I called Rogers on October 30th,2025 as my internet contract of 2 years was about to expire and the customer service agent told me that I have again signed up you for 2 years and the higher bill I has received that month will be settled in next bill. To my surprise the next bill I received on Nov.19,2025 was almost double the amount of bill he had told me and send me the agreement. When I called the customer service yesterday, the call was attended to by Shweta (Communication no. 14793219 as give to me by Shweta), she was unable to explain anything to me for the higher bill reason and kept on arguing that she cannot hand over the call to manager or any senior to help me understand. Eventually I called again and another agent Ankit helped me (Communication No. 14793508) and made me understand the reason for higher charge and signed me up again for a new contract to fix the issue. I am billed 2 months advance by rogers continuously. I do not know why and I have called Rogers a few times in the past too and they never try to settle the issue. Terrible customer service!
Desired outcome: I should pay bill only one month advance and all the errors in the bill of Nov. 19 and October 19 should be fixed.
