very slow and unorganized crew. placed order at the walk up display and still waited 15 minuets to get my food. 4 people in the whole store. two already placed order. hotcakes where cold. terrible service. their was a employee ordering food and he received more attention than anybody, besides laughing and making jokes about their job. very unprofessional service.
my meals
Went to McDonald's. Constitution ave Colorado springs CO. I do not eat McDonald's often and remember how good a big Mac is. I asked for NO lettuce extra pickle. ONE PICKLE SLICE. like COME ON. And fries? Freezing cold, and literally my medium fry you could t even see the fries from the open side of container. The "diet Coke" we both got is watered down and is not carbonated. Like come on McDonald's we pay you 16 for a meal to enjoy and I am disappointed. HORRIBLE excuse. Why come to your restaurant when what we get is basically half of what we ordered and we pay over double the price we paid several years ago? I would honestly like an honest response. It's agitating. Set at drive thru waiting to give order and the other land was being attended to over mine several times. Went into lobby and while I was in there the manager and employee at do I g drinks was arguii g with one another getting loud and the employee was you g very foul language with other customers and children in lobby this was very unprofessional and uncalled for I do not have any plans to return

My order was simple and straight forward as I did not ask for my burger to be made a specific way, I ordered it straight from the minute. I ordered a Quarter meal with cheese, medium size and a sweet tea. I paid my $7.77 and received my cup for the tea. I went to get the tea while waiting for my order and I cam to realize that there was no sweet tea, they were out so I grabbed a coke. After doing so, I went to stand over by the counter to wait for my meal. I waited, and waited and waited. There was a total of nine people that came in after I did and they left before I did. After waiting 12 minutes, I asked the cashier what was going on, why is it taking so long? The young lady stated that she would check. After walking away from me, she never came back. After waiting a whopping "18" minutes, I asked for the manager. I simply asked him, why have I waited 18 minutes for a standard item from the menu? He said that the person making the burgers skipped over my order and I am sorry. It is on it's way. I was just looking at him like wow!

For the last 6 weeks or so I have had to wait up to 15 minutes for my drive through order. This was never the case before. What's happening that I have to wait so long. It's ridiculous.
I spoke with the manager today and was told the toaster wasn't working properly. I asked what about all the other times. She had no answer. I see lots of other customers parked and waiting for their drive-through order too. They also look annoyed at the wait. IWhat are you going to do to improve the drive-through service?
I don't want coupons for my trouble. I want better service.

I puchased a $27.95 family box today at around 12.30pm 15/09/2018 from auburn mcdonalds it was a very busy time for me so i didnt check my order before leaving by the time we reached our destination (sports game) i realised i was ripped off i only recieved x2 big macs and x2 cheese burgers with x1 fries and the drinks! i did go back to the store because it initially was my 12yr old who ran in to make the order and when ur number gets called u give the reciept as she did. As a result i was told by the staff at the counter that they couldnt do anything for me because there was no proof of purchase? How is this possible that mc donalds can take your money but not give what you paid for? I feel ripped off and sad as this is something i order regularly from mcdonalds

On 9/12 I took my son to the Yorktown McDonalds #25251, been going there for years. Workers at counter were impatient and rude, had asked about a specific sauce and was told they had it so when I went to counter to get food asked about it and was told rudely they no longer carried and if I wanted a different one then what was it? Couldn't believe the rudeness. So took tray to sit and was surprised to see a child around 4 sitting with an adult who was sleeping in booth, the child said wake up mommy several times. Order two Quarter pounder meals through the Drive thru this has happen many times before, they are suppose to cook it when you order it the pattie was burnt ! dry Rubbery look like a Hamburger not Quarter pounder couldn't eat it, terrible, so I call the store and ask to speak the manager, the person who answer said she was and I told her the problem and all she said was she was sorry, OK is that it ! never said can we at McDonalds can replace your meal NOTHING! So I ask for your Corp. Office Number she told me it was on the receipt so I told her I can't even read the Receipt I have pictures of the Quarter pounder and of the Receipt, For 15 years I've been going to that McDonald's the customer service is in question they need a lot more training specially in Customer Service being in customer service should be handle with pride, this I know cause I was a McDonald's Employee in New York City I just hope they are not passing Hamburg as Quarter pounder and Old meat as freshly made, my pictures will be on Face Book Thank You Vivian Palmer

Today at 10:59am at McDonald's from store #17768. I order a sausage egg mcmuffin and when I checked it wasn't what I order . So I went back and made a complaint to a cashier. After I made my complaint I heard the Hispanic cookers say to put saliva on my food and said it about three times loud thinking that no one will understand her ... So I talked to the manager and she said that she couldn't do anything because she doesn't speak Spanish ...so she didn't take the time to punish her cookers for what they

I'm writing to complain about consistently bad food being provided at the Sterling Va. Store on sterling Va. Over the last 2 weeks alone, they have served us horible food. My wife ordered a dailydouble with light mayo and it came literally oozing mayo it was gross. I ordered the steakhouse burger which is really good at other stores. Here it comes with badly burnt onion crisps. And for the second time in 2 weeks I ordered a double steskhouse and the second patty was a small regular hamburger. The fries; I get fries at different McD's all iver DC and tgey are alwsts hit and fresh. This McD's never serves hot fries even when I specifically ask for them. Tonight however they were particularly awful. Under cooked and soaked in grease. Completely inedible. And my wifes fish sandwiches were ordered plain. And the special order ticket was on the container. They came with everything including huge globs of tarter sauce. I have tolerated half crappy food from this store for a long time but now it's exponentially worse. I'm done with this store. Not McD's just this store. I've been eating McD's food for 50+ years and never been so disgusted by the food as what we received tonight. I work in the District of Columbia and eat at the store in town at times and the food is always perfect. The managers at this Sterling store should spend time in a DC store and learn how the food should be served.

My wife and I were driving home from Virginia to Michigan. We stopped at a McDonalds at 7am to order breakfast for the road. While driving a few miles down the road we started eating our Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffins the they were full of egg pieces of egg shells. Almost made us sick, they tasted disgusting. We wanted to get home and didn't have time to turn around to return them.

It was a very disappointing visit to your Spinny's outlet this Thursday Have been visiting McDonald for many years and never had such situation earlier. As per attached pictures had ordered for Veg happy meal whereas the order received was Beef happy meal and staff insisted it is correct . Ref to attached pictures it is clearly shown Beef is a different product altogether and by all means it cannot be same. It is a matter of big and serious concern as it is not related to taste or flavor but strictly with my Religion. Luckily I didn't had it and was replaced by veg later on when I insisited.

Everytime I come through that drive-through at McDonald's they screw up my order. In one way or another they either forget something or they get the whole thing wrong. The people that work the drive-thru window are less than educated in my opinion. I'm so tired of it that I'm willing to drive out of my way to a different McDonald's. And the fact that you're making this so difficult for me to file leads me to believe that you don't give a [censored]. why do I have to write a freaking essay just to get the point across that they screwed up my [censored]ing order at the drive-thru window

My order was incorrrect i ordered a Sausage McMuffin with egg and when I get home it did not have no egg. I completed the survey and I was contacted for it. The lady told me she would send out a card for my inconvenience and that because she was out of town it would take a week so I waited and it's been already 3 weeks and still nothing . I went to McDonalds I order pick 2 Filet O Fish and 10 piece chicken nuggets after that I ordered two Big Macs extra cheese extra mac sauce a medium fry in two large Cokes. I was charged 40 cents for cheese and 50 for mac suace. This was at 11:51 PM I get home to realize the didn't put extra any thing after I was charged. So I drive back wasting my gas and time now it 12:05 am I tell the employee over the speaker they messed up my over nice and polite so the tell me drive to the second window so after waiting behind three more cars I'll get to the window and the manager was trying to hand me someone else's full so I told her no my order was made incorrect and the guy on the speaker told us to try for it so I gave her back the two burgers in the fries because now the fries are going to be cold when I get home with the burgers and she tells me she just put the order in if I can pull up after sitting there waiting in the waiting area for 20 minutes watching 10 cars drive away and complain about their service and waiting in the line I continue to wait for my food. An employee brings out the food and I told her did she put new fries in the bag because I've been waiting for 20 minutes my drinks are water down now and the fries aren't sure are cold she told me she cannot replace the fries because they weren't made wrong which she is right they were not made wrong the burgers were made wrong so how do I wait a whole 45 minutes to get a burger to turn around and eat cold fries so she told me that she was not going to replace it then she got an attitude walked off and said hold on hold on sent another employee outside the other employee approaches hands me the fries and I asked him for her name because when I asked her friend her name she walked off he told me her name was Gina she is a manager. I don't know what kind of customer service that is because I was in Customer Service for 5 years number 1 the customer is always right you messed up my order I was charged for the extra cheese and extra mild sauce it was an inconvenience for me to have to drive back to get my food made correct and now you want to act like I'm inconveniencing you. That is very rude I could have came back loud obnoxious and angry screaming in her face but I did not do that not to mention I waited in the Drive-Thru for almost 25 minutes just to receive two Big Macs in a fries but as I'm sitting there I say to managers walking out with two bags of food and the drive-thru line is around the building but she's explaining to me that she's busy my personal outlook on that is if you were busy then your managers should stay behind help you clear those orders so you can get people's orders correct and then you don't have to take it out on the customer. I went to the drive thru 1052am on 9-8-18. Store #21666. I ordered hash browns and a steak bagel. I was told to pull up in # 1 reserved drive thru parking spot. After 5 minutes, they pulled another customer up in #2 reserved drive thru parking spot, followed by yet another customer into #3 reserved drive thru parking spot. After another 5 min, they brought out food to #2 spot and asked me if i had a cheeseburger. I said what i was waiting on and he said ok and left. I proceeded to wait ANOTHER 10 min, still nothing. Finally the guy in #3 reserved drive thru parking spot went in cuz he was tired of waiting. I followed. After ANOTHER 4 min inside, I FINALLY got my food and need to tell you, was late for work because of this. I have never been so disgusted with service. Left there at 1120am ! Fyi. They were NOT busy inside or out! No excuse

Waited over 32 mins in the drive thru. Only part of my order was given while waiting manager or supervisor asked what I was waiting for I said the rest of my order. She got it but while I mentioned they had bad service she slammed the glass window on me never did I receive an apology for the wait I felt very disprespected. She should not have this position if she is gonna be unprofessional. This is very bad customer service. Got in line at 12:08 placed my order at 12:22 did not receive my food until 12:40 mind you all this was in the drive thru. Location is on Rio bravo and coors #36544 in Albuquerque. Let me begin this by stating that I do not eat anything from McDonald's, however, I had the unfortunate experience of taking someone to get food. Here is what took place. On 2 separate mornings around 7:30 am I had to leave due to being stationary in line for more than 5 minutes. This was before I was able to place an order. Also, on 2 other separate occasions at night around 8 pm, once we were finally able to place an order and made it to the pick-up window the young people at the window displayed very poor customer service skills.
Imagine this scenario. You have a young person that you are mentoring and after an evening of spending time with them they ask you "can you take me to McDonald's before you take me home". Of course, I stated my concern about eating fast food frequently. You pull in to the drive-thru and there are only 3 or 4 cars ahead of you. You hope this to be fairly quick since this is a fast food restaurant and you have to drop your mentee off at home and you still have to get back to your children to get them to bed. In just a few minutes you realize that your trip to McDonald's is not going to be quick. Sure you could have patronized another business but unfortunately, at this time of night in this part of town, McDonald's is the only option. So you wait then you finally make it to the pick-up window. While sitting at the window, you look inside to see if there is a large crowd... No not one person at the counter to order. There is, however, a young person at the window leaning on the counter laughing seemingly joking with a coworker. They eventually open the window and without looking pass a cup out the window. You sit there for a few seconds before grabbing the cup to see if they are going to at least glance at you. You take the cup and they close the window. With laughter of disbelief, you wait patiently for your food. After a minute or so the window opens again and a bag is held out. Deja vu, but after the window closes this time they walk off. As you sit in disbelief for a moment you decide to reach out to McDonald's to let them know about the terrible customer service at their establishment. This is almost exactly what happened on both occasions.
Now you may think well at least your experience at the paying window was good. That wasn't the case, the only reason there was any interaction is because they were ensuring they had the correct order. Besides that, it was equally dismal. This experience did allow an opportunity to show my mentee real-life instance of poor service which we were discussing as we went to McDonald's because they had recently applied for a position at the same store.

I stopped at the above McDonalds on Sep 06, 2018 at approximately 4pm and ordered two fish filet sandwiches with extra tartar sauce and a senior coke to go.
To my surprise when I checked my bill I was charged and extra .30 cents per sandwich for the extra tartar sauce.
I ask and employee was this correct and she stated yes. I then ask to speak to the manager. Again, the manager told me this was correct. I stated this was like asking for extra mustard or ketchup on a hamburger were they going to charge extra for that. I then told her to refund my .60 cents that I did not want extra tartar sauce if I had to pay for it.
I feel this totally wrong to charge a person extra for tartar sauce on a fish filet sandwich when that is all that is put on it. This needs to be corrected immediately and stop charging customers for extra tartar sauce on a fish filet.
