At time of purchase, online ordering stated that orders could be done in 15 minutes. Ordered it & requested to be ready @ 5:30, called right away after and told them to go ahead and start now(4:37), got there at 5:22 & was told not ready for another 13 minutes, which is even AFTER what I originally requested. Did not get pizza in hand until 5:40pm. Now they're trying to charge me 3 times on my credit card for the one ppurchases! WTF is wrong with Pizza Hut these days!? Everyone, don't use them anymore!
