Do not buy the insurance because they do not give returns either way. We cancelled an order because it was the wrong one and thinking we would get a return went to purchase the account we wanted with insurance. However, the seller is a fraud and so is this company. The seller sold us an account that was attached to a foreign email who's website is known for serious hacking in the united states, but that was just one issue. We didn't purchase their email, we purchased an account that we could legally use with our own email, but could not do upon purchase. Not to mention the seller said we could use pc, xbox, and playstation to log into the epic account to use skins for fortnite. But we were hesitant to do that because we could not change the email, after complaining and providing evidence they took our money from us just to findout that we could not link any of the above accounts. So we are out $75.00 on a cancellation and $75 on a fraudulent sale. Do not waste your time or money. They also ask for alot of personal information. They make more effort in their money transactions than they do their customer service complaints. Your basically gambling your money and need to hire a lawyer because they are taking every way out they possibly can to keep your money. If your complaints put them in legal obligations they suspend the seller, then you as the buyer are basically defending yourself in their court of law. So in the end, it's a lose, lose situation. The buyer doesn't get a refund and the seller doesn't get paid. Playerauctions gets the money!!

    We process hundreds of refunds on a weekly basis, and PlayerAuctions has always been transparent and dedicated when it comes to deliberating disputes between users. Please note that the insurance system is not an instant cash out — we require users to validate their claim to make the process fair for the other user. Without this, any claim can be made and the other user who may have had made an honest trade will be cheated this way.

    We also do not instantly suspend users. Suspension reasons come from proven cases where sellers are proven to have stolen back the account or was at fault for getting the account banned.

    As for asking personal information, this is an industry-standard practice for getting to know customers and for authorizing payments made as wholly done by the original, intended user to prevent unauthorized use of payments. Information you share is treated confidentially and is never shared outside of PlayerAuctions.
