McDonald's

We went to McDonald’s 1/17/23 to the Old Jackson highway location in Tyler Texas, and our order was put in completely wrong. Then we get to the window to get out food and the girl hands is our food, not very friendly to begin with and we stated we had asked for 2 large sprites. (Which we did but did not get entered into our order) she then goes “okay I’m checking your order” not friendly AT ALL. She comes back and asks for our receipts and said it’s not on the receipt so you don’t get it. Which we would have kindly paid for them even though we just spent $20 and were over charged for stuff we didn’t order. But we left due to her absolutely rude behavior. And won’t be coming back to this location because of this girl.

Didn’t catch her name, it was a young girl working between 7:15pm and 7:50pm.
