At 1130pm 10-29-22 we was going through the drive thru they accidentally had put onions on our burgers we tried to tell the guy slash manager a tall white male working the window & he rudely said idk & gave us the food then walked away. He is possibly a manager with long curly hair & a beard. He had a tone & attitude the whole time he was talking 2 us shut...

McDonald's Always closed

Every time I go there after 10pm they say their systems down and can’t serve customers. Just change your hours of operation to reflect what you’re doing. Honestly the range and frequency which they use this excuse I doubt it’s actually their system rebooting as well just they don’t want to take orders and have no supervision.

McDonald's castle bridge and the app

Ordered through App on phone 2 breakfast double bacon egg mc muffin meals drove to castle bridge Nottingham store

put pick up at restaurant

carpark shut when arrived with cones , no notice parked in lidl walked across explained to someone outside as i wasn't allowed in

that it shut due to maintenance from 6 am

asked why my order was accepted and it states on app you are preparing it

and taken my money told nothing they can do

asked for cash refund as i cant do anything now as money taken from my account for items i not had

surely this is ilegal /?/

asked why their no not temporarily shut down as i know other McDonalds have done this to prevent this problem

McDonald's Mobile App

Every time I go to this McDonalds I can never order through the app. I think they don't know how to handle those kind of orders. My order was $16.72 with the 20% off coupon it came to $14 and something. When get to the window the guy tells me I owe $10 more after they charged $16.72+ twice. Now it was just $19.74 on my card. They refuse to give me the food I paid for then I was told they refund my owe order. SMH THEY TOOK MY $19.74 AND MY DAUGHTER AND I LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND OUT OF $19.74 UNABLE TO GET SOMETHING ELSE

McDonald's incorrect order twice

As I'm writing this message, I am so furious and disappointed with the way I was treated at Mcdonald's Church Street in Pietermaritzburg. On 26 October 2022, I went to buy Sausage and egg muffin breakfast, I waited for almost 30 minutes to receive my order, and when I arrived at the office, I discovered that I was given a Hash brown muffin, I went back to rectify that, and the manager was laughing as if nothing wrong happened. I went back to the office only to find I was given the very same Hash Brown Muffin I returned. I went back to Mcdonald's for the third time, I then requested a refund because clearly, they didn't want me to buy what I needed.

McDonald's Lack of products such as ketchup as well as mcflurry and the loaded fries

So it is with utter disgrace and very disgruntled at the same time that i have to mention the lack of service and products at the Bellville branch.On the 24 Oct 2022 at 19h58 myself and my brother took a family for supper of which in total we spent almost R800 and still not received ketchup, also they were out of stock for a number of items for the 2nd time in a row such as the loaded fries and mcflurry of which we wanted to purchase. My question is how do you do your stock inventory as it is at a peak time for the fast food places being month end?

McDonald's 2 of the staff girls were very rude: aarti and saba and they lied twice to us.

This incident took place at Mc Donald's, Tardeo (Crossroad). Two of the staff members Aarti and Saba were very rude. They kept me waiting for 10 minutes, took orders of others who came after me and took my order at the end once everyone else was done. We first ordered three Mac Saver combo which we have ordered earlier and they were very reluctant that they can't give us three but only one and we will have to order one online when we tried ordering it online there was payment issue so we were unable to do that so they gave us only one Mac saver combo while we actually wanted three. They lied twice to us first they told us there is no coke and we will have to take Blueberry or something which would cost us additional 29 rupees but then we saw other people taking coke so then they had to give us coke and they told us straws are over but we saw people who ordered just after us got straws. I have been n number of times to that place and I saw the two first time handling the order counter and they were not able to manage it. Also they were very rude with another customer who ordered from two different mobile but they were like you already redeemed it while he was actually showing the two different orders on two different mobile. This incident took place on 26th October 2022 around 3:30 pm.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate if the two could be little kind and not so rude and also not lie next time and give what the customer asks as we have got it previously 3 Mac saver combo and don't keep such combo if you can't afford it.

My son ordered us breakfast on 10.26.22 at 10 a.m. exactly on the receipt. He was sent to parking spot 8 and left there for 40 minutes until I called to ask what was going on. She was very rude and said she'd find out what happened. She brought the coffees to my son and walked away saying nothing. After 45 minutes our food is now cold and inedible. Not even an apology was offered.

McDonald's Disrespectful cashiers

I had placed my order on the self service machine then the machine did not print out the receipt of my order so I go and explain to the cashier on what happened. He tells me that the machine had to give me a receipt but the machine said I should tell the cashier that my order is no. 7. He answers me with an attitude that I should swipe my card again then goes to the back where they Prepare food and gossips about me. He got the receipt of my order at the back and not from the self service machine that I was using. He sends another colleague of his to my table while we're enjoying our meal to bash the receipt at the table. Those cashiers are really disrespectful. They made me feel like I'm the wrong one wherein I don't work at McDonald's and clearly the printing on the machine did not work. It's their responsibility to make sure that the paper is enough for prints out for orders. McDonald's in Roodepoort, opposite Wilrogate, the guy cashier has an attitude problem and that lady Tsholofelo. Why do they work with people when they don't know on how to solve problems that arise at work? But instead they can gossip and bash tbings into their space.

McDonald's They always mopping in the morning instead of the night at closing with no wet signs in the mornig, even when it is raining or has rained

On October 25, 2022 I went to McDonalds in Kinder, Louisiana...I ordered and when I was carrying my coffee back to my seat, I slipped on the floor, which is has been raining and the floors were wet AND NEVER NO WET SIGNS...When I slipped I hit my face on a patrons leg who was in the booth (thank God or I would have crushed my face on the seat) and hit my knee pretty bad and swollen and I am really sore on my right side...they waited like 30 minutes to even come see if I was ok...other patrons that saw what happened helped me up...The manager came to me about 30 minutes later and filled out a report and took a picture of my knee and my cheek underneath my right eye and I am not exactly a young person.

I am a retired paralegal and work at the storage facility in Kinder LA...I will watch my knee because it hurts and it is blue red and green...

I need to hear from someone asap concerning this matter

McDonald's Theft

I was at 7916 Montgomery road McDonalds at 1:17pm the lady at the back window took my card so I can pay for my order it took her atleast 2 to 3 minutes ti give me my card back it’s something going on I had to cancel my card I’m sure I saw her take a picture I get to the second window and asked for a manager they said it wasn’t one available to call so I left and pulled around called the store I was told the same thing I did file a police report I will be pressing charges this is very unacceptable this is theft

McDonald's Rude employees

I had a long day at work. Wife is out of town. So I went to McDonald a on highway 20 in Decatur AL. To get dinner for me and my 2 sons. I pulled up to the drive thru waited for someone to greet me. After a minute waiting I said hello. I heard a very soft voice but no recognition of why is being said. I said could you please turn up your mic, I can’t understand you. She kept asking what I want to order. I said ma’am. I cannot hear you could u turn it up. Finally it was at a volume I could make out why she was actually saying. She said what do you want? So I gave her my order. I pulled around to window and she opens window and I said ma’am u need to let your manager know your mic needs turned up. While I was telling her she interrupts me and tells me my total. I said excuse me I was asking you to inform your manager and she does it again. I paid her the money and she slams the window. When she opened it I said hey don’t be rude I was just informing you to tell the manager and she interrupts me again and said they train us to take orders really fast. I said whats that got to do with the mic being loud and she slammed the window again. So I pulled up to next window and asked for manager. She made me wait because she was the one who supposedly was making my food. She came to window I explained everything I just told you up to this point. She say ok. Your order will be a few more minutes because we had to grill the second patty for double quarter pounder. She never said I’m sorry. Or I’ll make sure to talk w her or I’ll make sure the mic is turned up. She said “ok”. Then I asked for hot mustard and the girl gave me one. U think a manager who just was told her employee was rude to a customer would have given him an extra hot mustard. So I got home and my double quarter pounder was supposed to have mustard and onions. Only. The receipt taped to the box said that. The manager who made my burger put a huge blob of mayo instead. The manager made it. I will never never never go back to that McDonald’s unless I decide to picket in front of their property. I am expecting a phone call from owner tomorrow!

McDonald's Service. Long wait

I went to the drive thru. Window. With my son. The cars were lined up around the bldg. We luckily weren't to far. We pulled up to the mic after. 3 cars sat there. For over 20 mins each waiting for someone to. Answer. More cars lined up to the. End of driveway blocking. Out to brewerton road. Drive thru. Was doing fein t counter and drive thru. I don't think u have enough help. However. Clearly. The workers need to be more careful on there. Orders because. I'm allergic. To. Dr pepper. I ordered a diet coke. My son. Ordered a coke. And i got Dr pepper and. So did he. Needless to say one sip and. That's it. It could have been a bad scenario. Ur workers. R not paying attention to this orders going out. I. Sat for a while waiting. Then almost had an issue with soda I'm allergic to. Get ur workers going it higher more. People. I want a refund for my stuff since i. Could have had a bad reaction if i had. Started drinking a lot of the soda. I have allergies to. Diet coke clearly isn't Dr pepper. Ordered a adult meals a while back. They put the drink in bag with no cup holder. It spilled all over in bag. My food was soaked. Box was. Soaked and fell apart. No tou. It was gross. My dog ate it. No one wants diet Pepsi. Food. Irresponsible workers. Should have been refunded for that as well. Mcds used to be my fav place. Now it's burger king. They get there orders right and out fast

McDonald's Rude employees hazardous bathroom

Soaking wet bathroom floor. No warning sign. Did not use the bathroom as a customer coming out said the floor was very slippery. I don't live in Alton NH. Very inconvenient. Next went to order from Kiosk no receipt printed. Went to the counter the young girl was not even paying attention to me she was talking with 2 other young girls. The manager had to tell her it was a kiosk order.

McDonald's Employee

While being attended at McDonalds an employee from the back made his way to the front and over to the fries, took fries and put it in his mouth. The manager told him something but he ignored her and went right back to the kitchen as if he didn’t care. Don’t think this is acceptable, company should address this.

McDonald's Unprofessional employee

Yesterday, at 7:49 PM, I went through the drive-in at Store # 10413. We passed your promotional display that spoke of 2 for $3.50 sandwiches. As we placed our order, I asked, in addition to the Bacon McDouble and the chicken sandwiches shown, what was the other burger on the display. The attendant did not know and offered no help. As I got to the payment window and presented a coupon, I was told that it had expired and was invalid. Such coupons have always been accepted before at that window! As the attendant was argumentative, I went so far as to say "[censored]". I was told to swear at my wife and not at him. He went further to make a disparaging remark about "white people" and I said "f... you". He became aggressive and actually went to the pickup window to say that he would further deal with me there. Discretion being the better part of valor, I did not stop to retrieve our order, but left the store and went elsewhere, avoiding an altercation.

McDonald's Servixe delivery waiting long for my food order.

Arrived at Ottery McDonald's in Cape Town. Was assisted by a friendly young unknown black male at the touch screen option using my debit card. I waited for 20 minutes whilst some other customers received their meal before me. The young man that assisted me at the touch screen eventually noticed im still sitting and waiting for my meal. He eventually went to the kitchen make it himself to my surprise. At this pointing time i had to leave for duty still hungry and firmly request a refund. I informed them that i no longer want the meal. I end up speaking to a Ms Nandipha to get a refund after explaining myself and then i was referred to her team leader Mr Ashley. I was told i cannot get a refund for the transaction done on the touch screen option i will have to leave my debit card details to get a refund. At this point i just wanted to get out of the restaurant knowing i had to report for duty. The team leader Ashley stopped me on my way out in the parking lot and asked for the actual slip for reference and i can only take a picture therefore as proof. At this pointing of time Ashley apologized for the experience and offered me fresh fries to have and i politely declined with the response i want my refund instead. If this is the kind of service one have to experience just to have a quick meal at McDonald's then i dont think this place should even offer what they cannot deliver. Please can someone contact me [protected] RE:my refund at your earliest convenience.

McDonald's parking outside inverness mcdonalds

hello

i parked in loading bay outside inverness mcdonalds last night which clearly states you can do so from 6pm to 8 am. This morning at 7.50 i received a call from police asking for me to remove my car. i did state i was on way there and would be there for 8am which i was. I was told delivery driver for mcdonalds couldnt unload. When i arrived he was unloading and parked in loading bay so this was a lie.

I am unhappy at mcdonalds contacting authorities when i have did nothing wrong. Can someone please investigate this and either call me on [protected] or email [protected]@yahoo.co.uk. I will separately be taking up with authorities also.

McDonald's Big breakfast

I ordered a big breakfast at around 10 am on 10/18/22 the manager on shift took the order I specifically asked for my eggs to be real eggs (real eggs not the one that comes from the box) I asked them to be scrabbled. I future asked her if she understood she did not answer me and gave me an unscrambled egg (egg mcmuffin style) I told her this is not what I ordered she gave me an attitude. She did not say that she could not accommodate my order she was very rude. On top of it, her assistant came over and ask me what I wanted I told him real eggs, not the ones that came in the box and scrambled. Instead of real eggs, I got boxed eggs. I used to work at mcdonald's and when the customer asked for something if it was reasonable we accommodated their order and we at times did what I asked for (real eggs scrambled) it is not hard to scramble real eggs it's the same process as the boxed eggs this a complete lack of customer service I have no problem paying extra if need be whatever happened to your way at mcdonald's.

Desired outcome: ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMERS there is no need for a procedure to scramble real eggs it's the same as scrambling eggs from a container and takes the same amount of time.
