McDonald's

At approximately 8:40pm on March 3, 2023 I used the drive thru service at the store located at 3010 Canton Road, Marietta, Ga. 30066. My order was 3 fish fillets with no other items. There was a customer in front of me who was having a lengthy discussion with employees and eventually someone I would identify as the manager. Apparently they had filled her order incorrectly and she was requesting the items she had ordered. When I approached the window to collect my order, the employee asked what my order was. There was only one other customer following me so I'm not sure how orders got confused. I was given my 3 fish and proceeded home. I live one mile from this store and never made any additional stops. After arriving at home, I discovered all 3 of my sandwiches were not near fresh. In fact, they had probably been sitting for sometime before given to me. Fish was cold and buns were even cold and not near fresh. I rarely visit McDonalds and this incident will keep me from using McDonalds in the future.
