Pulled up to speaker. No one in either line. I was told to wait. Was there for two to three minutes. Car come up to speaker in other lane. That car got waited on. Waited another two minutes before my oder was taken. When I got to window wasn't old to pull to side to wait again. Not happy. It said at the end of this that my complaint was too short to be noticed. If this was company wanting to keep business it would take every complaint seriously. No matter how short it is. Thanks.

I have already emailed a complaint about our experience at McDonald's in Delafield, Wisconsin, Hwy 83. We stopped after the Brewer game on October 12, 2018 at 11:52am. They put a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that we ordered a meal that was so hard I couldn't bite through. We have stopped before and never experienced this but I hate paying for something I can't eat. Besides the nerve of someone putting that in a bag for someone to eat. Thanks, Darryl Marx
homestyle chicken sandwich
Yes my name is Rocky Sipes and I have been going to my local McDonalds in Marked Tree, AR on Hester Road. I ordered home-style chicken sandwich that I order all the time from there and it was fried to a hard piece of chicken. It was in the drive thru on 10-15-2018 around 11pm and it took me only a minute from time I ordered to the time I picked up at the window. There was no one there at that time and it was a horrible experience. To me as I have gotten this sandwich a few times before and it was soft, juicy, and tasted good that this time the ones working seemed that they had the grease so hot that it scorched the chicken. I was the only one at this McDonald's at the time of this incident.

food and service were terrible!
When handed our order she didn't say anything. She passed it through the window and that was it! My husband said, is that it? She said, yep. Then we drove away. Well...we were opening up our food and found we didn't have any napkins, no dipping sauce for our nuggets, the nuggets were not done, the fries are cold and soggy. Needless to say, it was not a good experience or effort in the staff at the Beloit location. Our food went in the trash and our kids went hungry until we will arrive home from our 6 hour road trip!

Absolute [censored]e! Food not prepped fully, cold, missing toppings on burger orders, drinks taste like battery fluid, some serving staff have attitude... Overall [censored]!
Toilets stink of pee! Orders missing what items you actually ask for... Arrogant staff... When complaints are made staff are completely rude! Bins overflowing on the car park and indoors... Unclean tables and floors... I was in there for an hour or and not once did I see any member of staff clear tables properly or sweep the floors or empty any bins during my whole time there... A small group fight started as I was in there and I didn't see one member of staff attempt to calm the situation... Not even the managers stepped in to diffuse the situation! The customers stepped in to stop the situation and managed to... After this group had left, all the staff came back onto the floor! Customers began complaining but, the staff could not explain why not a single one of them intervened including bloody management!
frappe/manager
I went to the McDonald's in my town and ordered a quarter pounder meal with a large mocha frappe. When I get home and taste it, I quickly realize it's not mocha, it's caramel. So I drive BACK up there, and tell them that they gave me the wrong flavor frappe. And the girl at the window just gives me my money back. I told her that I still wanted my drink that I now have my two different trips for. She has the manager come up to the window who by the way, was extremely rude, tell me that they don't have mocha, all they have is caramel. And refuses to make the frappe. I asked her if they were out this entire time, then why didn't they just tell me that to begin with instead of making a caramel and putting the mocha topping on it to make me THINK it was the correct drink. She then rolls her eyes and walks away from the window. So basically after two separate trips to this McDonald's, I didn't get what I went for, all I got was a rude lady talking down to me as if I was the annoyance.

I went into my local McDonald 10873 places my order at 813 PM there was one customer in front of me at 838 my order was sitting there for more than 15 minutes had not been giving to us as they were getting everyone else food that was in drive through or that came in after us when I asked for a refund the manager never said a word had a attitude and never apoligized.

Regarding your location at 100 Swanson Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
For over a year now every time I visit this location when I order a chocolate shake, nearly every time I get told that the shake machine is broken. Its usually in the evenings and I am guessing that they don't want to restock the machine after a certain time of day to limit waste. This location went thru a complete remodel during this time period and yet they still have a machine that breaks down. I would think if that is the case that during the remodel a replacement machine would have been in order.
Tonight I cancelled my order and went to a competitor.

I usually spend about $75 a week at this store. Today, they had a new manager who was LOUD, Abrasive and mean. Her name is Moe.
I ordered a meal and asked for a BBQ sauce. She told me it would be 35 cents. I have never been charged for BBQ sauce anywhere at any store in Jacksonville. For a lousy 5 cents to your store, I gave back the meal, got my money and left.
You see, she was totally inflexible and impossible to deal with.

glazed chicken tenders
I don't if it's that particular location or the time of night but I am completely dissatisfied with what I got I've had your glazed tenders before and they are always good but what I was just terrible when I opened the box it was stick I looked at the contents and it like they threw the chicken tenders in there and slapped the sauce on top, my fries where not even warn then I asked for a drink with very little ice they didn't even fill there was close to 2 centimeters of space between the lid and where it was filled
Then I had to ask just to get sauce it wasn't offered it was like my food was just tossed I know it was like 11:35 and they close at 12 but I was not happy with what I got I've never had and experience like this except once

never willing to substitute sausage with bacon. tried to charge me $14 for sm coffee and egg mcmuffin and didn't know why I was upset.
The 4 times I have tried going to this misserable McDonald's location, they have been ignorant and rude, have been unwilling to substitute the sausage with bacon and refuse to honor the 2 for $2 menu offer but tried to over charge me a lot. One time in the morning, I was forced to sit thru the drive thru as I was blocked in and lost 20 minutes but couldn't get what I wanted because the idiot and idiot manager could not grasp why I was so upset when they tried to make me pay $14. plus some change, for 2 egg mcmuffins with bacon and a small coffee. They are idiots and rude as well.

The past 2 days i have gone to mcdonalds like 2 hours before they close I tried ordering their breakfast and apple pies and they told me "sorry we cant make anymore breakfast because we close in an hour and a half and we have to clean" like i understand if it was 10 minutes before closing but an hour and a half before? and the next day i went to order apple pies and they said oh we stopped making apple pies and it was 10:30 when they close at midnight?
poor service & horrible food
Today is Wednesday October 10th @ 1:59a.m. I just want to start out by saying that I usually love going to this restaurant but after tonite I may not be going back to it. My team & I just got off work so we stooped into the Mcdonalds in Longmont, Colorado to eat before heading home. We all ordered our food & specifically told the cashier we wanted all the orders in individual bags to make it easier on us so we didnt have to figure out who ordered what. Well she called our # & there in 2 large bags was our order with 6 small bags laying on the counter so we could basically bag our own food, we started to eat. Well soon after that we were realizing that most our orders were wrong, the fries were cold & disgusting, chicken sandwiches had ketchup, mustard & pickles on them, 2 sandwiches had nothing on them & the soda machine wasnt available foor us to get our sodas that I bought. I spent alot of money on food to feed my employees & they were so mad with the service & the quality of the food that most of them just threw it out. We talked to the manager about it & she told me that if I wanted to repay for what was messed up I could but other than that there was not anything she
could do for me. I'm hoping that someone can respond back to me asap to at least let me know if I can get refunded for my purchases that couldn't be eaten.
service, missing items, very slow times
Im not the type to do this but the McDonalds in Pilot Point, Tx is always very slow with customers and every time I go im always missing items. I shouldnt have to check my bag after I get food. I promise im not exaggerating. Today my gf picked up 2 meals of steak bagel to bring me to my job. I didnt get both of my hasbrowns or any sugar in my coffee and they still charged her for the 2 meals. Thats not okay. Another example, we went after I got off last Thursday around 8 I believe, I asked for for a double beef burger with the onions im pretty sure its new it was featured on the screen. The lady EVEN repeated the order to me. When we got home I opened my box and I only got one patty still getting charged at full price for the two patties. Again like I said im not the type to do this but it possibly cant be that hard to get my order right. Ive worked at pizza hut before when i was 17 and Ive had a serving job before. Its not that hard working the food industry. Im not sure if they dont care or they just simply cant do it. Those examples are just the recent ones that have finally pushed me over the edge. I wouldnt be surprised if other people have contacted yall. Ive never talked to the manager cause im pretty sure the manager probably doesnt care because its so continous and im positive other customers have complained to the gm. I just know if I worked for yall I would get my [censored] right and treat customers like I would like to get treated. When I worked food industry I was always on top of it and never got complaints cause I actually had pride in what I was doing, something many people lack now a days. So thats why Im pretty upset how yalls employees in Pilot Point always mess up my order. I believe im speaking for the whole town here. If they are just there to make a check and not care then they shouldnt be there at all. And if that manager cant keep her/him head on a swivel then the whole restaurant fails. Its not rocket science. I hope something is done about this issue cause its way past due.
wait time and food
Very disappointed with wait time and food. On 10/9/18 I was the second car in line and ordered and paid for my food at 7:24pm. I did not get my food until 7:36 pm. I ordered 3 meals--a 10 pc. Nugget meal, a big mac meal and a buttermilk chicken meal. All medium sized. My food was lukewarm, fries were over cooked, the top patty of the burger was missing meat as if a bite had been taken out of the patty and the chicken patty was tough and overdone. The young lady at the window said nothing during my wait and looked as if she wanted to apologize but did not do so. I checked to ensure that all of my items were in the bag but did not inspect my food until I got home as I didn't think I had to other than ensure it was all there. I was too tired to return the food as I have a toddler who was hungry. This is the closest McDonald's to my home and each time I visit there always seems to be an issue where I have to request missing items or burned food. This is not fast food. If there are only 2 cars in the drive thru and I drive right upnto the order window, I should not have to wait that long for mediocre high priced food. I do not see myself returning to this location anytime in the near future. This is unfortunate as my 3 year old is in love with chicken nuggets. Other than better management of the food line I am not sure how to resolve the quality of the food. However a resolution to my situation would be to be reimbursed for my food which was not enjoyable at all. This visit left me wishing I had gone home and cooked or visited burger king.

I just tried to order from your location at 1612 Delaware Ave in Fort Pierce FL.. I place my order at 12:23pm for a sau egg McMuffin ml-hb an extra two hash brown and two sprites.. I sat in your 2nd waiting spot for 15 to 20 for my order they didn't even make by the time I got out my car to go check on my order.. I watch several cars leave out the drive thru as I was still parked waiting.. I asked my refund to be giving a coupon for a free sandwich with the next purchase which I didn't accept.. I feel as if your manager could have done more to satisfy me.. You always should do whatever you could to make you customer come back to visit.. in my case that wasn't going to cut it when I have a 9month pregnant women in the car with me...

It's been over a month since your mcafe machine has worked. Maybe longer. This morning it's theres an electrical problem due to renovations. Bull. I've been there repeatedly over the month and it is ALWAYS broken. Your food is always gross and the service there is crap. The black girl in the drive threw practically threw my food at me. Never again will I go back to this place. Rude service and I can't get anything off your menu as your machines don't ever function. Seriously pissed off this morning at the constant crap. Get it together!

This happen to me twice already and i'm just really fed up with the customer service at the Mac Donald Branch Restaurant #11403, I ordered a happy meal for my son and requested an apple juice because the last time ordered a happy meal at this location it didn't come with apple juice, i reminded person taking the order that this is important and to make sure there a apple juice inside the happy meal because my son will not eat the happy meal without the apple juice.
I called the manager at the Mac Donald Branch #11403 and the women manager said that she cant do anything about it and stuff like this happens all the time.
I want someone from Mac Donald Corporate to call these idiots running this business over at #11403 to get there act together and make sure all the customer orders are correct inside there meals that they paid for.
I love Mac Donald's and my son loves it too.

food quality
I ordered a chicken nugget meal after waiting in line for 24 minutes in the drive thru. I got home and opened my meal to begin eating my food. It was about 12:45 PM. The chicken nuggets were so flat, had no meat in them. They looked like cardboard pieces. I have never seen them look like this or taste as awful as these did today. I have a disabled son who can't be left alone, so I went to get a meal while his caregiver was here and when I got back she had to leave so I wasn't able to go back. Also, the fries at the location on Waycross and Hamilton Avenue are always cold. I eat at other Mc Donald's and get good fries. Very disappointed in the food quality from this location.
