Pizza Hut Pizza's we're wrong

On 12/17/2021 my wife had ordered a meat lover's pizza with extra cheese and a supreme no green onion with extra mushrooms and extra cheese. She had our son stop and pick it up on his way home from a friend's and when he got home we sat down to eat and one pizza only had sausage and pepperoni and the other pizza was supreme with green onion and not extra nothing on it my son said he was not given a receipt. I just want my order to be remade today so we can have it for dinner and it is right this time

Pizza Hut Fraud: Incident #: [protected]

I have called the Pizza Hut Customer Service line 4x now. Each time, they said they will have someone contact me about the extra tip/charge they added on my credit card. Each time I call, the call gets routed to an "overseas" office. Why can someone not call me back? A crime took place, and Pizza Hut is doing nothing to resolve the issue. I have contacted my credit card company, and they are revoking the charge. Pizza Hut is a poorly run business, and their customer service is a total joke.

Pizza Hut delivery

I place an order with my local hut via their website last night. I never received the order. I spoke to someone on a version of chatbot and they assured me that they were looking into the order as I didn't not received confirmation and would get back to me within the hour on the e mail address provided.

We are now 9 hours later and as suspected no e mail received. Your customer service is awful. your staff should be made aware of making contact when they say they will, even when that contact is to say you are no further forward and will be back in touch.

Well done hut im now a domino customer, which is a shame as i much much much prefer your food, but overall trust and customer service has swayed me.

Pizza Hut Customer service and resolving the issue at hand

Pizza, chicken wings $43.60 worth of food.
I have been purchasing food here for over a year.
My complaint is that I received terrible customer service on this particular day,
My order was not correct the first time had to return back to the store where are the manager Jarred gave me an attitude because they had to redo the order, Plus when I received the order the order was still incorrect, but I did not want to return again due to the fact that I was going back-and-forth plus he did not give me my military discount that I have always gotten there before I spent a lot of money at this particular location and I would like to receive some kind of discount for my further purchases because it is the closest place to my home but if I have to I will go to another location or just switch restaurants completely. Thank you for your time and reading this I appreciate it.

Pizza Hut You stole my money

I ordered pizza Friday Dec 3, to be delivered, never got it. Your bogus call center took my order,
It took two min to take my money from my bank account, and three days of bull from pizza hut supervisor ty. Said I am out of luck, if I want to go to store, guess what? It's shut down I am disabled I reported to att y today. They said they will help me,
This business corruption at its finest, you stole my MONEY, I paid 20.14 for pizza, tips and pop

I did not get!
I am really really mad.
How do you not know which stores are open for business
I want my money, and anything else that would make this right. I paid with debit. There is no reverse charges from my bank. So I can't go that route,
Why do you need a call center for pizza? Who brained storm that horrible ideal. Call center I quote from ty, they can't fix it do anything, just take orders, you will sink pizza hut, this does not work for your pizza bus, I predict in the next two years you will be gone for good.
Because this right here. Ain't working for you. You have numbers that don't work, employees that can't perform, because you hide, and you are a thief. You business karma is coming. I have also reported you to att y General today. They said will help me. My son screen shot my order and posted to twitter. /pizza hut.

Desired outcome: I want my money back you thief . And a pizza week for six months.

Pizza Hut Carry out service.

As I was ordering by phone from Pizza Hut this evening I was rudely hung up on. I had placed my order and as the guy was confirming my order there were phone issues and I told him he was breaking up that I could not understand him. He again confirmed my order but I told him again that he was breaking up then he just Hung Up on me. If this is the way your employees are trained to deal with issues like this I will take my business elsewhere.

Pizza Hut Wendy Mobley

I ordered food bbq wings and bread sticks it took over a hour and it was cold. I called to see where my order was and couldn't hardly hear the girl and was rude . The delivery guy is super nice .

Pizza Hut Ordering

First order: the guy that responded confirmed my phone number and address a billion times. Didn't tell me they can't record an international number. 1.5 hours later I called and no-one knows anything about my order.

Renewed order: the guy is very very rude and shouts at me while I'm ordering and has no patience to even hear my order. And if I change my mind on something he shouts too because apparently I don't have the right to do that.

The first person told me there's an offer with 3 pizzas and a free drink (I chose juice cuz no-one drinks pepsi) for a certain amount. The second time the person told me it's only Pepsi so I didn't take the offer and ended up paying around 80 to 90 dhs extra. And when I asked him why he shouted and said "it's your fault you didn't listen"

So the ones who take the orders are just pathetically rude and honestly if they're too "above this job" please don't hire them. This is a very low standard for service in Dubai.

Pizza Hut Employee Authorized a tip without Coustomer permission

I ordered a personal pan pizza. Whoever took the order, wrote their name to authorize a tip without my permission. The General Manager return the tip, and told me he would contact me as to an outcome, but that does not fix the problem. You have a thief working for you. I can press charges with the police department, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General Office, but want to talk to headquarters first to try and resolve this matter. I have a complete complaint written up, and the receipt for the transaction.

Pizza Hut My box was open

My order number is 235

My pizza box seal was broken and there is a puddle of water on top of my pizza the water on top is not from condensation, the amount of water is just gross and when I tilt the box it moves and runs down the pizza its literally in the middle I took a screen shot of it if you need to see it the chicken is raw Pink the meat was not cooked the pizza was rushed out and not cooked thoroughly I ended up throwing away the pizza, we are in a pandemic and my box should not be tampered with .

Pizza Hut Never got my pizza

I ordered in the app a pizza. The pizza was for curb side pick up. Waited 30 mins. Never got my pizza. Went inside the store: manager was the worst in the world. I asked for a refund because he said he was too busy. He never gave me my money back. I called to complaint to head quarters 3 times. I just want my money back. Never got it. It has been more than 4 weeks now.

Pizza Hut Subbing out Delivery to Doordash

I ordered online for delivery. Nowhere on their website states that Doordash would make the delivery. I paid a top of 15% for the delivery. My surprise when doordash shows up at my door with my pizzas. The receipt shows a delivery fee of 3.99 but no tip. I asked the driver if she's getting the tip I but online. Where did my top go? Shady stealing
