McDonald's

This morning March 29, 2023 at 8:00a I purchased a French Vanilla Iced Coffee on my way into work. In between working and sipping this drink the ice melted and when I went to drink more I looked and what did I see but a piece of white tubbing and rubbery particles floating around inside the container. At first I thought it was a cigarette butt and then I thought no way! Then I took the top off to examine what exactly that foreign matter was and I could not believe it, it was a clearly broken off piece from the machine they dispensed this product from. I tried calling the Russell Cave McDonald's where I purchased this drink and I just got a message that the phone did not have its message system set-up and to call back later. I then called the Corporate Complaint Line and I got a CSR who took my information and said someone from a number I might not recognize would be calling me back and at 3:00p I still have not heard from anyone. I have a piece of this foreign matter caught in my throat that has not passed through my system and no one seems to call. This is just awful and I am very upset over this!
