Too maybe concerned I'm a regular customer that eats every day at McDonald's on nichlousville I've been watching and still watching things that general manager you all have is really disrespectful towards his employees I'm going to report him to the BBB as soon as I get off work I'm tired of those employees going through all this mess either you all can put him in another store or I'm reporting him!
To whom maybe concerned nothing is being done about the situation with the general manager he's very rude and disrespectful towards his manger's and employees I heard him tell employees there not aloud to call in and tell them go home if you don't want to work I was ordering food at. The time. If you can't do anything about it I'm calling someone higher up. Thanks

The new Apple Pies are nasty...please go back to the old ones. They are one of my favorite things to get from McDonald's, now I will not be satisfied with the new ones, please keep them the original way, these new ones dont stand a chance. I Also heard alot of people on the internet complaining about the new ones too... New Jersey resident. #Unhappy

ATTENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE :
I order 3 they are supposed to be made fresh they were cold I live a block away and I drive.I also ordered three large fries same thing and customer service was horrible and I'm tired of spending money at this establishment to get this typpe of service. People should get what they pay for and I did not and my situation wasn't a good experience
I ordered three quarter pounder and three large fries when I got home to feed my children my food was cold and my quarter pounders where not made fresh they were dry and when I called back they were very much so rude and disrespectful. This happened on 8/03/2018 . This took place at the location on silver spring and lovers lane in Milwaukee WI they said the managers name was Andrew he offered no resolution and I want my food and made correctly at a different location.

The McDonald's #13752 in Matamoras Pennsylvania Is completely understaffed and a total joke! Just waited over 40 minutes and was told I had to pull up and they'd bring out my food! After paying and waiting over 40 minutes an employee comes out and tells me they're out of bagels. Every time I come to this McDonald's there is an issue. I really hope McDonald's corporate looks into this location and ademands a change with the owners!
cheeseburgers
Went through the drive up at 5:54 pm on the 1st of September ordered two cheeseburgers and a mcdouble hamburger. Waited in line for over 10 minutes and then when I received the food and started to drive away. The two packages in cheeseburger wrappers had no hamburger on them, turned around and took back into the dining room window and then waited for another 10 minutes (of which they were not busy) to get two cheeseburgers with the meat on them. The last 4 or 5 times I have visited a McDonalds in Peoria, Illinois in the last month I have been very disappointed with the service and the food. They mess up the orders and when you go to complain they are too busy goofing off to really care about your requests.
did not receive the correct order
On August 25 th, we ordered 6 McDoubles with Bacon through the drive through in Merrill WI #11541 to eat while driving...we waited until we out of city traffic and on the highway before eating...only to discover that after paying for the bacon there was none on the burgers ! Being on a fixed income...it really makes me angry when I pay
for something, only to discover I didn't get what I wanted !

My family and I visited your establishment in Manchester, Ky. Upon entering the building there were several flies throughout the dining area, we had a dead fly on our table, we were constantly swatting them while trying to eat. There were employees wearing street clothes and chewing gum on the front line. One employee was so intoxicated she had difficulty filling her drink up at the drink station. There was an older gentleman working who was going around the dinning area swatting flies with a fly swatter which had several dead flies on it. When leaving there were several bags of trash sitting outside on the sidewalk. The bags of trash was by the front entrance. These bags were seeping liquids onto the sidewalk which was causing a foul odor. We have been to several McDonald's in various cities and states, this was by far the worst restaurant we have ever been in.

Hello i am writing thus to you because the mcdonals in my city is not giving proper food the quality of food has gone down and they are not serving the latest launched products by mcdonalds the service is not good and they are not serving latest launched products . The new food item rice bowl is not served by them . Kfc and subway serve latest products launched by them.
drive up window
I just got home after sitting in the drive thru for over 30 min.at one point the line didnt even move for 15 min. My food was cold by the time i got it, and all i got was a half empty tank of gas, a cold bag of food( wich i payed 21 dollars for!), and an im sorry for your wait. Im sick of going to mcdonalds and feeling like a sucker every time i walk out. Shame on you mcdonalds!

I had ordered a few things everything else was correct but I did order a six piece chicken nugget kids meal through the drive through at mcdonald's in ceres on whitmore ave around 3:00pm. Did not receive any chicken nuggets what's so ever, just the hamburger patty... Nothing close to what I ordered. I'm very upset at the fact I received that, it made no sense to me what's so ever.. And to top that off it was even cold.. Very disappointed

I came in for lunch, the lady handing out food called out the wrong number 3x when I asked if it was mine she said no. Gave the meal to some one else the Mgr Karla was standing there & I asked what was going on she told me she didnt know and walked away. This is why you should hire people that speak english and can articulate. My total wait time was 20 min! I couldn't even enjoy my lunch.

I ordered a sausage biscuit on app it was cold. I called told manager this is the 2nd time this week ( I go everyday for strawberry creame pies...which are cold). I drove back went in. I was approached by a man dressed as a manager. told him I called it was cold, he said I don't believe that. he walked away said we can make.a.new one. he walked away ranking spanish. later as I waited I decided to tell him I didn't appreciate him saying he doesn't believe that the food was cold. I said u won't even touch it. I brought it in he didn't touch it. when Rosa brought new biscuit, I told her I wanted to speak with that gentleman again. he came up I expressed I didn't like him telling me He didn't believe me, I come everyday to this restaurant. he was giggling g and walking
away. I asked his name he laughed and said, I didn't think know. I asked a young black girl, she laughed and said I'm new I don't know. I asked Rosa she said his name was ridrigo.
charged incorrectly
I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle meal, which was shown on the menu in the drive-thru with a cost of $4.59 (the sandwich only was $3.19). I asked for a large drink with my meal. The employee working the drive-thru told me the Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle was not available as a meal. When I explained that it was on the menu, she said she would need to talk to her manager. After a minute or so she again said it wasn't available as a meal and she would have to charge me for the sandwich, hash brown and drink separately. I was charged $3.19 for the sandwich, $1.00 for the hash brown, and $1.00 for the large drink. When I pulled around to the window to pay I asked again why the option for the meal was listed on the menu if it wasn't available and the cashier told me it wasn't available on her cash register so she had to charge me separately for everything. I should have been charged a total of $4.91, but instead was charged $5.76. The price isn't the issue, but rather the craziness of someone telling me I couldn't order something that was on the menu.

I went through the drive through at the Morgan McDonald's in Morgan Arkansas and was treated like an absolute slave. I ordered the same thing I always order which is 2 bacon McGriddles and she repeated back to me 2 bacon McGriddles with no egg and no cheese. I said no mam I didn't say to take off the egg and cheese I want that. She said no, I'm not going to put the egg and cheese on there I'm going to sub it. I said no I want the egg and cheese and she continued to tell me NO! Needless to say I left without ordering any more or finishing but I am angry enough to call the police to that store

I take my wife to Dialysis on monday's, wedenday's and friday's, its the closest McDonalds near her treatment center and every morning we stop by and order a small decaf coffee with 5 creams and 5 splendas but we never get the splenda but we let it go and continue our morning. But this morning 8/29/18 we ask the teller for a courtesy cup of water so that my wife can drink while taking her medication, but the teller told us to order the courtesy cup of water through drive up next time. we usually have water in our vehicle but didn't find any at this time, that's why we asked for water at the pick up window, the teller was very rude about so I just drove off and decide make this compliant. It is what it is but some people need to be a little more professional and at they're best when working with customers. Its a shame how some people don't really care about they're jobs se but are quick to collect payment for they're rude services

Someone needs to really step up about the general manager yelling and been disrespectful towards employees get rid of the non sense.if don't nothing change ill just have to call corporate office about it it seems like there's a lot of favorite tisim going on there it's not right at all if it my store there would be a lot of color there I just don't believe in all of that!

I travel to and from Canada from NJ several times over the summer. We always stop at the McDonalds on Clinton Street in Cortland, NY. Every time we went in there this summer the lines have been long and the people behind the counters were doing their best to keep up on the orders. What really ticked me off is last Wednesday, August 22nd when we were going to Canada we stopped in and again the line was long and the cashier was taking her time texting on her phone instead of helping the customers on the extremely long line.
Then when we stopped there again yesterday August 27th on our way home the line was long & the 2 cashiers were texting on their phones. One of them even said "Sorry for the hold up but this is my boyfriend". It is so irritating to have to wait for people to stop texting to get good service. Meanwhile, everyone working the back and drive thru are running around like crazy to fill the orders.
Put the phones away people and help out your customers!
poor customer service
At approximately 6:00pm yesterday evening 08/27/2018, my husband, my daughter and I went through the drive-thru at the restaurant located at 6415 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC. There was a pick-up truck sitting in front of us for 2-3 minutes and it sped off from the menu/microphone area and I thought it was odd until we got up to the window. First of all, we could not understand what the gentleman said to greet us so my husband just starting ordering. My husband ordered our 5 year old a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and the guy on the microphone said "what else", my husband added that he wanted a Go-Gurt with that, we were not given any options that normally are asked when someone orders a Happy Meal, the guy then said "I said what else", very rudely, still never asking what side we wanted with the meal or drink. So like the truck in front of us, we pulled away from the drive-thru as well. 2 carloads full of customers were lost yesterday because the guy on the other end of the microphone was very rude and "ghetto". May seem small to you but my 5 year old was very disappointed when we had to go somewhere else.
