Olive Garden

So, I went to Olive Garden yesterday with my friends. We were all excited to have a good time and enjoy some delicious food. But, unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. The server who was carrying two food trays dropped them behind me, and the food spilled all over my clothes. It was a total mess, and it ruined our evening. We were so disappointed that no one from the management came to help him or asked us if we were okay.

I mean, come on, Olive Garden! This is not how you treat your customers. We were expecting a better experience, but we got nothing but disappointment. It's really sad that we had to go through this, and we won't be going back anytime soon.

Overall, I would say that my experience at Olive Garden was terrible. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I hope they improve their service and take better care of their customers in the future.

I went to Olive Garden and tried their shrimp scampi. I gotta say, it was not good. The shrimp tasted old and mushy, and the whole dish was tasteless. I think they might have used old leftovers to make it. The noodles were cut up really small, which was weird because they're usually long. And the asparagus looked dull and had an odd green color. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my dog, let alone a person. I did not enjoy my meal at all. They really need to learn how to cook better. It's just shameful!

I went to Olive Garden the other day and had a really bad experience with one of the managers, Lawrence. He was so rude and unprofessional, I couldn't believe it! It was so bad that we had to ask for another manager, Sunshine, to come and help us out. Our server, Harold, was really good though, so that was a plus. But it took us a really long time to get our food - like, three hours! That's just way too long for a meal with only two people. Honestly, the whole experience was just terrible. Lawrence really ruined it for us.

I had a really bad experience with Olive Garden's online ordering system. I tried to cancel my order, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. It was really frustrating because I had ordered food for Thanksgiving, but the restaurant was closed on the day we needed it. So, we ended up getting the food the day after Thanksgiving, which was totally useless. I mean, who wants to eat Thanksgiving food the day after Thanksgiving? It was a waste of money and a waste of food. If I could give Olive Garden zero stars, I definitely would.

The Olive Garden is a decent place to eat, but it's not the best. The salad was alright, but the soup was really watered down. It was hard to tell what the chef was trying to make. My wife's soup was different, but it wasn't great. Her spaghetti was really oily and greasy. It was terrible. The meatballs were okay, but nothing special. The bread was okay too. They didn't offer any oil and spices, so we had to ask for butter. We decided to take a booth in the bar area instead of waiting for 30 minutes, but that was a mistake. We won't be going back for a long time.

Olive Garden in Rivergate used to be a great place to eat, but lately it's been going downhill. I was really surprised to see this happen. The waitress we had forgot to bring my soup and didn't pick up any of our dirty dishes. To make matters worse, when we gave her the cash to pay our bill, she disappeared and never came back with our change. We waited for 30 minutes and eventually got tired of waiting and left. Despite her poor service, we still gave her a nice tip. Maybe she would be better suited to working at SONIC.

Olive Garden has been one of my favorite restaurants, especially for birthdays. My birthday is this month and I WILL NOT be having dinner with friends at your restaurant. Your support of perversion and child grooming is unacceptable, especially for a "family" restaurant. I hope you end up like Bud Light, Target, and Kohl's and any other business that is so unfriendly to families.

I'm contacting you to inform you of my not so pleasant lunch from Olive garden today I ordered the tour of Italy and a chicken alfredo the Alfredo on the tour Italy it was dry and hard fettucini noodles were hard the chickens seem to be overcooked not properly dressed with cheese and or sauce I will say the lasagna was okay but over all I was not happy with it the chicken alfredo was absolutely dry it seems as if there was no sauce on the plate the chicken was dried out the quality of the chicken wasn't good.we did not get more than three pieces in the plate seems like. I'm a single mother and I tried to treat my daughter as a gift of grades good and she was greatly let down my server was Jessica E. Who was on time with my school so I would say she did her job but the kitchen alone I feel the ball was dropped

My husband and i are regular visitors at the olive garden in savannah ga on abercorn street. They change hands rapidily . The bartender in training his name is chris , such a smart [censored]. The manager in training jackson worthless. My food was awful chicken was dry breadsticks everyone else got them except for us ask the bartender in training says he cant be in 2 places at once , go figure. Just a crappy experience over all. Taylor is the best.

On 2/23/23 I purchased the signature salad dressing at our local store,what a let down from what we get when we go to the restaurant in Harrisburg,PA.

Totally different...The store bought was so vinegary we couldn't even eat our salads,yes it was that bad,so bad we tossed it the trash,so either QC at the plant were this is produced needs to step up there game,not only did we toss it,but I also lost $5.88 in the process,now being on social security 5.88 may not be alot to you but to me and my wife it is.

Ate lunch with my wife and son at Olive Garden Glorietta Branch Makati City, Philippines on Jan 15,2023. We ordered entrees which included unlimited soup. First soup my wife and I got was minestrone soup which was very salty. Complained about it to our server Trisha and a foreign staff probably an American who I think was stationed in the area were the soup are being refilled. No feedback, explanation or action taken regarding my complaint.

We went to Olive Garden at Ala Moana mall in Waikiki, Hawaii. We went on Tuesday, January 3rd, around 2pm. It was not busy at all and yet it took the server a while to get us Parmesan cheese, our bill, boxes for our leftovers, and she made some mistakes on our bill. She was nice and polite, but there was no reason for the extra waiting. ALL our meals were lukewarm at best, which caused them to not taste good. My baked ziti was hardly baked and the cheese was barely melted. The children’s pizza and fries were barely warm. The pizza tasted weird and did not have much cheese. We would not recommend this location to anyone.
