Bought a Amana washer from Lowes. I returned within 48 hours and complained and they said I had to call whirlpool. I called whirlpool they sent out a technition a month later . They did nothing and said it was low water pressure which it was not. It does not spin the water out of my clothes. Lowes will not take it back and whirlpool is giving me the run around. Neither company will take it back. Do not buy this washer or buy any appliance from Lowes. Neither will get my business. Buyer Beware! model number is NTW4516W4 serial number is CE3502716

Recommendation: Buyer Aware
