horrible service
I am very dissatisfied with your location #979 in Dearborn Heights Michigan.
#1 They are constantly out of items ex. Shakes and other food items
#2 They just remodeled the building months ago and they still have 1 of there drive thru menu boards that doesn't even light up
#3 They are suppose to be a 24 hour location and inconveniently about the same time every night about 230 am they say they can't take orders
#4 I just went there today as order 56 as on my receipt and I was told to pull ahead for them to walk out my food at the drive thru.
I checked my bags while the women was standing there and I was once again given NO napkins. I simply asked her if I could have some napkins and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walk away without saying a word.
#5 Today I also had quite a large order and many drinks and they told me they didn't have drink holders...how is that possible..doesn't management order what they need?
All of these items listed are unacceptable.
This location is of poor quality.
I would like to be compensated for my horrible experience.

I know this is not a big deal, but they started a campaign in Canada for a two dollar special menu and some items actually cost more. Is not the money, you would think a multi national firm would live up to their reputation, they denied this when I complained even I took a photo of the poster in the restaurant. Their service has gone down hill, and when you see how they handle complaints it makes sense as customer service starts from the top.

The bathrooms are dirty the food is greasy the people have no people skills the food you wait an hour for is burnt or not cooked at all I had to get four burgers before I got a cooked burger and half the time you get someone else's order this going to the McDonald's in croswell so make it right or none of my family is ever eating here again so for gods sake FIX IT

I've been inside this McDonald's numerous times, each time it's been dirty. The toilet paper is very rarely in the dispenser, if there is any. It's usually on the floor, which has urine all over it When you tell the girls behind the counter they ignore your request. The manager is no better when she is informed that the bathroom is in need of service.

Cold nuggets one day stale bun on burger the next. Last time I ordered 10 piece and received a 4 piece and fries... Never going back Slow fast food is very bad. The only reason I go to a Mcdonald is to get it fast. This place seems to be understaffed all the time.

2/7/19 approx 10:25 am I placed an order for breakfast meal. The cashier, named winnie, turned to pour the coffee I tried to get her attention saying "excuse me" about three times but I was ignored. When I finally got her attention, winnie was very rude, and angry about my request to put, "two or three ice cubes in the cup" (because I drink the coffee black and it is served way too hot to drink). Winnie became angry and complained. The manage was standing right there and failed to intervene. When my order was completed winnie slammed down my change and yelled 'scew you!". The manager was right there and I said,"did you just hear that? She just said, "scew you" to me". The manager, who was not wearing a name badge and admitted she heard the cashier curse at me, said,"she would handle her employees", I waited and waited but she didn't do anything.
Clearly, shouting"screw you" to a paying customer who only asked for a few ice cubes is harassment. The manager is also negligent in her handling, or lack of handling of the situation.

every week I attend the same McDonalds with my 10 yr old son. It is his end of the week treat. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong ! ... 1x cheesburger Happy Meal ... Meat & Cheese Only ! ... as my son does not eat meat on his burger & there is no alternative at Maccas ... we then quickly remove the cheese & add the chips ! .. thus ... a chippee burger ! ... I do not know how many times the staff have gotten it right ... because 99% of the time it is incorrect! ...I have come to accept that the order WILL be wrong ... What really gets me going is the attitude of the staff & Management when I return to claim the correct order ! ... it is like ... I ... as the customer is at fault ! ... How hard is it to READ an existing order & get it right? ... at times the order itself has been taken incorrect otherwise it has been constructed incorrectly ... I understand McDonalds is extreemly busy at times ... old school or not ... THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ! ...Pay extra staff to man the counters ... slow down .. listen to an order .. don't presume ! ...teach your staff some manners ...even Managers (especially) ... The CUSTOMER is ALWAYS right ! ...don't think only the staff are annoyed when it is busy .. Fast Food is supposed to be exactly that ... FAST ...cheap easy meal ...That is what I expect. ...When I have driven through a drive through ... only to find as I am now a distance away that the order is incorrect & not what I ordered OR payed for ...time after time ... & Managers only response is to return so as to replace burger ! ...not good enough McDonalds! ... now as I returned yesterday 1/2/2019 ... again Burger wrong ... didn't read the order correctly ... I returned & waited ... for other existing orders to be prepared as my new burger was constructed .. after the wait .. I returned to find that the rest of the order was now consumed by son & no chips or shake left to complete burger meal & the BURGER was now wasted ! ... If the order is wrong ... replace WHOLE order not just partly ! .. after that experience ... as if I already hadn't had enough of poor service ... I again lined up to order an ice cream for my son on the way out ... again I stood in a long line & waited ... & waited ... & waited ... very busy with school kids & only 1 attending taking orders with numerous tills unattended... as well as ordering ... staffer is also preparing meals ?! ... I had waited in line for over 20 mins ...THIS TIME ... for an ice cream ! ... then the staff member expected me to stand on the side with other patrons who had ordered meals & wait ... again ! .. I am now outraged by service ... or lack of it .. that I stand my ground & waited at the counter ...I was told by another staffer to "move" so she could continue to take orders ... I stood firm ! ... I explained that I was waiting for my order that did not have to be cooked & would stay till I received it thankyou ... Staff member replied with the answer to me that ... "I was Rude !" ... #1... I do not go to McDonalds to be spoken to like that by young mannerless staff members who do not know better, ... or continually PAY hard earned money to McDonalds for poor service. It is the Management of McDonalds that needs to lift its game if it is going to allow its staff to treat paying customers in such a way ! ... Customers are the ones who are paying for a service that is below average & deserve & expect better from a Multi National Company such as yours.We are far from getting the service we are paying for ! ... We all deserve the right to be treated with RESPECT ... if your staff start to show some to your customers ... who knows ... your customers might start to return !

My bill was 6.2 Bd, i have took offer from Maxwallet, my invoice was showing 3.8 bd but McDonald charged me 6.2 bd.
I inform supervisor/manager, Supervisor was not responding properly the time i was talking to her. she agreed its a mistake and said its too late now, bank is closed, i will contact u tomorrow morning, till today no one call me.
Please look into the matter.
I ordered a quarter pounder and a cheese burger and neither one of the burgers had the orginal beef patties that are on a quarter-pounder with cheese or a cheese burger- It seems they orderded the patties local as they did not taste like normal Mcdonald's hamburgers.
Will not order them again! Please be aware of the meat on the hamburgers!

I come to this place everyday to get a bacon egg and cheese mcgridel meal and a large half and half ice tea. I went in to the drive therew they gave me a large coke the food was right.. I can not drink coke. Honest mistake.. I was going to go in the drive up again to have it fixed there was now a long line. So I went in the girl at the front told me to go fix it my self if I have a problem with it. Ok i'm now late for work. I went over to the soda bar to fix it "myself" the tea was old and the unsweetened tea was empty. I asked if they could fill it up behind the counter. And they told me o wait they will get more up front.. Very bad customer service exspecialy fro a everyday customer!

I have a complaint part of which is serious. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 small fries and 2 medium coffees. Instead of cheese burgers I ended with Fish burgers returned them and no apology . The coffee came cold not because the barista was busy as they arrived before the food.
However while eating the meal a cleaner came along to wipe the tables and instead or cleaning off the food left behind wiped it onto the floor.
I have been a fast food store owner for many years and know this is one of the most dangerous acts a worker can do resulting in the possibility of a customer falling in the mess especially chips and lettuce.
The staff at this Torquay stores service and cleaning should be looked at seriously . We will not be returning in any time soon .

I ordered food on the McDonalds app in Maple Grove Mn. Myself and a couple different families were staying at the holiday in thought lording on the app would be easier since it was a large order. I ordered 4 sets of hotcakes. We only got two packs of syrup. Two of the 4 kids had to eat there pancakes dry. I ordered 3 sausage burritos and got 0. I also ordered 2 orange juice received 0. The Male employee also was rude. I spent $53.00 and not happy that I didnt get what I paid for.

I pulled up to the ordering kiosk at 400AM and was told only breakfast and cash. I then waited about 10 minutes for her to take the order. There were 2 cars ahead of me. About 15 minutes later I got to the window and paid the $7.80 for a #1 with a medium OJ. Then the girl disappeared. There was 1 guy cleaning and 1 standing there drinking coffee and a manager dancing to the music. Nobody was doing anything. The counter on the wall hit 999 and just kept flashing 999 for several more minutes. The girl finally came back at 440 and handed me my order. I got home within 5 minutes, the OJ was as warm as coffee, the hash brown was ice cold and the McMuffin was like warm at best. 45 minutes for terrible service and terrible food. 24 hours but you can only get what they want to serve you. I will never go back to that place again.

Went to cassopolis, michigan. Mcdonalds ordered two sausage mcmuffins and 6 eggmcmuffins came to $21.24 I believe. It was a half hour before sunup. We we're told to pull forward... Kind of a big order. No prob they brought us the bag, we drove down road a mile before we started to eat. Wrong order..5 sausage muffins the ones on sale for about a buck! They wrang up my order correctly. But shorted me big time. We are on a road trip in snow wont be back for a week! Not happy! No reciept given.. I was out and about when I stopped in to get some dinner for on the way home. I don't have a car so I had my little pushcart for my shopping. Well, the soda only lasted until I got across the street and down the block a little (I'm only a fifth of the way home) before the top burst off and splattered all over me.
I'm not looking for any compensation but for you to realize the new plastic you use for your lods is sub par at best.
