manager leadership skills
I order a personal pizza that I was picking up. When I got to the store to pick up the pizza I was received by the Manager Consuelo who charged me and stated my pizza was not ready. I stated that it was ok that I would wait. I went to the restroom and when I came back I was appalled by the treatment I witness of this manager towards her employees. There was not one employee who she did not speak to disrespectful to. She was first screaming and speaking to one of the delivery staff about delivering the wrong pizza in a high tone as if he was stupid, then another delivery staff was asking about plates she also spoke to her that way. And again to another delivery staff. Then she went on to speak that way to her cooks. She was speaking down to everyone in a very disrespectful manner. I felt so uncomfortable and bad for the staff, the look on their face made me come home to write this. It is not ok for a manager to speak that way to their employees even less in from of costumers. A manager is someone who is suppose to be a leader, and a leader inspires to do more, to be better and someone who respects their colleagues. Im extremely mad and disappointed that pizza hut a family oriented company would have such a nasty person leading their staff.

I submitted a report after a Pizza Hut (Puritas in CLE, OH), said they somehow DIDN'T RECEIVE my order (which makes NO sense, because I received a confirmation number via email)! AND THEN, that it would take another 45 min - 1 hour to carry out that order...PASS. Naturally Domino's carried out the order AND delivered in record time. NO PROBLEMS OR HASSLE, AT ALL.
THEN I wrote to Pizza Hut and the said someone would be contacting me in days.. AND STILL NO RESPONSE..UGHHHHHH.

refund for food I didn't get
I ordered online, not knowing they had recently stopped delivering to my house after dark. Once I realized they weren't coming, I called back and they told me they tried to contact me, but there was an old number attached to my account. The manager told me the money would go back on my card when they cleared all the checks for the night. This was on Tuesday April 3rd. The next day I called back and they told me that it was my card company that was holding the money still. After taking to my card company, they said the holdup was on Pizza hut's end. I talked to a different manager today and she told me there was no way I could talk to anyone in corporate because they were just going to send an email to the store telling them what steps to take. I can't believe that it's taking this long to get my money back... It never takes this long for the pending transaction to go through when the money is coming off the card, so I don't understand why it's taking so long for me to get it back. I couldn't even order something else to eat that night because my money was gone. $30 may not seem like a lot to some people, but now that my card has been down to $2 the whole time I've been waiting to get my money back, it's a lot to me...
drivers tipping themselves
I've had to contact my local Pizza Hut on three different occasions because they tend to tip themselves after I've tipped them cash. I always keep my receipt and check it against my cc the next day. I've contact the store manager who gives me the "sorry about that" line and reimburses me the tip, but this time I've had enough! It is against the law for any restaurant/driver to tip themselves after you've put a line across the tip area on the ticket. It's always " I will contact the Area Coach" about this. They've never suggested any courtesy items for my inconveniences.
I will not order from this location ever again. I mean "Come On" 3x's
order not received and rude customer service
Hello, I placed a order at the Pizza Hut in Webster, Tx 1801 w Bay Area Blvd. I placed my order by calling the order in. I ordered the pizzas at 7:15, she said it the delivery will be there in 35 minutes. I stayed at the Hilton, I gave her my personal phone number and my room number. At 8:15 no pizza, I called and spoke with the customer service individual, she said it was delivered to 408, not the room number I gave when I ordered. She said she would put comments in for a free large pizza good for 30 days.
I didn't receive a confirmation about the free pizza. The stores in Houston needs to be cleaned up. It is ridiculous that you wait over an hour for pizza and then it is not delivered

Went into the Pizza Hut in Bremerton WA to let my son use the bathroom he had to go so bad. But when I went over to Pizza Hut with my son they said no you can not use our restrooms unless you buy a pizza. My young son had to go to the bathroom so bad, that he didn't make it out of the restaurant before he pooped in his pants and that made him so embarrassed and ruined his whole night. It was really [censor] that your employee had to be that rude and not let my son use the bathroom and made him [censor] himself. My son pooped in front of other classmates while they were there eating with their families. Our son cried all the way home and cried himself too sleep cause he was so embarrassed. No parent should ever watch their child feel that way or [censor] himself in front of all those people. We eat there all the time but not after the horrible and rude service we got about our young son using the bathroom. And your employees need to better cover themselves especially females. And never reduse service to anyone even if it's just to use the bathroom.. We would like someone too contact us about our recent experience there.

I've odered pizza it was late more then an hour & when i received it; it wasn't fresh at all there were guests at my house i was so embarrassed to gave them those pizza's
After that, when i called complain center of pizza hut the guy how was dealing with the complains he listen to my complain n cut the call on my face. After 5 min. when i called back he said the phone was cut bymistake and he cut it again. For the third time when i called again he cut the call
Is this the way to deal with the customer's complaints?
overcharged
I was overcharged again. The first time I was overcharged I just chalked it up. Then the several other times I just didn't have time to turn around and go back to argue. This time I am speaking out. This is getting redicukois and Lisa at this location doesn't make things any easier. Total price should have been $7.49 Not $9.49. This issue is now getting aggravating and old people!
Tired of being over charged so the teenagers working this establishment can steal money from your customers not once but this is the third time now. You need an adult over 19 in store at all times
food being cold
When receiving my order my pizza and cinimmon sticks we're cold. The pizza was not even cut correctly and the box's were not even hot. I paid $18.66 for food I expected to be hot and it was cold. I would like my money back and replacement for my order for this being cold and having to heat it up to even eat my food. Money comes hard for a single parent and this seems like a waste of money when food is received not hot as you expect it to be.

My husband my son and myself after eating dinner (Pizza Hut ) my husband was awakened with such a bad stomach ache he had to get up and take some Tums which didn't help our son as well was waking up after he went to bed with really bad tummy ache and myself I woke up in the morning with a very bad tummy ache. I spent $29.74 on this pizza that not right. I would expect a refund.

4-8-18 was at St Albans WV Pizza Hut. When I informed cashier that they didn't tell me correct cost.. She was rude and then said she would get her MGR. Then she came out and was rude also. Then said well I can give you $5.00 off next order. I was going to get my daughter's pizza (s) for her grad party there but will not now. Lost business because I will not be treated like that.

I ordered a large pan crusted pizza (2440 Bailey Avenue, Jackson, MS) and was charged for it. I received a handtossed pizza that was horrible. The children only ate one piece and refused to eat the rest. It will be a while before I go back to that restaurant.
I also tried to call the store backa total of 10 times. The phone just rung and then hung up. Very frustrated with Pizza hut. It's comparable to Papa John's.

4/3/18 number 009820 I called to ask for a price of a small pizza & I talked to Angel she told me what it would cost me & I told her I would ask a friend of mine if they want to pay that amount & I would call her back if I wanted the order. I called another pizza place & it was cheaper so I ordered it from them. I never called pizza hut or Angel back. I got the pizza from you a short time before I got it from the other place I never paid any attention to the box & it was from you after I opened it & had a terrible time getting a piece then the other place came with the one I ordered. I had to send it back I didn't have the money to pay for the two of them. The pizza from you was so bad I will not order another one from you it was stuck to the bottom of the box it was soggy inside & hard on the outside I couldn't bite it. I have written this is the second letter I have sent to you people & no response from anyone. I won't suggest pizza hut to anyone any more. I use to get all my pizzas from you but no more. I had to pay 14.39 for it and then can't eat it. I am on social security & in a nursing home & I told everyone before to order from you. Well no more.i
rude manager and bad service
This complain is about Pizza Hut in Bahrain, Muharraq branch near midway supermarket. On 6 April 2018 at 12:18 PM I placed order for pizza. At 1:05 PM I received my order but was wrong I called the branch but the manager was rude I think branch manager name is Rexon, I waited till 14:10 PM to receive my fixed order which is one hour and five minutes and the total time since I place the order is one hour and 50 minutes although I am living just about half kilometer away from Pizza Hut.

I order my food for pick up. When I received my food the whole order was burnt. I immediately called in to the pizza Hut store # 024953 Euclid Anaheim California. I asked for the manager, I was put on hold for 5min. The person who answered the phone i let her know what my complaint was about my food she says they will remake my order and she want me to bring back my order. I told her to send my order to my home we just got back from work and tired my daughter is sleeping can't wake her up from sleep . manager was very rude I ask her name she was rude after so I hanged up. after that she start calling me several time and and didn't speak actually that was scary of calling back to my cell and not speaking. This was truly poor service. My kids had to wait for me to order more food from somewhere else because pizza Hut couldn't give food that wasn't burnt.
incomplete order and no compensation.
I ordered from pizza hut in Minneapolis MN. my ticket # was 0142 included in my order were 12 pc hot wings a larger pizza and 2blue cheese sauces. the total being 41.45. My sauces were absent. I attempted to call the driver 3 times and no answer. I finally called the store @ [protected]. I was placed on hold and eventually hung on. I called twice more and was transferred to a manager where I was again hung on. Finally I did reach a manager who assured me that my sauces who be coming. They never did. And there was no compensation. It may sound petty but I cannot eat my buffalo wings without blue cheese sauce. I was absolutely neglected and treated poorly. I went out with my family on Easter April 1st, 2018 around 3-4pm in Maysville Kentucky's Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut has a bar down the middle for food to be placed in when we arrived at the establishment the food was displayed and still under the warmers. My family a quite huge one at that decided this was our best option so we told the waitress this was what we wanted and she apparently misunderstood what we had meant and assumed the salad bar was what we meant. After taking our order she moved to the middle bar area and removed all the food we assumed she was replacing the food with fresh food. After waiting with a toddler and newborn getting very restless for more that 30 minutes my two brothers personal pan pizzas came yet no food had been placed back in the middle. My family was getting quite restless and after they finished the pizzas (4 of my family members had ordered this including myself) the bill arrived two of us had not eaten anything the other two had some salad I asked when the food would be replaced so we would be able to eat. The waitress was very rude and disrespectful with her response to me saying "thats not what you ordered" this issue could have been resolved very easily by some simple explanation in the very beginning or even a simple polite answer. I walked up to the counter to pay a $57 dollar bill that I never received any food at all for myself or my father and salads for my mother and sister and asked how I would file a complaint to Pizza Hut because of the waitress I was not loud and I spoke right to the person who was behind the register. This resulted into when I walked away the cashier and manager announced very loudly that I was complaining to the waitress who then decided to yell at my parents who were ahead of me since I was packing up my newborn. This service was horrible and disrespectful and this entire time the manager was standing right by the register saying nothing to the waitress. As soon as I got into my car I called to make a complaint and I spoke with someone for over 20 minutes who I gave my number and Email to and was assured I would hear something back by that it might be two-three days well this I now day 5 and I have heard nothing at all so I am filing this complaint officially online. I will also add this is my first and last time eating at the Pizza Hut in Maysville I have a Pizza Hut in my home town of Flemingsburg KY that I have never had an issue with and I will always return to. At this point I would like a refund for my food simply because some of my party never ate and how disrespectful I was treated.

I order my food for delivery. My order was put in since 5:51 pm, I waited 1hr 30mins for my pizza to be delivered. When I received my food the whole order was burnt. I immediately called in to the pizza Hut store 7491 St Andrews Rd Irmo SC. I asked for the manager, I was put on hold for 5min. The person who answered the phone comes bk to the phone and say the manager told me to ask you is there anything I could do to help you. I let her know what my complaint was about my food she says they will remake my order sent it out. Almost two hrs pass by my order gets here and only half of my orders comes. I called back while the delivery driver is still here I ask for the manager, the response was the Manger said call you call back later. I said no my order is still messed up I was put on hold for 20 mins no one came back to the phone. The delivery driver calls on for me and I was able to speak with a Manger name Marshall. I asked for a refund he said that I would get one but couldn't give me a confirmation number for my refund told me I would have to come to the store to get it. This was truly poor service. My kids had to wait for me to order more food from somewhere else because pizza Hut couldn't give food that wasn't burnt.

I do not ever complain but the last 2 times we have ordered from pizza hut delivery, we've had issues. Today, I ordered the pepperoni lovers for the kids and a meat lovers. I did not look at the pizzas until the delivery guy left. My pepperoni lovers pizza looked like it had been dropped as the pieces were all bend up and topping everywhere. It also was not pepperoni lovers. There may have been 2 pepperonies on each slice. Littlecarsars $5 pizza has more pepperoni than this one. I was very disappointed and probably will not order delivery again since I have such bad luck when I do. The last time we ordered, it was an hour and a half before we got order and I may live a mile from the place. I'm just irritated because I didn't get what I ask for and wanted to vent and complain. I'm a single mom and friday night pizza night is kinda a big deal for us. Thank you!
