My wife and I came to Olive Garden for lunch at Altamonte Springs, Florida location on 2/16/2023 at arountd 12:30pm. There were plenty of tables available as seen in the attached pictures and yet, we were asked, by the hostess, to wait. I don’t understand why customers are asked to wait if there are seats available. Being short of staff doesn't explain why a customer can not be seated. Please explain!
Desired outcome: Please change your company's policy so that when seats are available, have the customer seated and not wait in the waiting area!
