I was at the drive thru, decided to go in. gave them the order and then waited about 10 min. was told that we have no more sausage and no more muffins
well that just great I ended up getting steak with my egg muffin bad ideal got sick to my stomach. you will find a copy of my receipt.attached there were a lot of people inside and out side getting mad about this service there. Missing breakfast with out the sausage and no muffins. how could you run out of this ? bad business for the chain.

October 28, 2018 around 1231 o'clock p.m. Sunday a order food very small amount of food the person was very rude doesn't talk very as I leave for you can't always hear what she said is and would very rude about bringing the food out and Connor through the tray at the table So I wasn't very happy with her attitude and then she started pick up m&m candy I said I got it. Don't all McDonald's be wearing gloves at all time when the serving food I just Just curious that's all thank you a customer.

My name is Rose Thomas. I am the mother of Diamond Leno-Thomas whom is employed at the McDonalds located at 8825 E. Jefferson Detroit MI. Within the previous few weeks of hire, Diamond date of birth 9/06/2002(age 16), has been demeaned, disrespected and harassed by the store manager Benny. He has used verbal methods of intimidation, including disrespectful derogatory language and verbal threats to terminate employment. Diamond is a minor and has been forced to work pass her shift time at closing which is unacceptable. She is given a shift end time of 930p however she is often forced to work until after 10pm which violates the law with her being a minor in school she is to work no later than 10p.
On 10/26/2018, Diamond was written up by shift manager Tasha up for not cleaning up the front end of the store. Diamond was assigned to work the drive through and had cleaned her back area and clocked out. After clocking out she was told not to leave and was forced to clean the front of the store after while being off the clock with an underlying threat that she would be fired if she left.
On 10/27/18, as her legal guardian I went to speak with the shift manager Tasha regarding Diamond being forced to work past her shift time and her write up. I met with Tasha to voice my concerns, she proceeded to give me her side of the story and then stormed off. Tasha contacted the store manager Benny via phone. While voicing my concerns involving my minor daughter, Benny became belligerent and proceeded to yell into the phone. He stated "This is my store and I will run it however I choose to. Your daughter will do as I say and stay as long as I wanted her to." He further stated that he "doesn't care what upper management has to to say" he will continue to do things his way.
Due to the level of disrespect and utter lack of professionalism I chose to discontinue the conversation and leave the location. Upon reporting to work 10/28/2018, Diamond contacted me concerned indicating that she felt scared to speak up and that she was being harassed by Benny. Diamond stated that Benny approached her in an intimidating manner with an elevated tone and stated "I don't give a [censored] what your mom said and if I hear anything else [referencing parental concerns of treatment and scheduling] you are fired". This behavior is completely unacceptable. It is common conversation among employees at the location that Benny is often disrespectful to minor employees and this is not the first time he has engaged in intimidation tactics. As a concerned parent I am very disheartened that my daughter is having such a poor experience at her first job.
I am very concerned that Benny is permitted to harass and intimidate the youth employed at the location and have them fearing termination if they speak up. At this point I feel as though something needs to be done and he needs to be reprimanded for his behavior. Due to his intimidation and harassment my daughter is uncomfortable with working any shifts with Benny yet she is forced to since he is the store manager. This is my local Mcdonald's and having been going there for as long as I can remember.
I'm very disappointed with my recent visit! I go thur the drive thur I place my order at 5:10 pm and get to the window and pay sit there another 10min as there are cars in front also waiting. Get to the next window and sit for another window waiting for my order. I see my drinks inside but nobody comes to the window so I flag a worker and he comes to the window and I ask whats going on with my order and he just said they are working on it. So now I'm very mad, he then tells me to pull in the waiting spot cause the car behind me his order is ready. REALLY!
'So I park and go inside and they are just getting my order ready mind you they didn't even give me my drinks when I Pulled to the pick up window. Time when I enter the building was 5:35. While I'm inside their is about 10 employees standing around as if there isn't 10 cars sitting in the drive thru!
I get my order and head home. I get home and open my bags and have burnt fries and the burgers buns are hard. worst service I've had here at my local Mcdonald's

I stopped for early breakfast at the Plymouth Wisconsin store. The store was disgusting, as far back as I could see behind the counter, everything had been spilled on, stained, and left. There were no clean tables, the garbage areas had not been wiped down in at least a few shifts. The floors were not swept and the employees were standing around or moving with no ambition let alone keeping the place presentable. I was disgusted by what has been a wonderful small town store.

This is at the 848 ALA LILIKOI ST location here in Honolulu. First is the wait at the intercom to place order at drive thru, waited about 3 mins for some one to take order. Then I was told that they are out of rice. How can MCD be out of rice. Seems to have bad management. 10/27/18 @ 6:30 am. This location overall has very slow service. Someone needs to check up on this locations management.

On 10/26/18 at the McDonald's in Eastlake Oh on lakeshore blvd approximately 7:50 pm. Very rude black girl at the window wouldn't tell me how much the bill was then acted like she spit in my coke before she gave it to me. My next letter is going to the BBB. I'm also considering calling law enforcement. Better considerations should be taken before letting someone like this run the window.
hair in my food 2 days in a row
I went to the McDonald's at 122 Delsea Dr. Sewell, NJ 08080 yesterday 10/25/18 for lunch. I ordered a Large Sweet Tea, a McChicken, & medium French Fries. As soon as I pulled the fries out of the bag, there was a little curly hair on one of the fries. I was thinking could it have been my hair, even though my hair is loc'd. So I removed the fry with the hair and continued eating. As I was almost done eating the fries, there was some other type of fuzzy or lint on another fry. I then threw the rest of the fries away. I ate the rest of my food hair free, I think. Today 10/26/18, I go back to the same McDonald's because it is convenient. This time I got the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, a slice of cheese on the eggs, and a small Orange Juice. I got through the Hotcakes with no problem. Almost finished the sandwich I made with the biscuit, sausage, and cheese eggs...I found that the biscuit contained a longer, straight piece of hair. For sure this was not my hair. I threw the rest of that sandwich away. This is ridiculous. Even if I don't get sick, it doesn't make this okay. Nobody wants hair in their food, especially somebody else's.

Larissa and Michelle were very rude to costumers and eating and drinking while costumers were waiting up to fifteen minutes for their orders they were also standing around on their phones instead of doing their job they were not in full uniform they were very disrespectful to their crew members and manager they were caught stealing happy meal toys and left work early with each other without finishing their jobs
not getting my order correct
I love in Elkins WV. On 4 separate visits to the Elkins drive through, I have ordered a"meal" which includes fries. I called the manager who told me that when I ordered again he would make note to give me the fries I paid for but did not receive. When I went back and ask, I was told there was no record of it and I would have to pay for them. I of course did not get the fries. Something needs done before looking regular customers.
I live in Elkins, WV. I visit McDonalds frequently when my grandchildren come. On 4 separate occasions I ordered "meals" which included fries. Each time I did not receive them. I called the manager who told me he would make note so I could get them on my next visit. When I ask for those fries on my next trip I was told there was no such note and I would have to pay for them. This is poor customer service for loyal customers.

I am traveling and I stopped at McDonald's in Jacksonville, fl the food was cold I didn't receive my receipt. constantly getting orders wrong
we've just visited the drive thru at moons moat in redditch (uk) and for the third consecutive time they've got our order wrong, we ordered a double sausage muffin meal and a bacon wrap, we got 2 bacon wraps with no ketchup so obviously someone's special order, as i stated this is the 3rd consecutive time they've got our order wrong, we do ring up and let them know and they say they put our name in the book but unfortunately we're not always able to go back straight away and then end up forgetting in a week or 2 to go back
drive thru refused to serve food
On oct 24 2018 around 11 pm my husband tried to go thru the drive thru for me and him. He waited about 30 mins or so to make it to the speaker to order then a lady came on and said to please hold so he waited about 15 mins then she came back to the speaker and told him that she was sorry but all the employees had finished cleaning because the store is under construction so she wouldnt be able to place his food. When he made it home and told me i called up there at 11 51 pm to talk to the manger and see why he was refused when they are still open and i got screamed at told i was a lair and hung up on. So i called back asked her name she said it was trisha the manger and joy was in the window also taking orders and that me and my husband both where liars and refused to look the cameras up. I tried to explain that i wanted to talk to another manager bc i want to speak to someone that will treat there customers better and she told me i wasnt allowed to. She refused to even care that anything happened and that her employees wouldn't be at fault. I have never been treated so bad by a manger in my whole life. I will be calling up there tomorrow to try and speak to someone else. My husband drives a red audi that needs a paint job so the cameras will prove that my husband was there. I hope mc Donald's fixes this before trisha and joy keep doing this to the customers. No one should be hungry and wait that long in the 1st place or should anyones customer's ever be screamed for calling a manager after a employee refused to sell food to them. cold food and bad customer service
24th of October 2018 my partner and myself went through the drive through of Hungry Jacks (15 Moore St, Moe VIC 3825) around 7pm to grab some tea. Firstly the guy that served us through the speaker phone was rude and was trying to hurry us up to make an order, we waited about 10+ minutes to get to the pay station when there was only 1 car in front of us and 1 behind (was not busy at all!). When we made our order we asked for fresh everything chips, nuggets etc because that's what we normally do when we order from HJs and also i am pregnant. We got 2 Large Hunger Tamer Boxes. Staff have in the past lied and said it's been fresh when it hasn't (this is not our first time getting COLD food). We got to the pay station and once again asked if everything is fresh before we left, the MANAGER on shift served us and said "It should be considering the wait"!? We went home and checked our food and as we thought COLD. COLD enough to make us sick and knowing that i am pregnant this makes everything worse if i was going to eat this and so was my partners food, enough to make him sick!
Unethical, unreliable and the worst food and service by date. We went back and told the manager on shift but she didn't care at all and quickly rushed us off like she didn't want to deal with it. No APOLOGY just [censored]ty service to get us out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, we wasted time for 2 meals that were cold that they expected us to eat a standard like this? We also wasted our time going back and forth because of their mistakes. I am extremely upset and my partner is extremely mad about this experience! We are over it!

I think your prices have gotten out of control. I went there with 3 adults and one child and it cost $38.00 and we just ordered big mac meals and one $3 fun meal...for a substandard hamberger and lukewarm fries I really do think thats way too much. There are no specials anymore like wendys and carl jr have except for the value meals .and I dont care that you get to sit down and they will bring it to your table..Did you know we could have gone to golden coral for the exact same price and had anything we wanted..salad, chicken, shrimp, mashed potatoes, steak etc...SO I think thats where we will be going
If you hate the food and prices so much, don't eat there anymore. Problem solved.

I Purchased a breakfast sandwich and was eating it and half way through I found mouse fecal in my sandwich this was from the Rutland Vermont store on Woodstock ave I am very disgusted with this I also had another sandwich with that order that is fully consumed and I don't know if that one had mouse Fecal in it also I do eat there often and never had issues but I will not eat there again or have my family eat there again this is very unsatisfactory and Unsanitary they have had problems before with food being Contaminated but this was the first with me so would like something done about this because people are going to find out and it not good for business and for peoples health

At 8:30 pm on October 23rd after a long day of work and a long drive home I stopped at the McDonald's in Bryson City NC. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a drink. The order was wrong and I was given a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I had already pulled away from the drive thru and driving down the road when I noticed this. It was tired from a long day of work and did not wish to go back. It was obvious that the biscuit was an older one heated up way to long in the microwave. The wrapper was grease soaked and all wringed up due to time. One bit and I had to spit it out. Still hungry I decided to stop at the Sylva McDonalds and order the same thing. Again it was old but at least the correct order. If you are going to serve breakfast items all day I would think that the stores would make fresh items not left over crap. I have always trusted McDonalds to have good quality food and could always depend on that in a pinch but not more so anymore. Over the last year or so I have had several incidents with hard burritos, stale fries and food that should not be served.
big mac and quarter pounder/ service
So my big Mac had no sauce or lettuce and the quarter pounder I got my father was raw he couldn't eat it. The service is very poor attitude is always a major problem there. Everyone who I know always has an issue with the attitude of the workers. They just don't care and it's getting out of hand. Highly doubtful I'll come back to the one on Oak Street Conway Arkansas.

Stopped there for breakfast. Lines were very long. Staff was extremely rude. Wait was 20 minutes. Food was not done to order. Ordered egg McMuffin. Bread was raw and not toasted. Would have returned but was late for an appointment. Had to throw meal away after one bite. Not the first time. Same experience every time I stop at this location. Staff needs additional training and would benefit from visits from the General Management. Overall store is VERY DIRTY. Will also contact the Health Department if my next the store is dirty
