wait time and food
Very disappointed with wait time and food. On 10/9/18 I was the second car in line and ordered and paid for my food at 7:24pm. I did not get my food until 7:36 pm. I ordered 3 meals--a 10 pc. Nugget meal, a big mac meal and a buttermilk chicken meal. All medium sized. My food was lukewarm, fries were over cooked, the top patty of the burger was missing meat as if a bite had been taken out of the patty and the chicken patty was tough and overdone. The young lady at the window said nothing during my wait and looked as if she wanted to apologize but did not do so. I checked to ensure that all of my items were in the bag but did not inspect my food until I got home as I didn't think I had to other than ensure it was all there. I was too tired to return the food as I have a toddler who was hungry. This is the closest McDonald's to my home and each time I visit there always seems to be an issue where I have to request missing items or burned food. This is not fast food. If there are only 2 cars in the drive thru and I drive right upnto the order window, I should not have to wait that long for mediocre high priced food. I do not see myself returning to this location anytime in the near future. This is unfortunate as my 3 year old is in love with chicken nuggets. Other than better management of the food line I am not sure how to resolve the quality of the food. However a resolution to my situation would be to be reimbursed for my food which was not enjoyable at all. This visit left me wishing I had gone home and cooked or visited burger king.

I just tried to order from your location at 1612 Delaware Ave in Fort Pierce FL.. I place my order at 12:23pm for a sau egg McMuffin ml-hb an extra two hash brown and two sprites.. I sat in your 2nd waiting spot for 15 to 20 for my order they didn't even make by the time I got out my car to go check on my order.. I watch several cars leave out the drive thru as I was still parked waiting.. I asked my refund to be giving a coupon for a free sandwich with the next purchase which I didn't accept.. I feel as if your manager could have done more to satisfy me.. You always should do whatever you could to make you customer come back to visit.. in my case that wasn't going to cut it when I have a 9month pregnant women in the car with me...

It's been over a month since your mcafe machine has worked. Maybe longer. This morning it's theres an electrical problem due to renovations. Bull. I've been there repeatedly over the month and it is ALWAYS broken. Your food is always gross and the service there is crap. The black girl in the drive threw practically threw my food at me. Never again will I go back to this place. Rude service and I can't get anything off your menu as your machines don't ever function. Seriously pissed off this morning at the constant crap. Get it together!

This happen to me twice already and i'm just really fed up with the customer service at the Mac Donald Branch Restaurant #11403, I ordered a happy meal for my son and requested an apple juice because the last time ordered a happy meal at this location it didn't come with apple juice, i reminded person taking the order that this is important and to make sure there a apple juice inside the happy meal because my son will not eat the happy meal without the apple juice.
I called the manager at the Mac Donald Branch #11403 and the women manager said that she cant do anything about it and stuff like this happens all the time.
I want someone from Mac Donald Corporate to call these idiots running this business over at #11403 to get there act together and make sure all the customer orders are correct inside there meals that they paid for.
I love Mac Donald's and my son loves it too.

food quality
I ordered a chicken nugget meal after waiting in line for 24 minutes in the drive thru. I got home and opened my meal to begin eating my food. It was about 12:45 PM. The chicken nuggets were so flat, had no meat in them. They looked like cardboard pieces. I have never seen them look like this or taste as awful as these did today. I have a disabled son who can't be left alone, so I went to get a meal while his caregiver was here and when I got back she had to leave so I wasn't able to go back. Also, the fries at the location on Waycross and Hamilton Avenue are always cold. I eat at other Mc Donald's and get good fries. Very disappointed in the food quality from this location.

We just left McDonalds at above location. Ordered unsweetened tea at drive through. Girl at window was rude and never said thank you tea was sour. Took tea back. Told manager that unsweetened tea was sour. She gives me back sweet tea. I tell her I ordered under tea. I watched her she poured from the same unsweetened tea machine. She handed same to me. I tasted it was still sour. I told her I'm sorry (can't believe I apologized) but I was trying to get a reaction from her. She gave me a hateful look. I walked over to self serve emptied my cup and poured fresh tea. It was good. I know this is long but unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This should not have happened
breakfast sandwich
I pulled in the drive thru on the way to my sons therapy to pick up something quick to eat. I ordered a breakfast burrito, two bacon/egg/cheese McGriddles a large sprite and a ice water. After I pulled away we were about to eat our food and I noticed something funny with my McGriddles. Someone had put fish patties on both of them. Not only was that completely wrong but I'm allergic to fish. I went back they told me they didn't know what happened. I explained that that's not just a normal mistake and that I was allergic to fish. I talked to the DM in drive thru as well. I'm still very upset for the fact I'm sure they didn't follow up with the extreme fact that I was allergic to it and figure out who actually did it and why but I'm also mad they didn't even offer my money back after all this. I don't think they understand how bad of a mistake that was especially if I would've took a bite of that sandwhich and didn't notice the fish. If someone could get back with me I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

We were traveling down to Annecy when we decided to stop for a break and a coffee.
We ordered the coffee and was told to take a seat and wait.
After about ten minutes l asked where was the coffee.There were at least six people behind the counter including the female manager who didn't seem at least interested in us.I asked again and this time there was some reaction; it seems the coffee machine was not ready for the days service eg not milk inside.It took two people to determine this.
After thirty minutes l said forget it .No apology or refund was offered

people being put on social media
So if a customer comes into one of your stores and has a Problem your workers are allowed to take several pictures of the customer and put them on social media to blast them ? I was scrolling the news feed and seen this and thought that this is very bad for business no matter how bad the person or situation it is to be dealt with in the moment and not brought home to social media.
That's a violation of social media policy. They don't read this site but if you would report this to corporate, that person would likely lose their job.
french fries
I am seriously saddened by the quality and taste of the French Fries. McDonald's used to have the best fries around! I have been disappointed for years at the slow decline of the fries. First, I believe that the oil changed which changed the flavor. I continued to try them every once in a while to see if they had gotten any better. Nope! But I decided to try them again the other day. Again, not good. This time, the fries had no flavor. They tasted like paper! I know the company gets quality potatoes from farmers in Idaho and Washington State. Unfortunately, McDonald's seems to be stretching their profit by changing the make-up/composition of the fry. I hope that the company can get back to the original French fry they once produced.
I will not be buying any fries until I know something has changed.

Your McDonald's. in river rouge mi has issues! Went there at 8:24pm last night to get cheeseburgers and small fry, if that is what you consider fast food, how do you take 30 minutes to make cheeseburgers and fry? This isn't the first time usually they just park anyone going through the drive thru, so I go inside and even worst! The lady at the counter took everyone that came before me and after then me! My food was cold fries was cold the only reason I got it then because I asked for my money back! Stick that place I go to Wendy's out of my way for now on!
customer service and product
I stopped by the McDonalds in brooklyn Ct. On 10-5, 2:47 am for a iced caramel macchiato had to wait 15 mins. The machine didn't work. And the cashier working didn't know how to make one or get the machine fixed. So I asked for and ice coffee and got 3quarter of the cup filled and given to me. I was late for work. Not a satisfied customer, and wont be back.
cleanliness and safety
I just left the McDonald's on boul st. Jean in Pointe-Claire. I am shocked at how dirty the restaurant was. Absolutely no clean tables. Benches and chairs had food and drinks on them. Table had dried ketchup all over them The floors were littered with fries, napkins, chips and sticky. Dirty trays left on the tables. Someone spilt a drink on the floor between the entrance and the trash can. VERY DANGEROUS AND Slippery. No caution signs I had to ask if the were going to clean the tables and let them know about the spilt drink. Just to add to the frustration my fries were old. Long story short.. I cleaned my table and bench so I could eat. I have been here close to 30 min and they have not attempted to clean up. Very disappointed

I stopped at mcdonalds today and grabbed some lunch, I got two fish and 10 piece chicken nuggets, two fries which the fries were good and hot too! Wow! But the fish and chicken nuggets were so dry and hard they must of been from yesterday's menu. It really sucked! If I was closer I would have taken them back. I wouldn't even feed them to my dogs, I really get disgusted on how these fast food places just hand out whatever is there know matter how long the food has been sitting. The money people spend on this food you would think you would give out fresh food at all times. Mcdonald's is not what it used to be. That used to be my favorite restaurant. I guess I will think twice before I go there again. I don't make enough money to waste! Oh by the way I did not eat that food! I know that's my loss I should have taken it back.
dog inside the restaurant
Yesterday evening around 5:45 p.m. I went inside the McDonald's in Perkins, OK. (sorry don't know the ID number). After ordering, I waited near the counter . In walks two ladies, one carrying a chocolate poodle. No where did the dog have identification as being a Service dog. While the lady was ordering the dog's hind feet touched the counter. This is disgusting! The employee acted as though she knew the customer but again this dog showed no evidence of being a Service dog.
If McDonald's is allowing anyone to bring their dog into a restaurant, I will no longer be giving you any more of my money. How do you know if this dog is carrying any kind of diseases? Was the dog properly vaccinated? This is just disgusting for any animal to be around food that is being prepared and sold.

The manager is yelling at the employees that have just arrived. Just because your a manager doesn't give you the right to yell st the employees and talk bad about them .. not coming to this McDonald's anymore. The manager continued to argue with them.. she's blonde and white skin tone. The McDonald's on Mendocino ave. I don't like this kind of behavior I hope it will be talked about n resolved thank you.
franchise complaint
I was at a grand opening at 3239 156th Ave SE. Bellevue, Wa. They advertised up to 4 Big Macs for 99 cents each between the hours of 5-10 PM. I went in at 9:00 pm and they said they were out. Out? This was the grand opening. Then I asked if they would substitute and they flat out said no. On top of it the manager barely spoke English. She said she could sell me a cheeseburger for the same price. I guess she could since they are on the dollar menu. So frustrating.

Had a bad experience at my local McD's restaurant. I asked for a refill of sweet tea at counter girl says it's in the back and I other stuff to do .I waited a few seconds and left counter, also no ketchup in pumps both sides and also no large kids for tea .I had to drink coke that trip.very mad .also new manager came in he delivering food to table .poor service.also received Ice cream also on way out not good.I spent over 20 dollars that trip .whatever go back...
Most McD's have the fountain where you can refill drinks yourself.

To begin with the young ladys at the counter did not seem very knowledgable about the menu, which I can understand especially if they are newer employees, but the entire meal was tasteless. Our chicken nuggets were quite obviously past their que time, they were extremely hard on the outside and rubbery inside. The meat on our burgers was extremely dry and didn't seem to have any seasoning on them as well as the French fries, they seemed to have no salt on them at all and were extremely hard. The only thing that we ordered that actually tasted good was the sausage mcgriddle. It was still hot when we got home and the sausage was nice and juicy. Basically, being a former employee, and knowing what the menu items should look like before being sent out, i believe the timer on the other meats had been reset to avoid waste
mcdonald’s stop serving happy meal for special kids?
Incident at McDonald's location: 1830 N. Hacienda Blvd, La Puente, Ca.
I was waiting in the drive though about half hour, my kids where hungry, I had two other special kids that wanted their food. While we were making an order though the speaker and they are yelling and it's kind of difficult to order the food over the speaker so we got the respond on the speaker saying we were not going to be serve the food from you guys. We requested the manager and she come up by the window and she still don't let us make the order though the window and stated that my team don't want to serve you. It's terrible to treated like this we are the customers especially you have two special kids in the backseat that are hungry crying for they happy meal from McDonald's. This is straight discrimination issue here because my children are special kids & handicap and we explain to the manager at the window and still refused to serve. So I told the manger I am not moving till my kids are getting serve and they call the police on us, all my kids are scared and cry. The police arrived and told us to leave the premises without serve any happy meal to my special kids.
