being overcharged, terrible service
I have gone to the Pizza Hut on Highland Drive many times now and have left real upset. Every time they haven't gotten my order right, when I try and confront them about it they are just rude to me and still refuse to fix my order. I just barely left that Pizza Hut again and I was charged $24.02 for 2 medium pizzas and an order of breadsticks when they have a deal going on that says you can buy 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings cost $5.99 each plus my bread sticks costing $5.29. It should have been THE MOST $17. But why and how is it $24 ?!? I even confronted the manager and she said she would fix it but never did, I am very disappointed and disgusted with their behavior there as a "business". The last time I went there I ordered the same exact thing like I do every time and I got literely doughy PLAIN breadsticks, didn't have anything on them. Breadsticks are my favorite thing at that place, and they couldn't even do that right. The manager doesn't do her job worth a damn ! They don't take their jobs seriously at all..

Order the pizza so I thought was told specifically after giving my credit card and then be 25 minutes an hour later called back they had no order for the address the phone number nothing.. customer service guy named Mike told me there is nothing he can do about it but order me a pizza! What kind of crap are you guys running.. I can never order pizza from you guys again and be confident in the fact that whenever I get off the phone my pizza is actually being made now.. thanks Kansas City Kansas Pizza Hut! Nothing like getting off of work 8 hours plus on my feet expecting dinner to be there in 30 minutes an hour later hungry kids crying and screaming when I expected that the order that they said would be there in 25 .. it's just rude.. and then a so-called manager name my cat customer service saying there's nothing he could do but order me a pizza!?!

I recieved my food from a delivery. I called at 10:15 no one answered the call and I called mulitiple times and constantly was put on hold. My order was completely wrong. And this is the second time this has happened. All I was offered was a 10$ credit and not a refund. No one picks up the phone. And the delievery drivers were innapropriate both times on both occasions. One person told me "Damn ya'll don't get tired of eating this [censor]?" On the second occasion the other employee was on the phone on facetime while bringing my order to my door. This really does not make any sense at all. This location needs a complete 360 staff turn around and customer service check. Im very disappointed.

I recently moved to crossroads tx and have ordered from your pizza hut a couple of time and the last 2 times we have ordered ranch with our food and have received none. I mean we are paying for this and it's not in the bags. I even asked the delivery driver if it was in the bag and he assured me it was and upon checking there was none! I called the pizza hut to see if they could send some out and they said they would in 45 minuets. Are you kidding me! Our food would be cold if we waited. This location needs some serious retaining! Then they say okay well we can credit you back since you did pay for it. Well if it's not be delivered I appreciate it being credited back. I am really disappointed in this establishment.
my recent order
My pizza didn't have any sauce or cheese on it. I spoke with the manager and did what he asked which was send pictures of the order. He was very unprofessional. He didn't want to answer the phone after the pictures and kept me on hold for almost 30 minutes.
I just wanted my two pizzas remade. I sent $45. So all I ask now is to get a refund. I feel like I was judge and treated unfairly.

Ordered pizza & boneless wings. Ended up with two extremely ill children. Called the location and spoke to Brittney. She did as much as she could to help. Next day, no call back from manager. poor service
I went the Pizza Hut in Uniontown pennslvania with myself and my mom and daughter. We went in to sit down and the waitress seen us come in we sat down to order and there were two waitress in there they never came over with meau's to wait on us. We were there for a least in there for 20 waiting for them to wait on us they never once came over to wait on us so we left and went somewhere else to eat. It was biggest poor service I ever had in my life I was not a very happy camper. What to talk about service the two waitress stood up there talking like we were not even there. So we got up and left. order for carry out an hour late
On 4-3-18 my family ordered pizza, wings and cheese sticks, our order was supposed to be ready for pick up by 8pm. At 8:58pm our order is still not ready. The management did not know what was going on, the cashiers there had no clue I believe one walked out and left. There were many other people waiting for their food for a long time. I spent $45.86 for my order to be delayed over an hour long. I believe I should be given a refund for the poor service.
buffet not stocked. had to wait awhile on pizza, bread sticks, and salad bar. waitress brings water out in dirty pitcher.
Arrived and waiteress asks what to drink we say water. We are a family of ten. She brings water pitcher and empty cups to table and we fill our own cups. I noticed the pitcher was filthy. Talked to manager. I had to ask for clean water. Waiteress brings water in cups and puts them on table and doesn't pass them out. She brings my little kids big cups of water, no lids Pizza not stocked on buffet or the bread sticks. Salad bar was not stocked. Awful experience, we will not be back. We will tell others to stay away from this pizza hut too.

I placed an order at about 7:30 p.m. on Monday April 2, 2018. I placed my order on line. Once i placed the order i called because there was no estimated time on the online web site. When i called in to the Pizza Hut i order from they told me it would be one (1) hour for my order to arrive, so i asked what the wit time would be if i switched it to pick up, the employee informed me that the wait time for pick up's was fifty five (55) minuets. I told the employee i would rather pick up, he then informed me that i would have to cancel my order completely, re place my order and then pay again for my order, and that it would be about 5-7 business days for my money to be refunded into my account from the first placed order. I told the employee that i would just wait for the delivery then, he stated okay i will be about an hour. One (1) hour goes by, and i call the same store, this time they acted as if they were not the store located on Military Highways in Chesapeake, VA 23323. I told the women( lisa was her name) on the phone i called this exact number a little over an hour ago and they told me my order would be delivered by the end of that previous hour. She informed me that they "pushed my order back" because i placed it online. I explained to her that i have already wait well over an hour and that this was unacceptable, She stated that my order should be ready within the next thirty (30) minuets. online ordering
I went online to order and pushed the icon that said and showed a stuffed crust pizza. I picked it up and when I got home it was a hand tossed pizza. I called the store and they said that is what I ordered. I looked again online and apparently when you push that icon it goes to hand tossed. Had I known that i wouldn't of pay full price for a hand tossed I would of took the deal. I wanted stuff crust. You need to fix that issue. Im sure I'm not the only one who has done this.
rude, incomplete order
Great pizza even though it wasn't cut all the way through as usual. Great driver. And not her fault, but I only received one of the 2 20oz pepsi that I ordered. I called the store and was put on hold. 15 and a half minutes later I gave up. This location has been going downhill. Not sure I want to order anymore. They don't answer questions or resolve any issues anymore. I spent $25 and didn't get my whole order. Can something be done with this location? I'd hate to quit pizza hut. It's delicious. But if the service stays bad I will have to take my business elsewhere.
not receiving items paid for and manager rudeness
I called the store upon delivery arrival and told the manger that was on duty at 5749 Michigan Rd Indianapolis, IN location and explained i had not received my whole order he then ask if he could give a credit i explained to him i want my items i paid for everytime i order from here i do not receive my whole order he then stated i would respect him and i asked for corporate number and his name he hung up the phone i called back several times he stated he did not have to give me his name and he would file harassment if i kept calling after he hung up several times i will not be ordering from here again because of the rudeness he could have called right away and ask the delivery driver to turn around instead told me the driver was gone for the day I am highly upset and probably never order from pizza hut again
bad unethical behaviour
got my order wrong, call back manager put me on hold and then hung up on me. playing around made fun of me as i tried to explain what i order.i call back put me on hold never return after i complained about my order . as a manager don't know how to talk to customer. i would like a completed refund of $14.79. i comtinue to call back and ask to speaker or the number of the district manager i got put on hold again. this is away to treat any customer. my pizza should had been light on the sausage as you can see this isnt light on the sausage. also no cheese and the crust that they charge me an extra $1 for was hard as a brick.
wait time for delivery during holidays
I am an employee at pizza hut in a tourist city. Whenever we get calls from customers and inform them of the wait time they tell me that the csr from somewhere upstate told them that their order would arrive within 30-45 minutes. Although that should be the time, that is not the case in a city that is constantly flooded with tourists from out of state. Any customer ordering from south padre island, texas (zip: 95697) needs to be told that their order will take at least an hour to get to them if they order after 6:00pm. All the complaints we receive at our restaurant are almost exclusively about this reason and we constantly have to remake orders free of charge or offer store credit. A customer who orders between 6:00pm-11:00pm (our peak hours and traffic's heaviest hours) should be promptly told this.
pick up
I called for a pick up of two pizzas. I should have known when the girl was rude in the phone. I get home with the pizzas and they were mostly bread. The sausage and bacon pizza had no bacon. The pepperoni and mushroom had no mushrooms. And the pm pizza was not cut and the dough was hard as card board. I really expect better. The one night every two weeks I get to eat out and I wasted 15.00.

I spoke to Manager Ashley Bennett to try and order and use code, and Manager Ashley Bennett refused to honor my $10 off survey code for 2 pizzas which were considerably more than the required $20 purchase.
She talked down to me as if I were a stupid child saying, do you want me to spell it for you?
She was rude and demeaning, not what you would expect for a valued representative. There was no recourse for me to use the code since
it wasn't available as an entry online during order and then when I called, was subjected to Ashley Bennett's rudeness with no explanation
as to why she wouldn't use the code which I earned.
I will not be using this Pizza Hut in the future, but instead, Mr. Jims or Dominos which are also local.
8 piece boneless wings
I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings (spicy garlic) and it was terrible. First, a few wings weren't "tossed" in sauce. Second, they gave me the popcorn chicken of chicken wings. They're tiny. Third, it tasted like they were cooked days ago. Soggy, not hot and downright tasted terrible. I've eaten wingstreet wings plenty of times and this was the worst! After a long night of working I was actually looking forward to the wings, but I was severely let down. All I want is good tasting wings from Pizza Hut!

I called the Pizza Hut located on 3255 Tweedy Blvd in South Gate, California at 11:25pm and tried to make an order for pickup on March 27, 2018. Someone answered the phone and said Pizza Hut close and I quickly asked what time do you guys close and they hung up. I had previously looked up what time was closing and it's at 12am so I still had 35 minutes to make an order. I think this was really rude and unprofessional. My question is what time is closing then exactly.
On the bright side I then called the location 8509 Alondra in paramount and they also have closing time at 12am and they took my order which was great!
customer service
I called to feed about 5 people. We all love Pizza Hut pizza so we decided to order. I have kids here that love the chz (shake it packets). Also the adults. Everytime which is about a few times every month I order and I get the same delivery driver and for one he is rude also he lies and says they are out of the chz packets literally everytime so I let it go and tip him even tho I put on the delivery remarks please bring Chz. This time it bugged me because I actually called the store and asked them to please bring chz and she reassured me he would. So when he gets here I open the door the pizza box isn't even in a bag so it's gettingcold and he's standing there holding the paper and a pen up for me to sign then I ask him did ou ring the chz and he k ew exactly what I was talking about because he looked a little shocked and then proceeded to say they were out so I said screw it and sign the paper and even tipped him 2$ anyways . I get that it's his job and he wants a tip but the way he did it isn't the way at all. I used to work for the pizza business for 8 years. I moved all the way up to GM so I know the drill.. after he left it bugged me for a bit so I called back up to the store and ask to speak to a mgr then I was on hold for almost 4 minutes. The managers name was Maria and she basically didn't care. She must be young and new. I asked her if they had chz and she said yes so then I was pissed because now I knew he had been lying everytime to me. I explained my situation to her and she actually like she just didn't care.. I even told her I'm not after free food I just was upset because obviously he isn't doing his job right and she should probably talk to him.. when I work my butt off and want to spend it on food for my family and I choose to order Pizza Hut I want my simple request met. It isn't hard to grab some chz packets on the way out. if I was still a gm and someone didn't get them I would of made the driver bring them and written them up. I know there isn't much you will be able to do but maybe look into the driver and the mgr and make sure they are doing their job right because honestly being rude and not supporting your customers will make you loose business especially when I'm going to and people who have other problems with your complaint will spread the complaints.. I probably will be ordering else where from now on and I will encourage other to do so..
