McDonald's

Tuesday September 4, We ordered : 3 Cheese Burger sandwich + 2 Fish O Sandwich+ 2 Apple Pies.
1) The Burger was almost 3 mm thick...no taste what-so-ever.
2) The Fish was made out of a cheap sort of fish...again not tasty at all. Also very small piece (almost 5 x 6 cm) and for that high price.
3)The apple pie was fried in a very strange oil. I think was the same oil in which they fry every thing.
We ate this "Stuff" because I was very hungry...but at the end of the day I had a sever vomiting...….

The people (including the Managers) are rude, always get orders wrong (people are always complaining on Facebook about this exact location) and some of their customer service reps take cash and give back wrong change...I'm not sure of what their intentions are but it's becoming ridiculous. We've been going to this location for 12 years and it has gone down the tubes :(

I have went to many McDonald's that mix drinks thru drive thru but this particular McDonald's would not mix my drink I am very upset The cashier hesitated before she told me no I have never heard that drinks cannot be mixed in drive thru I was a McDonald manager for over 20 years I've never turn down any of my customers when they wanted their drinks mixed that McDonald's has lost a customer the Mcdonalds is located on Davison Road in flint Michigan

Hello. I dont understand this place. I see that my good is bagged when i ordered in. Or vice versa. The workers look extremely under unknown substances. The co workers dont assist with bringing the elderly or even big families with taking tray to table. I eat here and im not asked if everything is ok. Its so much that a secret shopper needs to pop up and observe all the things that i see on a daily

My friend and I went to Mcdonalds at heartland mississauga, ON and I seen that they had the blueberry crumble sundae so I tried to order it but their machine was broken so I went to the next Mcdonalds at hearland Mississauga, on at the walmart and when I got there they said they didn't have the blueberry sunday. I tried one last Mcdonalds on Bristol and was told that they did not have it either. Why would you have something promoting...stating its back still up but yet the location is not carrying the product. Totally not impressed.

Hello.. Numerous times I've visited your establishments all around the U.S. A common order of mine is 2 egg n cheese biscuits with no meat and a black coffee. Every time I'm charged full price for the sandwiches even though I'm not getting the meat and I feel it's a total ripoff. I'm not some hemp wearing hippie veghead or anything, I am just choosing to limit my meat intake. I just think there should be an egg and cheese option as to where I'm ( we're) not charged for items I'm not meaning to purchase.

I ordered chichen nuggants and got a mcchichen, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and there was no cheese on either one of them. Then I had to wait over 5 minutes to gdet my order. I also ordered 1 single bacon smk art-qtr, very good large order of fries, got a small order. I know it was a busy time but a customeer should not have to wait that long. By the time I got home (6 blocks) not far at all the food was cold, we ate what we had and again a person should not have t do that. The date was 08/04/18 and the time was11:30 my total was $12.91. I just wanted to let you know what happen

I went yesterday with my kids, in my local Mc Donald's in Lacordaire boulevard in Montreal North, and I order two hot chocolate, one apple juice, tree muffins and small café for me. But I was surprise with the bad quality of my café like hot water with flavour of café, and even when I taste the hot chocolate of kids was the same.

Hello I am Muhammad Sualeh Beig from Pakistan and I am doing job at McDonald's Sadiqabad situated in the province of Punjab Pakistan
It is to inform you that the management is not giving proper wages to the full time employees ie. 150 dollars per month which is not been fully delivered about 10$-13$ have been deducted from total salary due to bank dues etc
And the part timer is given approximately 78 cents per hour
Isn't it a bad thing
Moreover I want to add that shift managers are not promoting everyone only the balls licker going to be promoted to the next level
Everyone is just pulling legs and trying to get some good result the higher management is very irresponsible they dont even want to listen any thing we want to say
The wages are really low and its really hard to fulfill the needs of the family its not me but all want to say this if you don't consider me come visit and ask any employee are they happy with the salary
My question is that is it the same McDonald's the greatest multinational company which the whole world gives examples of

Too maybe concerned I'm a regular customer that eats every day at McDonald's on nichlousville I've been watching and still watching things that general manager you all have is really disrespectful towards his employees I'm going to report him to the BBB as soon as I get off work I'm tired of those employees going through all this mess either you all can put him in another store or I'm reporting him!

The new Apple Pies are nasty...please go back to the old ones. They are one of my favorite things to get from McDonald's, now I will not be satisfied with the new ones, please keep them the original way, these new ones dont stand a chance. I Also heard alot of people on the internet complaining about the new ones too... New Jersey resident. #Unhappy

ATTENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE :
I order 3 they are supposed to be made fresh they were cold I live a block away and I drive.I also ordered three large fries same thing and customer service was horrible and I'm tired of spending money at this establishment to get this typpe of service. People should get what they pay for and I did not and my situation wasn't a good experience

The McDonald's #13752 in Matamoras Pennsylvania Is completely understaffed and a total joke! Just waited over 40 minutes and was told I had to pull up and they'd bring out my food! After paying and waiting over 40 minutes an employee comes out and tells me they're out of bagels. Every time I come to this McDonald's there is an issue. I really hope McDonald's corporate looks into this location and ademands a change with the owners!

Went through the drive up at 5:54 pm on the 1st of September ordered two cheeseburgers and a mcdouble hamburger. Waited in line for over 10 minutes and then when I received the food and started to drive away. The two packages in cheeseburger wrappers had no hamburger on them, turned around and took back into the dining room window and then waited for another 10 minutes (of which they were not busy) to get two cheeseburgers with the meat on them. The last 4 or 5 times I have visited a McDonalds in Peoria, Illinois in the last month I have been very disappointed with the service and the food. They mess up the orders and when you go to complain they are too busy goofing off to really care about your requests.

On August 25 th, we ordered 6 McDoubles with Bacon through the drive through in Merrill WI #11541 to eat while driving...we waited until we out of city traffic and on the highway before eating...only to discover that after paying for the bacon there was none on the burgers ! Being on a fixed income...it really makes me angry when I pay
for something, only to discover I didn't get what I wanted !

My family and I visited your establishment in Manchester, Ky. Upon entering the building there were several flies throughout the dining area, we had a dead fly on our table, we were constantly swatting them while trying to eat. There were employees wearing street clothes and chewing gum on the front line. One employee was so intoxicated she had difficulty filling her drink up at the drink station. There was an older gentleman working who was going around the dinning area swatting flies with a fly swatter which had several dead flies on it. When leaving there were several bags of trash sitting outside on the sidewalk. The bags of trash was by the front entrance. These bags were seeping liquids onto the sidewalk which was causing a foul odor. We have been to several McDonald's in various cities and states, this was by far the worst restaurant we have ever been in.

The General manager I think her name is Ada was very very rude . To one of the customers trying to get a refill on coffee.
And also the store was discussing
Napkins everywhe. I just couldn't go back there .if the General manger is like that I can't imagine how she is with her employees. I think she just started there because before the ways a Spanish guy very nice and respectful. I just wanted to let you guys know .

Hello i am writing thus to you because the mcdonals in my city is not giving proper food the quality of food has gone down and they are not serving the latest launched products by mcdonalds the service is not good and they are not serving latest launched products . The new food item rice bowl is not served by them . Kfc and subway serve latest products launched by them.

I just got home after sitting in the drive thru for over 30 min.at one point the line didnt even move for 15 min. My food was cold by the time i got it, and all i got was a half empty tank of gas, a cold bag of food( wich i payed 21 dollars for!), and an im sorry for your wait. Im sick of going to mcdonalds and feeling like a sucker every time i walk out. Shame on you mcdonalds!
