New washer, just over 2 months old, has been a grave disappointment from the beginning. Service man came and informed there was nothing he could do for me. Apparently these machines do not fill adequately with water or spin clothes dry to an acceptable level. I did not buy a washing machine to have my clothes barely wet, hardly able to move in the wash only to then spin out barely and often wringing wet.

Claimed loss: $900.00
