Our order never came and we had to ask others after us came out . We had to ask to be. Told kitchen was in mess. When our food came it was chicken taquiton and side salad onion soup and side salad and MASH POTATO and STEAMED SPINACH which was cold i sent it back my family ate their food still no food when I did get it I no longer wanted the food and the even offered to not charge me so I could take it home are u kidding me ? Then manager never came out and you all had the nerve to charge up for remainer of food 30.00 I will here go back there and believe me I will post everywhere I can how terrible the whole experience was . berthaSmith

overcharged my credit card

I have been overcharged - Check # 0201a Rec:180. My bill came up $49.61. I payed using a $25.00 gift card and that balance on my credit card. The balance due after the giftcard was $24.61. I tipped 15% on $49.61 which is $7.44. Total amount that should of been charged is $32.05. My credit card was charged $57.05. That is $25.00 extra. Please credit back my credit card the $25.00 that was not authorized. Thank you.

    When you signed the receipt credit card statement, did you not notice that you were not credited for the gift card?

My server by the name of Maria S (Va location) made a very unsettling remark regarding how fast and how much food I ate, saying "Oh, you really cleaned your plate" and started laughing, I am struggling with my weight did not find that comment pleasant, funny neither appropriate. She then said, "the food was so good, make you want to slap your grandmother", both of my grandparents are no longer on this earth, that comment made me feel uneasy and sad as I started to think about my grandparents. Maria completely ruined my experience at the Cheesecake Factory. I was eating with a guest, Maria took my bankcard and charged my guest food on my bankcard after she already separated the checks, she was not paying attention being so busy laughing and making inappropriate comments nd acting very jittery. My experience there was horrible, I will not be back there ever!

I was supposed to receive a gift card over 2 weeks ago and have not received it

i came in to the restaurant for a pick up, the staff did not give me all of the items i paid for. I contacted the manager and he assured me that, a gift card would b sent out to at minimum cover the cost of the food that was not in the bag, 2 weeks later i contacted him again as i had not received the gift card after he said it would only be a few days. He apologized and said he would send one out right away, it has now been another 2 weeks, totaling over 1 month since i actually placed the order, im quite dissapointed that something so simple could cause me to not want to eat at your restaurant since i very much enjoy your food, but i refuse to eat there until this issue has been settled, all i would like is to have my initial refund given to me and that would at least make me consider your restaurant in the future

A coworker/friend went to eat for her birthday.. We do the keto diet so we decided to share a bunless burger. Extra cheese. And avocodo on the side.. No fries.. And egg on top.. A side of brussel sprouts and two green teas... Somehow on gods green earth our bill was $52.00. I questioned the bill with the manager and he stated we would of been better off getting 2 burgers.. Somehow we got charged 24.00 for one burger.. That's pure robbery!!! And because they gave us extra avocodo which by the way was not extra at all.. Never again will I eat here.. Walhburgers next time for sure!!! U guys robbed us blind.. Well done
