To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of food and service I received at your Olive Garden location on Father's Day, June 18, 2023 in North Haven, CT. At around 6:44pm, I placed an online order for pickup. The order was to be ready at 7:05pm. The order was ready at 7:10pm. My experience at your establishment was not only unpleasant, but it was also highly unacceptable.
Firstly, the food that was served to me was of poor quality. The salmon was overcooked and very salty. The salad was wilted and lacked freshness. The lettuce and onions in three of the four boxes weren't cut up and was just thrown in the box. Also, the meatballs were extremely salty as well. We as Afro Americans already have high blood pressure so that didn't help. The chef needs to be fired. I was shocked at the poor quality of the food as I have always had a positive experience at other Olive Garden locations.
Furthermore, I was stunned by the lack of supply of utensils at your restaurant. It took an inordinate amount of time for me to receive forks and knives to eat my meal with. I had to return to the restaurant to obtain the utensils. This delay is unacceptable and shows major flaws in your management.
In addition to the issues mentioned above, I would like to request a full refund for my meal. I am deeply unhappy with the entire experience and feel I did not receive the experience I was promised as a loyal customer. I hope that you will resolve this issue quickly and take appropriate action to improve the quality of your food and service at this location.
