I am an employee at pizza hut in a tourist city. Whenever we get calls from customers and inform them of the wait time they tell me that the csr from somewhere upstate told them that their order would arrive within 30-45 minutes. Although that should be the time, that is not the case in a city that is constantly flooded with tourists from out of state. Any customer ordering from south padre island, texas (zip: 95697) needs to be told that their order will take at least an hour to get to them if they order after 6:00pm. All the complaints we receive at our restaurant are almost exclusively about this reason and we constantly have to remake orders free of charge or offer store credit. A customer who orders between 6:00pm-11:00pm (our peak hours and traffic's heaviest hours) should be promptly told this.

I called for a pick up of two pizzas. I should have known when the girl was rude in the phone. I get home with the pizzas and they were mostly bread. The sausage and bacon pizza had no bacon. The pepperoni and mushroom had no mushrooms. And the pm pizza was not cut and the dough was hard as card board. I really expect better. The one night every two weeks I get to eat out and I wasted 15.00.

I spoke to Manager Ashley Bennett to try and order and use code, and Manager Ashley Bennett refused to honor my $10 off survey code for 2 pizzas which were considerably more than the required $20 purchase.
She talked down to me as if I were a stupid child saying, do you want me to spell it for you?
She was rude and demeaning, not what you would expect for a valued representative. There was no recourse for me to use the code since
it wasn't available as an entry online during order and then when I called, was subjected to Ashley Bennett's rudeness with no explanation
as to why she wouldn't use the code which I earned.
I will not be using this Pizza Hut in the future, but instead, Mr. Jims or Dominos which are also local.

I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings (spicy garlic) and it was terrible. First, a few wings weren't "tossed" in sauce. Second, they gave me the popcorn chicken of chicken wings. They're tiny. Third, it tasted like they were cooked days ago. Soggy, not hot and downright tasted terrible. I've eaten wingstreet wings plenty of times and this was the worst! After a long night of working I was actually looking forward to the wings, but I was severely let down. All I want is good tasting wings from Pizza Hut!

I called the Pizza Hut located on 3255 Tweedy Blvd in South Gate, California at 11:25pm and tried to make an order for pickup on March 27, 2018. Someone answered the phone and said Pizza Hut close and I quickly asked what time do you guys close and they hung up. I had previously looked up what time was closing and it's at 12am so I still had 35 minutes to make an order. I think this was really rude and unprofessional. My question is what time is closing then exactly.
On the bright side I then called the location 8509 Alondra in paramount and they also have closing time at 12am and they took my order which was great!

I called to feed about 5 people. We all love Pizza Hut pizza so we decided to order. I have kids here that love the chz (shake it packets). Also the adults. Everytime which is about a few times every month I order and I get the same delivery driver and for one he is rude also he lies and says they are out of the chz packets literally everytime so I let it go and tip him even tho I put on the delivery remarks please bring Chz. This time it bugged me because I actually called the store and asked them to please bring chz and she reassured me he would. So when he gets here I open the door the pizza box isn't even in a bag so it's gettingcold and he's standing there holding the paper and a pen up for me to sign then I ask him did ou ring the chz and he k ew exactly what I was talking about because he looked a little shocked and then proceeded to say they were out so I said screw it and sign the paper and even tipped him 2$ anyways . I get that it's his job and he wants a tip but the way he did it isn't the way at all. I used to work for the pizza business for 8 years. I moved all the way up to GM so I know the drill.. after he left it bugged me for a bit so I called back up to the store and ask to speak to a mgr then I was on hold for almost 4 minutes. The managers name was Maria and she basically didn't care. She must be young and new. I asked her if they had chz and she said yes so then I was pissed because now I knew he had been lying everytime to me. I explained my situation to her and she actually like she just didn't care.. I even told her I'm not after free food I just was upset because obviously he isn't doing his job right and she should probably talk to him.. when I work my butt off and want to spend it on food for my family and I choose to order Pizza Hut I want my simple request met. It isn't hard to grab some chz packets on the way out. if I was still a gm and someone didn't get them I would of made the driver bring them and written them up. I know there isn't much you will be able to do but maybe look into the driver and the mgr and make sure they are doing their job right because honestly being rude and not supporting your customers will make you loose business especially when I'm going to and people who have other problems with your complaint will spread the complaints.. I probably will be ordering else where from now on and I will encourage other to do so..

My name is Russell Grimes. I am a writer and editor living in Kingman, AZ. On Monday, March 27, 2018 at approximately 6:20 pm MST, I placed an online order for $32.79. I wss entitled to a free dessert with my online order. Although I selected the free dessert and it was displayed prominently amongst the list of other items during checkout, it disappeared after I payed and received an email verification of my order.

I called the restaurant at 2911 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman, AZ 86401. I spoke with the manager who refused to add the dessert. Although I did not cancel the order, I am highly annoyed by the glitch that deprived me of a dessert Pizza Hut promised.

If Pizza Hut expects me to frequent the restaurant again or recommend their food and services to others, I expect an apology and recompense for my grievance.

Food was old pizza was so old it crumbled along with old toppings and breadsticks turned to dust as well. Was told the Buffet closed at 130pm however we came in and waitress never came over and just hollered across restaurant do you want buffet we said yes and no mentioned that food was old and time was up. Then we requested new food be put out she said we can put out 1 pizza. Horrible service and filthy place

Alexander matthew hildebrand is so nasty and disrespectful to his employees. He definitely doesnt hide the fact that he plays favoritism. He got in my face and was yelling at the top of his lungs and was so close he was spitting on me. He by passes other employees just to walk up and start harassing me. After he hired me he was telling the kitchen staff that hes only hiring "hot girls" from now on. Im not allowed to wear basketball short to work because someone might pants me? But every other male who works here wears them...ive been here over a year and I love pizza hut over all as a company but the general manager treats people so poorly hes running off all the good help we have. Im to the point where I want to quit myself...please help!

I waited 3 hours to get my pizza delivered for me to call them back for them to say they still waiting on a delivery diver to come in then I could not just get my money back the pizza was dry so I asked for a fresh one they stated they could not make it for me pizza hut is beginning to be horrible I use to enjoy pizza hut I guess me an my family will have to start getting else where. The person who took my order number is 028418.

We arrived 3/25/2018 at 4:35. Our pizzas were supposed to ready at 4:45. We paid and the cashier said the pizzas would be ready in about 6 minutes. At 4:45 there was no one at the register. We could hear laughter coming from the kitchen area. Finally at 4:50 someone (a different person) appeared at the register. I asked her about our pizzas, and informed her that they should have been out at 4:45. She began fumbling around with a small note. I suspect she was looking for our order (we had paid for them earlier, remember). She went to the window, and the pizzas were "ready". When we opened the boxes at home the cheese & crusts were burned. Our dinner was already late, so we ate what we could, and tossed the remainder. We are regular customers for this order getting the same thing every week or so. This is the first time we have been so disappointed. I feel we are entitled to at least a free pizza.

I am a customer frequently always good as the delivery man Spanish-speaking Cuban probably don't like Cubans That have been here a long time. This particular deliveryman middle-age call me a [censor] after I gave him a five dollar tip my advice to Pizza Hut to stop hiring these fairly new Arriving Cubans. That are jealous of people that I've been here a long time.

I placed a delivery order at 8:15 pm. I waited an hour and a half before I call and they tell me my order was returned. They have been to my house several times before . Should no one have called me when my order got returned? I was waiting forever on something that wasn't coming . It was suppose to be delivered at 8:40! I live just 3 minutes from the building.

I love pizza hut my kids prefer Dominos and ive never had a problem til tonight.
Everyone was looking like chickens with no heads while the customers continued to pour in and they contined to move slower and slower. Not only that we were the last to get our pizza. I guess because i made a statement about them being unorganized and the staff got in there feelings. Unhappy and unsatisfied with pizza hut

Hello. I have been a customer of this franchise since i moved to this city in 1988.
It still has the same phone number. I tell everyone that Pizza Hut has always had the best pizza around.
30 yrs later and my opinion has changed!
For the past 4 times that i have ordered a pizza im not satisfied with my food. Its too dry or burned or not made properly.
I call the store and management has great customer service in working with me, but im just not willing to continue wasting my money on product that is not made with great pride.
I usually never complain as you can see it has taken 4 bad pizzas to get me to say something.
I may just be 1 customer, but if you continue to get customers that can see difference like i have it will start to hurt your business.
I managed a Subway for 25 yrs and i know how 1 bad employee can hurt a business.
I hope that something will be done to save this establishment from losing long time customers. Thank you for your time.

Recently (March 22), I went to pizza hut to pick up two medium pizza's from your location on 2021 NC Highway 172 Sneads Ferry, NC. One was meatball and one was pepperoni. These pizzas were the driest pizzas I have every had. They had virtually no tomato sauce at all on them. On top of that i was made to wait at the front for someone to help me for over 5 minutes even though there were over 4 people in back that saw me standing there. I do not know if there were new people working there that night or not but they were the worst pizzas I have had from that establishment since moving here.
I am not asking for a refund but would not mind a coupon for free pizza. We order through you a lot and normally get all our party pizzas from you as well. I know this is not the norm for the company but felt you had a right to know in case it is ongoing.

Called the desoto location. ( usually no drivers ) once again to place an order. We are usually forced to dominos because this location is so bad. I called 10 times, line was busy. I took a screen shot. Tonight was our final attempt at buying from this location. Never again will we buy or attempt to buy, or recommend Pizza Hut to anyone for any reason. All my call and complaints to corporate have fallen on deaf ears. If you would like I would be happy to show you have to turn this location around.

Anytime I get bbq honey wings my 5 year old son eats it and starts screeming. Come to find out the pizza hut in st James missouri wash off hot sauce and put it in bbq sauce. Something needs to be done please. My son is only 5 years old and he shouldn't be given anything diped in hot sauce and washed off and put in bbq sauce. Zip code 655559. St James missouri.

Very bad delivery service. For 2 consecutive time I make an order and it arrives after 2 houres and I refuse to take the order. I don't know what is so hard to deliver a pizza order.
I will never order Pizza Hut again. Specially that the customer service are so unhelpful every time I call them they just say that the order is on the way and it will arrive soon and nothing happens.

My name is junesha bush and I had order from the pizza hut on summit st in Toledo oh they told me they delivered in my area but some how my order got through to the secor and central location in Toledo Ohio and couldn't deliver to my location I called the summit store back and asked for a refund because the money was already token off my credit card and the manager told me there was nothing he can do about it
