McDonald's unhappy customer

I went to the McDonald's Restaurant # 4541in Gainesville, Texas on 9/28/2018 to order me some take out. First off I would like to say that I love your Double Quarter pounder sandwiches. I placed a to go order for a Double Quarter Pounder deluxe add bacon, no pickle, well done meat meal (large) with a Hot and spicy chicken sandwich add cheese and tomatoes along with the most famous sweet tea. My total came up to $13.00 and some change. I happily paid for my order and patiently waited for my food to be cooked and served. Once my food was ready I took it with a smile without checking my bag and walked back across the street to the Quality Inn that I was staying at. I have been at work all day and wanted to sink my teeth into a wonderful meal once I had got out of the shower. So when I opened up my bag I then realized that my order had been fixed incorrectly. They had my Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries and Sweet tea correctly but my Double Quarter Pounder was NOT what I had ordered. Instead I had a single Quarter Pounder with cheese. I called the store and explained to them that my order was incorrect. I was instructed by the assistant manager on duty to bring my original receipt back along with the sandwich and that she would replace it. I politely took my wrong sandwich back over and provided my original receipt and she told me that she will have me another one made. I patiently waited for my 2nd sandwich to be made and when my order was ready I took it with a smile without checking the sandwich and thanked her for replacing my sandwich before I walked back across the street to my hotel room. Once I made it up to the room, I was delighted to open up my bag so that I could finally enjoy my meal. To my surprise it was fixed incorrectly again. This time it was STILL a Single Quarter Pounder but it was a deluxe and without the bacon instead of the double like I had asked for in the beginning. So I called the store back about 3 times and could not get no answer. I did not want to walk back over there to exchange it again because I was very tired and just wanted to take me a hot shower and get some rest for work in the morning. I am very disappointed in the service that I received. The reason for me writing this is because I am a very loyal customer and fan to the Double Quarter pounder meal and at this moment I am disappointed in the service I have received twice. Until the workers at that particular McDonald's start paying better attention to the customers orders, I will not shop there no more. I went to that restaurant to receive excellent customer service and look for a delicious meal and got very disappointed of their service.

McDonald's 1444 s havana st, aurora co 80012

I arrived and ordered at the above location on 9/18/18 at 3:30 am. I ended up not leaving the drive thru until 4:01 am. Well, at least the first time. When I pulled up to the first window the young man behind the register was being confronted by what I thought was another employee (Olivia -Mgr). She was rude & Confrontational with him despite the fact that he repeatedly said just a minute I'll get back to you as soon as I'm done with this customer. I was overcharged & then I had to drive back to get my bacon egg & cheese sandwiches because they didn't put the egg in! Olivia (Mgr) was rude & didn't apologize at all for anything. On a positive note you have some good employees in ranger & Noah. They went above & beyond to make sure I left happy

McDonald's time, payment method, service attitude.

I arrived at the McDonald's in Columbia, MO on Clark Ln. @ 03:07. It took 10 minutes before I was greeted, by way of the drive-thru, and there was only someone to say, "Welcome back, cash only."

I ordered 3 Mc chickens. It then took another 15 minutes before I could pay. The lady who took the $20 bill seemed to have trouble, wondering if she could even break it, and another 4 minutes to get my change. Luckily the food came promptly, though I noticed that it was cold.

I'm very disappointed with the McDonald's in Columbia, MO on Clark Ln.

McDonald's terrible service

I had a terrible experience. Around 8:00 p.m. yesterday, I stopped by here with my husband and a baby to buy only French fries and two cups of coffee.
We placed orders through an order machine and even paid by credit card. And I waited in front of the pick-up place holding the paper with number 50 on it. I waited without saying anything for ten, twenty, thirty minutes.
But neither the people who worked on the counter nor the people who made French fries and made beverage looked like they were ever going to work. Walking slowly like a turtle, they were busy talking, laughing and playing. The waiting guest didn't think at all. No one knew what to prepare for and how to work more efficiently. Half an hour later, my husband and I asked a male employee who had been replacing the French fries salt for a few minutes, and he answered curtly, "I don't know." At least I would have been less upset if I had taken the gesture "I'll check it out." He was more angry with his attitude and asked two Spanish women who were ordered to pay at the counter. We have already finished the payment by showing the receipt and have been waiting for an hour now.
No one was apologizing. No one was trying to get ready more quickly. I don't know why the every employee works. This McDonald's seems to make everyone hate it.
As a longtime hotel worker, I advise you not to manage your staff this way. Eventually, he waited for more than an hour for the French fries and the employee who handed him the food was like throwing it away.
This is the first time I've had such an experience. I felt so stuffy watching them.
I don't want anything. However, if your company is going to be able to do better, we hope you will hire a passionate employee who would really like to work.

McDonald's only accepting cash

So I work night shifts by the 4390 west Sam Houston pkwy McDonald's and I have gone there about 5 different times quite a bit spread out and every time they say they are only accepting cash. If this is the case I don't see how the system has not been fixed by now... if not the employees do it as cash so they can keep the money and never ring up the order. Either way I can never get food from this McDonald's and it's quite annoying when it is the only option open.

McDonald's quarter pounder w/cheese

My complaint is because I told them no onions, they put onions. Returned it, then they remake it and onions on it again. I complained and they wouldn't talk to me nor give me fresh fries as my first set of fries were cold by the time they get burger right. I am so dissatisfied with food and poor service. I need someone to talk to about this. Manager would not talk to me and am very upset.

McDonald's pumpkin pie

My husband & I have been looking forward to the pumpkin & creme pie this fall (2018) & my husband picked up 2 for our lunch today and we were so disappointed because they were not the pumpkin & creme, but rather just all pumpkin - we did not like them at all & will not be buying any more of them. We normally eat a lot of them, but they were not to our liking & also overbaked - too dark. This particular McDonald's is our favorite one in our area - it's wonderful, but yuck on the pumpkin pie. Please bring back the pumpkin & creme pie! Thank you for letting me sound off!

McDonald's cheeseburger

Last night after a long night of games we went to Parsons Kansas McDonald's to get supper. We don't get to eat out very often and I have never complained about our food before. But last night I ordered 2 cheeseburger large meals with ketchup only on the burgers and it came out with no meat on the burgers. It was a $23 meal and when I got home I had to make dinner anyways because there was only bread, cheese and ketchup. On meat.

McDonald's order was incorrect and manager was rude!

At 9:47 am I placed an order. When I received my order I noticed 2 items missing it was 2 sausage burritos with no cheese. I asked the Manger to get them for me and he looked at me like I was stupid and said we do the customize burritos here either you get them with cheese or don't get them. He was very rude and condescending. A female employee behind him laughed as he spoke to me in a manner and tone that is not excusable. I ended up receiving a sausage and egg biscuit to replace the burritos. I was highly embarrassed so I left the store with my bag. When I opened the bag the steak and egg bagel I ordered had cheese on it and so did the sausage and egg biscuit. I explained to the manager I was allergic to cheese and the cook heard me order no cheese and I also mentioned my allergy when I ordered. The cheese was melted into the sandwiches so I was unable to eat anything. The customer service at that location is the worst I have ever seen and they were not even that busy at the time. There is no excuse to treat someone that way. I feel like the cheese was put on there on purpose and I will never return to this location again!

McDonald's buttermilk chicken sandwich

Stopped in to get dinner and got home and saw rotten lettuce on my sandwich and a tomato that was degraded and nasty. The other McDonald's on Transit in Sioux City has been seen serving food that has dropped on the floor and I have gotten sick three out of three times eating there so I stopped going there . This sandwich was from the one on Singing Hills in Sioux City, Iowa. Pathetic really considering you all could own the market at that time of the morning but people don't want to cause the service and food is bad.

McDonald's food

I recently went to the McDonald's on santa Barbara and sunshine in Naples fl. I ordered a kids meal, McChicken and md fries. For starters they had none of the condiments I needed for my meal. When I returned home to eat I noticed very dark old gross lettuce in my sandwich and my fries were very old. I am just tired of getting old products from this location..lack of food safety and business running. I am sending my lawyer the photos of my food and the city.

McDonald's drive thru order 9/24/18

Went to the drive thru line at about 8:40-8:50pm. Ordered 20 piece nuggets. Did not receive a receipt on the 1st window after paying. Proceed to the 2nd window pick up line and received my kids order of 20 piece nuggets. No one in drive thru line so went pretty quick. Driving home eating nuggets and every piece was stale and hard. They probably sat and was refried. It was horrible my kids and I could NOT eat them. Attempted to call back at 9:30pm to speak to manager and called [protected] and no answer. Just kept ringing off the hook. How is no one answering the phone when we left the place it wasn't even busy. This was at the Hawaii Kai location at 377 Keahole Street Honolulu, HI 96825.

I am requesting a gift card of $25 and replacement to compensate all the trouble we experience. Please do not serve nuggets that have been sitting out. It's a health hazard especially since this is all my kids usually order. Please have better standards.

Received an email from Felipe Bonito Gen Man of Dinky Town. But no follow up or reply of
what has been done!

Dear Sandra,
I would like to know the response the Manager / staff at Dinky Town Maccas
gave you.
What disciplinary action has been taken?
Is the car park still being taped off so that customers have no where to park.

I received an email from Felipe, offering a free meal! What a joke!

Please read previous emails regarding this restaurant.

I WOULD LIKE TO BE ADVISED THAT SERIOUS DISCIPINARY action has been taken
against the Manager and her staff!

Please email me if you want the previous emails re sent to SOMEONE in AUTHORITY.

Waiting to hear back regarding the roping off of McDonald's carpark at Dinky Town minneappolis. Have sent many emails but no proper response received m regarding what disciplinary action has been taken against the manageress

The manager ( an asian man )on duty today september 24, 6:00 crossed the wrong line due to lack of being able to listen, [censored]ed up 4 in 2 minutes. When i tell you, i dont leave without checking my bag, i finally get the last bag, sandwich 5 & 6, i snatched the bag because my time was wasted and 4 different sandwiches that couldve went to 4 homeless people...

McDonald's chicken nuggets

I got two 10 pieces chicken nuggets and when I got home I found a sewing needle in one of the boxes.i have a picture of it in the box, It didn't stick me I just noticed it when I went to grab another one. It was probably an accident but I just want to let you guys know to check things because that could of hurt me bad

McDonald's please stop gendering happy meal toys

hi so i notice that u people offer my little pony for "girls" and bumble bee movie for "guys". Can u please do the world a favor and only offer one choice off happy meal toy? I used to work at Mcdonalds and we had one choice of happy meal toy for while, then we went right back to two different happy meal toys. What was really frustrating was that the customers kept asking "I want a happy meal for girl" or "i want a happy meal for boy" and i was like "barbie or hot wheel?" and they were like "FOR GIRL"! That doesn't tell me anything. Girls can like hot wheels, guys can like barbies, you know your kid better than I do, so please don't choose their toy based on what their bodies look like. I am glad I no longer work there, because I've had enough of this sexist nonsense. Seriously though, its 2018 and we should be WAY over sorting toys based on gender stereotypes. Also when I go to Mcdonalds today I noticed that they went back to having "girl" and "boy" happy meal toys. Also, these RIDICULOUS stereotypes contribute to LGBTQ feeling like [censored]. NOT a smart marketing ploy for a company who boasts rainbow fries.

McDonald's pink

September 20, 2018 I went into the drive through of mcdonald pacfic 1415 pacific ave Stockton.Ca 95207, where I received 2 double quarter pounders and one regular one with bleeding meat. I tried to return my food around September 21, 2018 1:57 Am, but the manager on duty told me to contact the General manager, and her hours were 8 am to 5 pm because I did not have my receipt. I told the lady I had the proof of purchase on my apple pay and the sticker on my quarter pounder of the time I went into the drive through, but she still said no. I honestly just wanted a gift card for my purchase because I was truly disgusted and disappointed when I saw my food was still red. I believe it was a truly an inconvenience however I did not think of saving my receipt to return my meal because I did not think I had to complain. I tried to complain the next day, but I did not have time because of my work schedule. Thank you, Rissa Pandong

McDonald's ice cream machine

Why is it every time I go to any McDonald's it seems in this country the ice cream machine is always "down". This really ruffles my feathers and gets me heated up. Sometimes I just want ice cream and can't get it. Please please please resolve this issue and help America become ice creamy again. Thank you! I am begging you as a stockholder to fix it! Thank you very much!

McDonald's drive thru staff on a complaint

After visiting a Tallahassee FL location on magnolia St. I am very unhappy with the fact that when we placed an order for a large chocolate chip frappe and then get handed what seems like a half filled almost $4.00 drink and asked for one that was made correctly or given our money back to go to another location. Basically get told no and that it was made correctly. Then not even be given a straw. If I was driving that frappe would have been walked back inside and that staff member would have gotten a not so nice complaint in person.

McDonald's terrible service

The service I just received at store #5672 at address 3183 Frontage Rd, Oakwood, GA 30504 was the worse ever and I will NEVER go back to that store again. First my family and I were attended by a person named David who was not fully focused on obtaining our order. He did not speak up and was hard to understand because he mumbled. Once he got our entire order, he was having some issues on the POS and called the manager Violeta to assisted with fixing the issue. My wife asked Violeta to confirm the number amount of drinks on the order. She began reading off the order, which was not what my wife asked. Once we were able to confirm the number of drinks, we paid. Once we received the order I noticed that the original item I ordered was not on the tray. When I looked at the receipt from the gentleman bringing me the food, those items were not there. I asked him to get the manager, Violeta, and told her that y original items were not there. She said that she had read the order to me. She did not offer to fix the issue at all. I dont know who modified my order, but the food portion was correct when I placed the order. David was having issues with closing out the order. She offered not type of assistance, just excuses. I will never enter that McDonalds again. I will not even go through the drive thru neither. If and when my family or I want McDonalds I will drive all the way into Gainesville. I will also be informing all of our friends who go to this McDonalds and letting them know about this experience. Use this customer loss to train your employees that they are in a customer serving environment, and that people can choose to spend their money elsewhere to eat
