The manager at this chain yelled at me for pointing out the fact that his employees were slacking off when I was trying to order. These employees were also doing unsanitary things(doing her hair around the food) in the kitchen. As I tried to pay for my food I mentioned this and he even went as far as to basically call me a liar as he tried to cover for his employees. Not only this but the way this manager acted in general gave a very unprofessional view of this McDonalds. The way he was even messily dressed reflects poorly on the company. This is horrible considering that especially in times like these customers need to be assured that fast food restaurants like this are clean and safe. Not to mention not feeling like they’re going to get yelled at every time they need to order from a chain like this.
Desired outcome: This manager needs to get some clarification on how you treat a customer right.
