Purchased a washing machine on June 28, 2025, delivered on July 2, 2025. The lid locked up on the washing machine on/or before September 26, 2025.
Maytag repair person came on October 14, 2025. It is October 25, 2025 and I still have not seen a repair person. I have contacted Maytag requesting my washing be replaced with a new machine. No help!
Be last time I purchase a MAYTAG product. Very disappointing! I am going to report to IL Atty General

Claimed loss: $818.79 Model MVW4505MW S/N CE1904265

Desired outcome: Please issue me a new machine. I am a senior citizen, and this machine cost me $818.00. What it gets repaired and happens again????I would greatly appreciate a phone call & new machine
