Abell Pest Control

Abell Pest Control Inc is not good. They did a bad job when I had them. I called many times to close my account and stop the service, but they keep charging me. It's not fair.

Abell Pest Control is the peeps who do pest control at my apartment complex. They're supposed to come by a few times, but they don't always show up. Like, no call, no knock, no nothing. It's super annoying. I'm always there when they're supposed to come, but they don't. And then they lie on their log and say they did come. Like, what the heck? I have roaches and they're not doing anything about it. It's not cool that they're letting it spread to other apartments. I don't like the guy who comes by and I hope they fire him. If they can't do that, they should send someone else who's not a liar and who actually cares about doing their job. They should call me if they need to come earlier or something. That would be way more professional. I'm not gonna say anything nice about Abell on social media or give them a good rating.

We paid over $600 for a whole home protection program. The first spray was done good. But now trying to get a follow up spray is impossible. I've called 4 times and everyone promised I would get a call back. Next time I will go with *** because the customer service at Abell is ridiculous and a waste of money.
