Maytag review: Washer stopped working. Lid won't lock

My machine stoped working one week after buying it from Costco. Have been waiting for a week with a full hopper filled with water for repair. This company (Whirlpool) is the worst in customer service. They are hard to reach never, return calls. forget reaching someone on the weekend! We called 8 days ago and are still waiting for the repair that was set up. This thing is going back to Costco Monday, 10 days after service call and still no repairman. I am so pissed right now words can't describe.
