Olive Garden

Regarding receipt number 60147, dated 04/28/2023, /table 47/time 6:42 pm/ olive garden 1142 pines blvd, pembroke pines, fl. 33026, total of check 51.75 plus 10 dollar tip = 61.75 the following complaint is registered: first, after ordering and food coming to the table i opened my napkin and noticed a big gum like substance one the inner side of napkin next to fork and spoon. Then when the two chicken dinners came the chicken was cold and "hard" and the pasta was cold? my daughter complained to waiter about hers without consuming no more than one spoon full and the waiter said he would take care of it. He eventually brought her another which was hot and edible. I felt bad having to also return mine so i consumed the soup and bread sticks which i took home and could not eat it afterwards due to hard stale taste. When i got home i reviewed the receipt and noted that the server had not credited the returned uneaten dinner costing 29 dollars but only credited 10 dollars for the :completely uneaten dinner:?

this was a horrid experience that annoyed and angered me. I i want this sent to the ceo , corporate office of olive garden for is immediate attention and perusal and a reply given me "asap". Thanking you for any consideration given this complaint fro a "past loyal olive garden fan".

This was a waste of my money spent and lack of an enjoyable eating experience.
