's putting alot of merchandise from inside the store into their trunk. the place is filthy. half of the speakers are not working, signs are torn down. it is just plain uninviting. please help resolve this problem. it really needs a new manager from the looks of the store. thank you

I work at the Sonics in Thomasville. First off, the manager was messing w one of the cooks . This caused a lot of problem within Sonics but our head manager decided to not do anything because of her shift manager Alesha . They are not fair, they're messy & do not know how to keep their personal & professional business apart. Well yesterday I was at work, I kind of was in a bad mood not talking because of something the same manager said .. well she proceeded to come in my face trying to argue with me . A lot of words were exchanged but managers can not continually walk into an employee face, THATS TEMPTATION .. it's been multiple incidents & this same manager is still here. How long will it take for somebody to do something about it ? Who else do I call ? This is messages from another employer doing this big incident .

I ordered a combo on Tuesday, the half price day. The menu price was $6.59 for a medium #1. However, I was charged $7.77 minus the $2.00 special discount for a total of $6.23. When I asked why the price was higher than the menu board I was told the prices went up. When I asked if they went up just for Tuesday, I was told yes. I don't usually file complaints like this, but isn't that false advertising!?
hiring procedures
My daughter applied for a job there and the woman told her she had the job and told her what clothes to get for work. Told her she'd get in touch with her on Monday (she went in the week before) Had to be there at 7 am. She called Sonic on Monday and a guy answered and told her the lady wasn't working again til Wednesday and he'd get her to call my daughter but she never heard from her so on Friday we called to complain. Of course the lady that told her she was hired but never called her back answered and said she was going to hire her. Lies nothing but lies. I am very disappointed and will never eat there again. My daughter had bought clothes and shoes for that job and Sonic didn't care. She really needed a job and had to borrow the money for those. This is a load of crap.

Every day someone other than chasity is running that store it doesnt open on time. I have been through many times and it is closed when it is supposed to be open. Chasity is awesome and deserves a raise. Morgan is nice, but she never opens the store on time and if anyone other than those two open up during the week, they don't open on time either. Frustrating...

Sonic on north military highway in norfolk virginia says open 24 hours. I went at two in the morning on jan 29 2019 and had a young lady at the front tell me they were closed. If they were closed why was she in the building and if they were not closed can you let me know what's going on? Im a very loyal customer and if they have enough money to turn away customers while they are supposed to be working then they don't need a job.

I ordered a caramel sundae as usual paid EXTRA for Oreos and only got a scoop of crumbs. I went in a nice way about it and the manager made it as if she could do nothing about it. Didn't feel like the person was considerate at all. All the person said was I'm sorry & to me it would've been satisfying and great customer service if something was done about it but sadly it wasn't. This by far the worst service I've had at this Sonic!
sonic blasts
Why did Sonic stop making brownie blasts, heath blasts and why doesn't sonic put whipped cream on the blasts anymore? Why are all the good things taken off the menu? When I ask for whipped cream the workers complain. Tice now I have gotten a sonic blast and the lid was not on properly so when the associate handed it to me the lid came off and it spilled all in my car. Please bring back the brownie and heath blast back. The whipped cream is what makes ice cream so bring that back to.

There has been two incidents now within a week. Most recent event occurred 01/21/2019 between noon and 3:00 pm. I do not want sauce. I want the gravy! This some bs tbh. This is my favorite thing from sonic and I'm very disappointed. I pulled into the local Sonic today and parked In the first space up front and pushed the order button only to hear nothing but silence and I waited a few more minutes during which time I observed what appeared to be a young male employee wandering around outside eyes licked onto a cell phone who after two to three minutes of wandering around in a texting trance finally does enter the premises. He quickly disappears out of sight tword the back of the building. I again pressed the order button hoping for service...all this time I didn't see even one person besides the text zombie in the place. There were two cars in the parking lot where the employees normally park but no other traffic no drive thru no walk in and no other curbside customers. Yet after at least 6 or 7 minutes I still had not been servered or even asked for my order! I finally got disgusted and decided to go elsewhere. That's when I did finally see a girl that I recognized as one of the employees appear. But I had already decided to leave. I was not a happy camper. I'd like to make a small suggestion, if you're going to be open for business, be open for business. Take customer orders promptly and do not waste their time! The next time I go out for breakfast Sonic is going to be a lot further down on my list of choices to consider especially when Dairy Queen is closer to me.

My name is Daniel Jagow and I live in Coppell Texas. Tonight, 17Jan2019, I went to the sonic here and ordered some food. My order number is 413208. Among my order was a grilled chicken sandwich for 4.69. When my order was delivered, the bag was stapled shut but the ticket on the side had the correct items I ordered. When I got home there was a grilled cheese instead of a grilled chicken sandwich. I called the store and spoke to the manager Maria about this. I told her I was not coming back. I paid cash but I thick I should get a refund for the grilled chicken I paid for. BBy the way my wife can't eat cheese and she was so upset she couldn't eat anything.

burnt onion rings had no receipt
We stopped at our local Sonic. We ordered to Chili's, two sliders, and in order of onion rings. First no lights on the sign menu so we could not see what to order. We got our bags and went home. Opening the bag revealed burnt black onion rings. Opening the Chili's one was half full one was two-thirds full. The burgers we're not up to par either. We did not get an itemized receipt so I have no idea if I was charged correctly. A ver disappointing effort. Most of the food went in the trash.

I got to the resteraunt around 230pm. By almost 330pm my order still hadn't been brought out. Looking inside showed employees standing around talking. I am extremely disgusted with this location. This isn't a one time thing. Every time you go, your order isnt correct or service takes forever. Today they were not even busy, so it made the slow service inexcusable.
