McDonald's inside walk up order machine

I have asked over and over to NOT have to use this machine that is a headache. Look if I am making the effort to come inside then why can't someone make to effort to greet me, take my order, money and be done. If I find a person at the counter I am gonna go there 1st. I like the interaction. The smiles. The politeness. A max 3 minute order at the counter equals a 15 minute order on these machines. I get a 30 minute lunch. Then what really gets me if I want to pay with cash after all the time it took me to figure out how to order now it print me ticket to give someone else to take my freaking money. Are you serious. I am begging you to give us the choice. Don't force me to order through it instead of a smiling face. Some things aka person should Not be replaced. It is a restaurant not a shopping center. I have friends in other States that are having this same issue. I am sending photo of a pic I found of my friends friends page

McDonald's service

I go to McDonald's in Blackshear, Ga and order 6 biscuits and 2 buritos. I ask for jelly and the girl gives me 2 packs. I asked for more and the girl gives me attitude and hands me 2 more. Now I'm no genius but there's no way 2 packs going to be enough for all those biscuits and buritos. First, the girl should not have gotten attitude bc I wasn't asking for more than enough. Next, if that's what I can expect each visit then no thank you I will carry my business elsewhere. Thank you and have a blessed day.

McDonald's food

already sent a complaint in once about 2 weeks ago and still no response.money dont grow on trees.went thru drive thru and ordered, 3/10 piece nuggets, 2/double bacon smoke house burgers, 2/big macs, 3/large fries and 2/double quater pounder with cheese.the nuggets and fries tasted like the oil could of been changed and just didnt taste rite.there was no sauce on the big macs and the meat on the burgers was abit tough.when you have 3 hungry adults and 3 hungry teenagers and you get home to this, you would be abit upset yourself. this mcdonalds is on hull street (360) north chesterfield virginia

At 9:37 on 1-5-2019 me and my daughters purchased $22.56 worth of food from the McDonald's at 8333 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas Tx. 75241. We stay maybe 10 minutes away give or take but our fries were cold and rubbery which was clear they had been reheated several times and old, our chicken nuggets were cold n soggy n tasted awful. I am not one to complain, but this morning early before daylight. We stopped at McDonald's and ordered gravy an biscuits, hash brown, and sausage egg mcmuffin. It was tha most nastiest food from that location . OMG ! We just threw it away . the quality of the food at that location has went down hill fast .! Our last time eating at McDonald's !

McDonald's rude customer service by manager

I visited this restaurant on 5995 Mavis Rd, , Mississauga, on, L5R 3T7 at 2:06 pm on Jan.1, 2019. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a combo. My order was incorrect when I received it at which point I complained to the manager. He was of East Indian descent; he did not give me his full name. The manager was un-apologetic and spoke rudely to me and was insulting in front of other patrons. I understand that there are human errors, but customer civility is important. I am a regular patron at this location and enjoy eating McDonalds on a frequent basis; I have become disillusioned by my experience.

I hope you look into this matter and advise this individual accordingly that this type of behaviour towards customers is not acceptable.

McDonald's I have been charged 3 times for the same food

I had booked my food in McDonald outlet in Paris, 5 rue du renard, 75004, with my axis bank credit card (Visa) for Euro 11.95, was declined. Then booked the same with my kotak bank debit card (MasterCard) for again Euro 11.95, and was declined again. I was asked to pay cash, which I did at the counter. Later I found the both the cards were also charged, despite being declined. So I have been charged three times for the same food. Please ensure the two refunds (of visa and MasterCard) at the earliest. Thank you.

McDonald's food quality and incorrect food

We ordered a boys kids meal that was supposed to be spider man or Wreck it Ralph and received a generic car toy, also the quarter pounder with cheese had so much mustard it was inedible and the chicken sandwich we ordered was soaking wet with mayo. This location incorrectly processes our order all the time. We receive the wrong food, drinks or cold food that appears to be prepared for other customers orders and we are consistently in their drive thru for 10 - 15 minutes, recently in November we were in the drive thru for 23 minutes and were told it was because they wer short handed and we we finally got our order the fries were cold, one drink and one sandwich were incorrect; no special requests were made, we are disgusted with this restaurants inadequate performance.

McDonald's food

On 12-31-2018 my mother and I went to the McDonald's in Hazlehurst MS 39083 and went through the drive through and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers 2 medium fries and 1 large soft drink and a sweet tea and my burgers were dry and fries were old . Also my sweet tea had a hole in the bottom of the cup so it got all in my vehicle . I didn't know my food was like this until I stopped driving and started eating .

McDonald's service/ employees/ food

This Mc Donalds is located in Pittsburgh pa on Stanwix streets and Liberty avenue downtown Pittsburgh..I have gone here several times since the summer... Here is my take on this location and service. it is the WORST! some of the employees are on the phones, wait times for service is long then to actually get your food is another 5 to 10 minutes. Employees do not have uniforms nor hair nets when preparing food. When you enter its like a circus with little organization or direction. This location is a disgrace to your company and should be re-organized to provide the customer service and quality you come to expect from a franchise like this.. Attitude is EVERYTHING! and some of the ppl who wait on you (including managers) act like they are doing you a favor... I will never return or recommend McDonalds to anyone! with this kind of service, attitude and poor food... bill 412.706.1428

McDonald's overpricing

I recently stopped at mcdonald's on Woodstock ave. in Rutland vermont I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and didn't realize until I got to work that she charged me 5.38 just for the sandwich. If they are charging people for the meal and not just the sandwich itself they are making a pretty hefty profit at nights end. I would have gone back but was late for work. I was very disappointed because I frequent the establishment often.

You got a fair price. Most McDonald's franchisees charge just under $5.00 for the large sandwiches like the Quarter Pounders and Big Mac. That's just the sandwich. The meal will be more like $7 or $8.

They forgot a sandwhich then it took me 5 minutes to get their attention at the drive through after I had already waited 10 minutes for my food they finally 20 minutes later get the rest of my order to me only to get home and have hard dried up chicken and hard buns only thing fresh was the fries. the manager was totally rude I know its cold but she choose the job she has and I respect that I am also a restaurant general manager but to slam the window in my face and not let me speak is horrible if she acts that way I could only imagine the employees and what they go through with her as their manager overall very unsatisfied with my visit the quailty of my food n service Im not sure ill return back at least not for a while

McDonald's manager

I am very disturbed by the manager Terry to our local McDonald's in North Topeka kansas.. This store has an amazing drive thru employee. His name is Cameron. He's such a great person with an awesome personality! He is always happy, respectful, willing to fix anything his customers are unhappy with & quick without hindering the order! I also have found i am not his only regular customer that comes to this McDonald's just to get a great experience from him. It is such a pleasure to come daily to order from him. He always makes my day better! Last week I came into the restaurant instead of my normal drive thru & was very upset to overhear his manager Terry speaking about him in a rude & distasteful manner. It wasn't about how he does his job. It was uncalled for & unacceptable! This is not the first problem I have seen or over heard with this manager since the other manager left. I am also NOT THE ONLY customer that has seen problems with this manager. Maybe she isn't the correct person for this management position.

McDonald's employee

I have never seen anything as upsetting to me as did on Sunday Dec 23rd at 9:40 pm at the McDonalds in Greenfield In.
My sister and I were ordering thru the drive thru.
We were waiting on our food and could see the employees inside the restaurant.
On employee had just fixed an item with whipped cream on it and then licked the top of the whip cream lid.
I was appalled.
When they opened the window to serve our food I suggested to the employee that they might want to throw that can of whip topping away.
Her asked why, I said because the other employee licked it.
The employee that had done it stepped around the corner and said I used my finger!
WRONG we saw what happened.
I was in food service for 25 yrs. I would have fired the person on the spot.
Had I not been so hungry I would have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere.
I had a fish sandwich and large ice tea, My sister had a sausage cheese biscuit and large dr pepper.
I did not get the employees name but could easily describe the person I am speaking of.
I definitely will not eat at this store again.

McDonald's drive thru service

Very rude customer service. Told me I need to check my order before I pull to the window and I asked her name after several confusions with my order and she slammed the window and shrugged her shoulders. Cashier had a bad attitude and was very unethical. She needs more training on customer service and when she gets upset she should walk away politely and have another co-worker step in.
