Online service delivery
On Tuesday 22 November 2022 at 12h07 I placed an order online order with McDonalds. I signed in as a guest as I didn't want to download the app. I completed all the Fields that was required, providing my delivery address and my telephone number.
My Order consisted of the following
2 x 10pc Chicken Nuggets with Sweet and sour sauce
1 x Super-size Big Mac meal
1 X Big Mac only
2 X Additional Sweet and Sour Sauces
Payment was made using their secure pay option. I used my Credit card and the payment has gone through.
Well I didn't receive my food, and I did not receive any feedback regarding as to why my order was not processed and delivered. I consider this to be theft and want to be refunded or at least my order honoured.
Desired outcome: Well i would like a refund or atleast that they honour the order for which they have taken the money.
Customer Service
Female manager on night shift is so rude she threw our money at us and refused our service….. rewind your cameras to 11/21/2022 at 7:12 p.m and how watch. Just Watch how the MANAGER represent your company. I never received my daughter and I food. I could hear the manager using very vulgar language in regards to my bill that had. She proceeded to open the window so hard and I asked her “did she have an attitude” and if everything was okay. It went from there.
Desired outcome: No food, service refused because we didn’t have proper change
Drive thru
On 11/20/2022 at around 2pm I went through the Drive Thru and made an order (4 happy meals, single plain cheeseburger, & a McChicken/small fry bundle), paid for that order and got my receipt. We visited Mcdonalds in Aylesford today. Sunday 20th November, we went through the drive through at 14.14 and were asked to park up and they would deliver the food.
Not a problem as this happens most times we visit.
Our food was delivered at14.42! no apology whatsoever, it was stone cold and the dips had been forgotten.
i really don't mind being asked to park up but waiting half an hour for cold food is really not acceptable.
There was obviously a major issue as everybody coming out was parking up. Had I been told there was a half hour wait for food I would have chosen not to order and left.
Desired outcome: a credit note for £13.00 this being the cost of my cold lunch
If you’d have returned your lunch at the time they would have offered an immediate replacement or refund on the spot. Instead you’re going to have a very long wait if ever you’re refunded I’m afraid :-(
Service
The people in your drive thru windows should really know how to speak english. I have had repeated orders that have not been correct simply because you are placing people into drive thru positions that do not speak english fluently. This is insane considering your business is based on speed and accuracy in the drive thru. I was in the drive thru this morning and had to wait there while the non-english speaking worker struggled to figure out that a mcmuffin is a muffin... I get my order repeated to me at the window which seemed to be correct, that is until I get home and realize that they screwed up my order... Blatant disregard for customers.
Desired outcome: I would like you to stop putting people in the drive thru that do not speak english and get my order correct.
General manager
Me and my wife were there eating. I asked the employees if I could put in my bike inside. Due to their store being in a bad location. The employee said yes it was fine just as long as it is out of the way. We ordered ate our food paid for the whole 9 yards. But as we were leaving I went to grab my bike and I was walking out the door and the general manager rudely said you cannot bring your bike in here and I said I’m sorry we’re leaving. She did not want to hear anything I had to say. She barely even let me out the front door and physically pushed me out the door and kept telling me to get out. Once we were out the door and I told her you need to educate your employees on what your procedures are. She threatened to put a criminal trespassing warrant against me. I’m sorry but as a general manager I didn’t know that you were supposed to run off your customers like that or treat them like that. Not only physically putting your hands on your customers but verbally abusing them as well. I’ve had a few friends at work for this lady and they have told me the same thing that she is a terrible woman to work for and they never wanna go back there. I have never had such a terrible experience with a McDonald’s in my life it has always been a happy place since I’ve gone to since I was a kid. I’m just happy our daughter wasn’t with us.
Desired outcome: A formal apology from the general manager and for an attitude adjustment because that’s not right you have now lost a steady customer.

Hi I am letting you know that this place is racest to other color of people and they been making the little white guy do all the work if you go and ask them they will say its not true. And I know they don't never get anyone food right and they have cockroaches, they are under the coffee pot that I have seen. I don't like getting anyone in trouble but something must be done with this store
Desired outcome: they shut down or a new manager in that store and more color of people so this would never happen to anyone again .

Owner / management
I started here as a manager I got paid as one but never received my manager shirt although other walks and immediately gets a manager shirt. They still owe me my check and my separation notice the owner and other managers ain’t no help neither will communicate it’s going on three weeks now since I’ve worked for McDonald’s. I even worked days I just got out the hospital from surgery they don’t seem to even care.

On Friday 11th November 2022 I decided to treat my 2 grandchildren as I was looking after them. I had not seen them for over 9 months as I don't live near. We visited the Hylton Road branch and ordered food in branch and it came and was really hot and tasty. However, the only place we could find room for the 4 of us was really not clean at all. The table was filfy and the floor so sticky that our shoes stuck to it. It was the same all around us and other tables not cleared. The restaurant was busy but this is probably not really an excuse I don't really think.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate your comments as we were not impressed!
Mod bad service
We was at McDonald’s on 2048 hwy 20 we had a Mobil order and we was waiting for 10-15 mins so we diced to go look in the note on the door bc the lobby was closed and it had a number to call. lot to attend a class because there wasnt any where to park at mcneese university parking lot and she is new to the area so she thought it would be safe to park just for 1 class when she came back her car had been towed there is currently no signs where she was parked stating she would be towed or any no parking signs why not give her a warning dont park here again or you will be towed no no nothing there isnt a sign there so she wasnt aware and now she had to pay the tow charge because some manager had a bad day she didnt think she was breaking any rules or laws because there was no sign saying she couldnt park there there was no verbal warning saying she would be towed he didnt tell her which company towed the vehcile he just walked away he should repay her that tow charge which she has the recipet and apologize and maybe get a sign out there so the next person new to the area who thinks McDonald's was a safe place to park knows not to park there.
Very rude person service sinks
Kaylee o'connor has been herrssing us worker's and the costumers for awhile now and we talked to the manager about it and they said they was going to fired her for misconduct she also was stealing cookies and other item's from work she's been useing the phone when she wasn't allowed too because of are rules here and taken 1 hour breaks and she hasn't been training the new people at all she's been letting the other people at work train them and she's been living to you guys for a while now it needs to stop before you guys go under because of this rude human being thank you for listening and taking the time to read this.
Desired outcome: She needs to be fired from McDonald's.

I stopped at the McDonalds drive thru on Gardiner's Road in Kingston .After reaching the destination where I decided to eat. I had ordered a chicken snack wrap and Big Mac sandwhich. I ate the snack wrap first then proceeded to get Big Mac out if bag. Opened wrapper took a bite to find a long about 6 inches black hair in the midst of the sandwhich. I just about threw up. Looked up the phone number and told the employee what had happened. She apologized and told me that I would be getting coupons through the mail. She promised that I would receive them after I gave her my address. She again apologized. That was about 4 months ago and nothing has been sent to me. She even had my number so if she misplaced the address she could have called.
Desired outcome: I'm not one to complain but come in the hair wasn't mine and for her to tell me she would send coupons then don't is poor customer service. I haven't been back to McDonalds since. Anyways they need the money more than I need there food.
Distribution of food
I went to the McDonald’s in tinley park, Illinois on 11/6/2022 for breakfast. I was given someone else order in which I went thru the bag to discover that it was someone else’s. I explained to them I had the wrong order and they then went to give the order to another car. “I thought once an order the left building it could not be given to another person “? I then waited from 10:58 until 11:15 before I was given the right items. I am most upset that they passed on a meal that I went through to make sure it wasn’t mind. Aren’t there sanitary precautions that they need to follow? I didn’t have a big or complicated order at all. I know I don’t want any order after someone goes through it. Desired outcome: To discuss this procedure with the company that have to be responsible for this large mistake.
Service
I want to do in my order on one of the machines would not let me pay by card so I had to go over to the desk the girl who stood there serve another customer whilst helping another colleague she walked away from me and the other colleague said there was someone waiting there and looked back and said “ oh [censored] sake” and walked back to me she did this in Front of the shift manager which I spoke to about this and he just said he didn’t hear anything

I didn’t receive my order and was charged
I placed and order at the McDonald’s on Tegler Drive 11/4/22 at 9:54pm. I ordered and picked up through curbside and it was missing everything but the drinks and 2 orders of fries.
I didn’t see this until I got home.
I tried calling the store numerous times and no one answered. I would like my money refunded
