I bought over the range microwave on July 23, 2023 the model #YMMV4207JZ and serial #TRA5016195.
After two years it stopped working, I know it has a 10 year limited warranty. I called maytag after waiting more than 2 hours I decide to leave a call back number, they never called me back. After two days I called back early to get customer service, I was told that I am second in line and waiting time is 10 minutes, but after many hours I finally gave up. This is the worst company to deal with never buy this BRAND.

Recommendation: Do not buy!!!
