I have ALWAYS had excellent service and food quality. But on this particular visit, April 17th, EVERYTHING was lacking. The salad seemed to have been sitting for some time before it was packed for my to go order, the alfredo sauce was mixed with so much noodle water that the sauce was horrible, and the breadsticks that were given were nothing more than a yeast roll in stick form.. I was so shocked because I had never had a problem with the quality of food I have purchased from Olive Garden. This really damage my trust in the company and would honestly like a refund. I hope this helps you all uphold the standards for this this location, 401 Oxford Exchange Blvd, Oxford, Al, 36203. I took it as a loss and tossed the food out and had to leave the office, again, to seek out lunch after I had already sat in your parking lot placing the order and waiting for my pickup time.
