I have called into their customer service on three separate occasions now. Every single time they just tranfer me to someone else. After that, they either wait out the business hours or hang up on me. My two dishwasher racks are still under the 10 year limited warranty. Both are rusted at this point. It is ridiculous for a company to try to wait out the time period on the warranty by giving horrible customer service. My warranty is now almost expired, and I cannot get a representative to do their job.
Claimed loss: The racks for a dishwasher are anywhere between $100-200 each. My racks should be replaced under warranty.
Desired outcome: Send me the top and bottom racks for my dishwasher under the company's stated 10 year warranty.
