I ordered 2 items on the 4th of November. I have been tracking this order and saw that there wasn't any progress so I called to enquire only to be told that the department that was responsible does not have a number and they can only be emailed internally which the agent will do and get back to me. I called again today when I didn't get an answer and it turns out that their supplier does not have stock and they were going to cancel the order. It took 21days for them to realise this and apparently my order was in a queue and someone was going to call me at some point. The cherry on the cake is that I need to wait 10 to 14days to be refunded on advent calenders that were ordered well in advance. This is the second time that I've ordered and their 'supplier' has run out of stock. Certainly not using them again
Recommendation: Don't bother paying money for them to sit with it for a month and cancel it last minute
