I worked 12 hours I went thru the drive thru in Lincoln, Alabama. I got home and received 2 chicken biscuits and the chicken was so hard as well as the biscuits. I called the store several times to let someone know and no one answered. This is the second time I tried this location and my ordered is always messed up. This will be my last time because it doesn’t take much to fill the correct order. The second window there was a person who didn’t speak but just throw my food and drink to me. I have tried this location but I just have to not come here again
Desired outcome: Refund or make my order right
