I bought my son a new Iphone 13 at Makro Centurion on the 26/11/2025, only after 4 weeks it was over heating and it didn't charge, I returned it , and was told to remove find my phone app on the phone from another devise, but the report back was the app wasn't activated, and the company that sells the phones to Makro insisted that it was activated, I was then advised to go to Istore, where I was told, with my sons credentials the app is not active, but the phone has the app activated, then we will have to lodge a call with Apple, and the technician at Apple informed me that Makro didn't sell me a new phone, someone had the phone, hence we have to lodge a call with Apple, now I want my refund , and the multimedia Manger, is Condescending and talking down on me , and was refusing to give my refund. and I don't want a replacement, I want my money, as i don't trust the company that is selling these phone. The Multimedia Manager is very rude, and talks down on people, and makes costumers feel like she is above all, and owns the shop.
