I visited your 5th Avenue South location on Dec 28, 2018. Went through drive thru. I ordered steak egg cheese wo egg and sausage biscuit. I did not get a receipt and specifically asked for NO folded egg. Guess what I received a folded egg. Called into CS they asked since O did not have a receipt and could not return the merchandise to take a photo of the item. I did so. I went back in the next day and the manager I spoke with adked me when could I come back in because I had already purchased breakfast elsewhere. I told het I would be back on Monday 12/31. I went into location tried to explain to manager name Emily or Emory but she was flat out rude. I dont know how she got past the hiring process. She is AMAZINGLY a manager. Her CS etiquette is highly poor at best.
