One of my friends went through the drive thru a few weeks ago to order food and one of the employees at McDonalds had no smile and was very rude. She had a very rude tone of voice. We are today at the branch of McDonald's at forum le halles mall.
We gave the seller plastic glass and ask to fill half of it with hot water to the baby, after we ordered a meal for us.
The seller rejected rudely and said that u have to buy cup of tea and refused to our request to give us his name.
It's 29.5.2019, 13:30 and the seller was from Indian origin.
cleanliness of the venue
We have just called in at canklow Rotherham South Yorkshire the floors were disgusting I almos went to the floor chips crushed on the floor I am elderly and I managed to get my balance I know the place was busy but no excuses for this .we go to a McDonald's at Worksop in Nottinghamshire and it is spotless they are cleaning all the time I did mention to one of the staff but they did not seem to care I know not to call there again
latte, fries, nuggets
I went to this McDonald's around 8 pm and after I paid the girl hands me my change and says the printer is broke so I wasn't given my receipt (come to find out it was only out of paper...go figure!) Just been to Haslett Avenue, Crawley McDonald's. And extremely disappointed.
Received my order promptly although the server had a problem understanding English.
Found that my drink had no ice so went back to the counter to ask for some. I was ignored by 5 members of staff, including what looked like the manager, and after 10 minutes I walked out!
So angry! It was supposed to be a treat for my son. Instead he got a fuming mother! If someone is standing at the counter, they need something, please teach your staff this!
2 combos
I went there and asked for a quarter pounder combo with cheese mayo tomatoes and ketchup and recieved a regular quarter pounder with all the toppings and than had big mac combo and recieved chicken..the fries were cold I asked for mayo for the fries and again never recieved it which is ridiculous being you have to pay for it..it seems every time I go in there there rude and rushing you, all they care about is there speed of service and have no customer service skills
drive through
Me and my dad went through the drive through and the lady had us repeat 3times after each disconnection then went on another order. It was more then one person taking our order. Not only was that the issue, at the window after we paid our order took way to long and let alone wasent even right or good. My mcfluffy was more so milk with m&ms and my dads chocolate shake wasent even chocolate. The employees were rude, disrespectful, and made a wrong order.
pricing difference
while getting breakfast at store #1980 we we gave order and were told the price was $13.01, which is what it usually is. After paying with a debit card and looking at the receipt we were charged $13.43. Told them when we picked up the order and were told the price on the receipt is what it costs. Wondering why the difference from ordering and paying.
manager/sanitation
At the pearl river, la location the "manager" has been consistently screaming and threatening to "snap" since we walked in right before 10:30. It's almost 11 now. Also there are several employees including the "manager" Autumn who are wearing their hair down and/or loose. Honestly the worst customer service and least sanitary. Also they did not acknowledge customers at the kiosk. She also just threw packages of cups on the floor after demanding her other employees to stop what they're doing and take some trash outside.
drive thru
Went thru the drive thru paid which was quick pulled to 2nd window got my soda was told to move to reserve spot 2. Then set there for over 25 min while 4 employees ran around the parking lot with orders set thru at least 20 cars and was ask 4 times if thus order was mine the last time I told the guy that I had been waiting a while he asked me my order and went in and got it.

constantly getting charged more for downgraded order
Fort wayne indiana goshen rd. No surprise that location keeps screwing up i use debit card everytime i go the its considered credit fraud when you charge people the full amout of what they ordered and you dont give them what they paid for does your company want to be know as low life thives or start doing something about that location so people get what they paid for its sad you guys are that hard up for cash

poor customer service
I am a frequent customer of your fastfood chain. Sometime this April 2019, me, my brother, sis-in-law, niece and cousin visited your store in CM Recto Clark after our jogging in the morning. We experience the poorest service you can imagine in a fastfood outlet. The drinks they serve does not have straw. So, I had to go to the counter again to ask for it. The person who is in the counter at that time was only writing as I later have known was also the manager of the branch, her name is Ms. Catherine Reposa. Instead of handing me a straw, she just point me to go to the attendant without looking at me. I went back to my seat after the attendant gave what I need. Then, they serve my pancake without the utensils, so I went back to the counter to complain. This really got to me as they were always like this in serving their customers. My brother ordered coffee and they serve it in a cold drinks cup without cover. This only shows how the manager/ supervisor poorly manages the store. It gives a bad impression not only to that branch but to the whole brand as well. This is just one of the many bad experience I have encountered in this branch.
We think employees were not trained well. The server needs to check the completeness of the utensils and the accuracy of the orders of every customer. The manager is incompetent and is setting a bad example to her subordinates giving the whole branch a bad image.
nasty service and food
My family had ordered food from 1910 E Johnson Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401 me and my daughter went to wait for our food and there was another customer playing loud vulgar music. Husband brought back food and the burgers were done wrong I went to get them fixed and it took them like 10 minutes to just fix two little cheeseburgers. my husband went to ask for a small container of pickles and he had to ask like four or five times before they would get them for him when he came back and sit down one of the coworkers said "I didn't think white people like pickles" which I thought was a little bit on the racist so my family and I just got up and left and my family and I will probably never go back.

I came in Today may 6 at McDonald's on dundalk ave at 2pm and the was a white girl on the register by the door and she was working very hard and trying to do the best she could. There was a black girl with a pony tail up front she was very rude and called the white girl dumb. I just think it's wrong that you let people treat other employees like that

Every single time I go there it's a problem either I don't get all my food.. they give me wrong food.. they have ppl working there that's nothing making the mc cafe drinks right... Went to the McDonald's on 1405 S Byrne Rd, Toledo, OH 43614
Ordered my food at 8:47PM had to to pull up which never works out for anyone but I order 2 2 for 5s and a quarter pounder meal 2 4 piece nuggets and 2 small fries so after sitting there and watching 20 cars go and get their food I finally decided I had to go in at 9:30PM and they still didn't have my order ready then they forgot my fries just crazy I had to wait over 40 minutes to get fast food and went through the drive- thru and then still had to go in it's just not right my email is [protected]@yahoo.com address is 948 National Toledo oh 43609 name is Brian Beaty
double charged on debit card

My boyfriend and I made an order throught the automatic machine and we tried to paid with my Visa Debit Card but transaction was rejected so my boyfriend tried with his debit card, but again transaction was rejected. The machine message was "go to the cash register to paid your order" so we did. finally we paid the order in the "caisse" with my debit card (last four numbers 5014). Today we notice that we paid our order 3 times!
We would like to know what we can do to get our money back..

mozzarella dippers and straws
Today I would like to inform you about the morzella dippers and the straws so I went to Mcdonalds today and I was disappointed about the morzella dippers I was quiet disappointed about the inconvenience and when I drink the cardboard gets soggy and melts I would like it to be replaced back into the store again I hope you take this complaint in consideration as I was quiet disappointed with the situation thank you
