Any one out there do not purchase game accounts from this site. I recently purchased two accounts from the site, first account was recovered sent and email to their customer support team member Jacob who I first contacted about an Issue before this. Later than week no response still from him another account I had purchased had been recovered by the original owner. I then went on to the live chat and they said to contact about the matter so I did. Now it has been over two weeks with no response regarding any of the matters. The company seems to be very quick to take your money but when an issue occurs like this they don't want to know you or follow the agreements to their very own company policies that are stated on the website. I will be contacting various sources to find out what legal liabilities are available to me. So basically yea if your going to use the site be careful especially buying game accounts. Especially when the Sellers that I bought the accounts from are re-selling the exact same game accounts that I purchased on their site.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I purchased a World of Warcraft account today...the e-mailed me invalid information to log into the game I purchased. Invalid Game account information. therefore I can not use the game account I purchased

I had to hire an attorney because of these scums. They denied my claim for a credit, however, they are actually frauds, who steal your money if you let them have your bank account information.
Do not apply! Stay away from them!
Playerauctions suspended my account because they are accusing me of engaging in offsite trading, I have both an ebay and a playerauctions account whatever happens on ebay is not related to playerauctions and neither is playerauctions transaction related to any ebay transactions. Playerauctions did not provided any documents in relations to their accusations and suspended my account. Playerauctions then said this in an email: As Reported by Individual member with strong enough evidences, you had been verified as member who had offsite trading behavior, and according to the above rules; We had suspended your PlayerAuctions account for 3 days, and fine you $150 for this. Also you need to keep a double deposit level which is $300 in our deposit account if you want to reactivate your account on PlayerAuctions. Please send your total payment $450 to our Paypal deposit account: payyourbalance@playerauctions.com and contact us once done, thanks. This is extortion for an account to be unsuspended WITH NO evidence at all provided. I did not engage in any offsite trading behavior what so ever. Please question this company in terms of their legality of enacting policies that are never even mentioned anywhere on the website.
They suspended my account simply because I live in the same house as my brother, yet he and I both have WoW accounts, why? Just an awful company!
I recently had a problem with Player Auctions as well. I was the seller and got scammed. I listed an account back in early August and the account quickly sold. After I went through the process and delivered the account to the buyer, I suddenly noticed that the wait time to receive my payment from the account was 9days 9hours via Paypal. When I had set up the sale, the website had advertised it would take 2-3 business days to get my payment through Paypal. I would have been OK with that.
Anyways, during that 9 day 9 hour period the buyer fraudulently claimed the account had not been delivered on Player Auctions and I was not notified of this dispute. So day 9 rolls around and I expect my money to come in and it does not. I contact them via Live chat and they tell me there is no problems on their end and I need to check with paypal. I contacted Paypal and there was no problems with my account. .
Skip ahead a month in time. I have spoken to nearly every single online rep that Player Auctions has dealing with Customer Service. Paulo, Jedrick, Adrian and each of them all when given my auction number give me a different story that everything is ok, and it will be handled through "Manual Arbitration". I participated in this so called "Mediation" and the "Buyer" did not. They ruled in favor of the buyer somehow and refunded him his money in FULL.
So far as I can tell, you can buy an account on playerauctions.. take possession of the account and then simply fraudulently claim the account was taken back from you and receive a full refund. I had an absolutely awful experience, I found that they lied and did not do their jobs. I see the new player everyday in game, because he's on my friends list in the very same game.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Fraud can work both ways with them.. Terrible system to buy and sell accounts.
