Carrabba's Italian Grill - dissatisfied customer

Friday January 21st 6:45 PM I was with my wife and another couple at the Palm harbor, Fl location. We have dined many times at this location.
I ordered the chicken Marsala and the chicken was overcooked. I gave a piece to my wife and she agreed it was dry. The waitress came over and she says she could see it was overcooked. She took the plate away and the kitchen manager came out and asked if I wanted another chicken marsala and I said No because I did not want to take a chance of the meal being dry again. The kitchen manager said because the veal marsala is sauted and not on the grill, it would be more tender so instead I ordered the Veal Marsala. While I waited for my food, my wife and the another couple finished their dinner. They got the dessert menu when my food came out but decided not to order dessert. We paid our bill and left. At no point during my wait or after did any staff offer a free drink or even a free dessert.
Its not that we expected anything for free but because nothing was offered, we did not feel validated. A nice gesture goes a long way.
Needless to say we will not be back anytime soon if not at all.

I was told the last time I was in that Carrabbas had a new recipe for their Zucchini fries as I thought we got a bad batch. I thought they were terrible. I forgot Carrabbas had a new recipe and I ordered them to pick up car side as I have many times. They are terrible! They are all breading and a sliver of zucchini. My husband and I will never order them again! Please consider making them the old way… they were delicious!

I ordered two chicken marsala dinners with garlic mashed potatoes and Italian salads.

When my husband and I sat down to eat, the chicken for one of the dinners was like nothing I have ever eaten before. It was rubbery as if made of nothing but grisle. My husband spilt is chicken marsala with me as a result.

This is really making me reconsider eating at Carrabba's.

I'm sure I am not the only customer who ordered the chicken marsala that day and thought the business should be made aware.

Carrabba's Italian Grill - Overcharge for gift cards.

I ordered 2 Fifty dollar gift cards for my father-in-law (David Rehr) for Christmas and somehow the web site doubled the order charging my Visa $200, not the $100 I had intended to spend. I have tried contacting your company 6 times and do not ever get a reply. I have been sending him $100 gift cards twice a year for quite a while. Can you fix this?

Carrabba's Italian Grill - Dining experience

I always enjoy Carrabba's outstanding food. This evening I had a very poor dining experience at your Carrabba's located at 15 Van Camprn Blvd in Wilmington, NC. The waitress Candice S was extremely inattentive, brought the wrong soup, had a poor knowledge of the workings of the menu. When I notified the Manager of my experience he apologized but did nothing that would have eased our despair with our experience. Having always enjoyed Carrabba's this trip was extremely disappointing and I will rethink using Carrabba's in the future when dining.

Carrabba's Italian Grill - Service & Food/Drinks

Went there for dinner Saturday evening at 8pm, before graduation was completed. Had to wait for a table, yet many were empty. Grabbed a drink at the bar while waiting. Bottle beer $5.50. House margarita $6, but was charged $7. Ask for a shot of Grand Marnier to top margarita. Charge $12.25! Total for one drink each while waiting on table = $26.61 + cash tip! First sign things were not going to be good!
Finally seated after 15 mins, okay. Took another 15 minutes for the server to acknowledge us. Gave him our drink order (water - after the bar tab, could not afford a 2nd!)), 10 minutes later we had water, half basket bread with dripping oil. Single plates came out wet from water. Server explained they were short on bread and could not bring extra. Okay, understand that.
Placed order for appetizer, "NEW" Bread & Dipping Sauce Trio. Ordered entrees at the same time. Dipping sauce came 15 mins later with NO Bread! Explained shortage of bread, so we have Sauce Trio & nothing to dip in it with.
I Had to ask for napkins & silverware. Finally, I went to the bar for that. When the server did bring some out, it was two folded napkins with six pieces of wet silverware placed on top of it.
Complained of sauce with no bread, he said would have it removed from the ticket. Just as well as the Sauce Trio have NO FLAVOR AT ALL!
Entrees came out a few mins later ... Tuscan Sirloin, no grill baste, olive oil or herbs. No flavor. Parmesan Fries, NO FLAVOR! plus the only steak was Worcestershire, unreal! Lasagne (Lasagna) had NO FLAVOR! Near NO meat, none of the FOUR cheeses or meat sauce! Hint of Ricotta on top.
Salads that came with meals had NO FLAVOR either! Did not eat them nor the other entrees...
The Ticket came out, still had charge for the NEW item of Bread & Three Cheese Trio. He went back to get the ticket corrected.
Every time we needed something, I had to stop the server to ask for it.
Upon leaving I ask for a manager or comment card I could send to the manager. Young lady offered a sticky note... Or she would try to find an email address for the manager. I told her this was by far the worst meal we have ever had, ever! We are Seniors, travel and eat out often... And have NEVER had such a horrible meal, service and/or expensive drinks (Grand Marnier shot)!
After passing this location in Pensacola for 3+ years and always wanting to eat there, it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

Carrabba's Italian Grill - Overwhelmed dinner service

Dinner for 8 on Sunday evening, May 23, 2021 at Carrabba's on Kirkman Road & Vineland, Orlando, Florida. This was a birthday celebration and service began in an acceptable manner. Although the restaurant appeared to be understaffed, dinner guests began to increase which caused the service to DECREASE. After dinner was served (food was fine) service literally stopped.
We waited in vain to place dessert orders. A check was quickly dropped at the table and we paid since we were tired of waiting. We should not have left a good tip because it really was undeserving. A very bad end to a birthday dinner. I saw the manager on my way our and gave him a thumbs down signal.

Carrabba's Italian Grill - online ordering

It is impossible to place an online order (delivery/pickup) via Microsoft Edge, default browser for Micorosft Windows. Pages do not load correctly, or half load. (Either that, or it is extremly slow and no indicators that it is still loading) It has been this way for god knows how long and nobody there seems to care. I do not want to have to download another browser just to be able to order from this place.
