MakeMyTrip - Booking Date Technical Issue
I had booked a ticket for the 18th of May'22 for a flight at 17.20 on the website of Make my trip. Due to a technical glitch on the website, the booking got confirmed for another date on the 18th of June'22. I had to cancel the ticket for a higher fare later. They mentioned that they will charge for the cancellation and also for change of date.
I have tried booking on Make My Trip before too, but this has never happened and I seek a solution for the same.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my ticket since I had to rebook the ticket due to the technical issue from Make My Trip.
MakeMyTrip - Traveling not done by me
Sir, I booked a bus ticket from MFP to NDLS (NU210811032026062), PNR-37NZVKKX) from JGD travels pvt. ltd. But bus is not departure form muzaffarpur at 10:45AM. There is no any bus from Muzaffarpur at 10:45AM. I left my next train from NDLS.
SO, Kindly refund my ticket amount.

MakeMyTrip - Cancellation/refund for a train journey
MakeMyTrip rail e-ticket for booking id -NR2200249642706830
This booking is not visible under MY TRIPS on website/app and there is no way of cancelling this ticket. I called the helpline number and it is of no use, just refers to the bookings which are visible. Also the helpline number has no option to connect to a Customer representative. Also send an email to [email protected] but no reply.

MakeMyTrip - Money deducted but ticket not booked and not showing booking ref number or transaction ref number
My flight ticket wasn't booked, but amount was credited to MMT. I had to book the ticket again and this time it was successful. But, the amount deducted in first attempt hasn't been refunded. After connecting with Bank Authority, they confirmed that the amount has been credited to MMT. I can't find a way to reach MMT customer care, they just have the IVRS for new/past booking info. Also, neither the website or app has a complaint platform.

MakeMyTrip - Amount deducted without issuing any ticket
I tried to book a ticket for 2 persons on Durgapur Chennai (Spicejet SG 332) flight for 22 Nov, 2021 using my SBI Debit Card. An amount of INR 8738 had been deducted, but the booking was not completed, the console showed a 'payment failed' message. Later, after half an hour, I found the money has been deducted. I am still waiting for a refund. Tried calling, emailing, chatting with makemytrip, but there are no channel through which I can reach them.

I made booking via MakeMyTrip app for a round trip to Vadodra on 4th October-8th Oct'21 amount of Rs 18, 772 was deducted on 11th September'21 at 11pm BUT, have not recieved my booking confirmation till now.
My bank has confirmed payment successful
The payment reference id shared by bank is 13946387897.
I even recieved a confirmation from Indigo airlines for booking. The transaction id shared is 5f3f7d8bf5e420210911053306.
BUT, MakeMyTrip is not confirming the booking.
Iam highly disgruntled and upset. Kindly look into the matter and update me at the earliest.

They processed the payment transaction, deducted the payment but no ticket has been issued instead they sent me a message that my booking has failed but they already deducted the payment from my card. MakeMyTrip - Refund under booking ID NF7814625299 / PNR AB46VJ
Due to pandemic our flight was cancelled last year, Spicejet confirmed that full amount has been credit to Makemytrip but till date the amount has not been credited to my wallet. As the booking is more than 1 year old so it is not reflecting on MMT web portal nor there is any customer care executive available on any numbers. Even there is computer generated response on email.
MakeMyTrip - Long delay in refund of cancelled tickets
I have cancelled my ticket booked through Makemytrip (Booking reference id: AN7019555100890) on 25th April 2021.
The booking is from Dubai to Hyderabad (Indigo) and Hyderabad to Dubai (Emirates).
After continuous follow-up's, the refund has been initiated for Indigo flight.
However, the refund amount for Emirates is showing as Zero. I was shocked and called their customer care who do not have any clue to guide and they finally say it would take another 45 days to process the refund. Meanwhile Emirates has denied to refund any amount if the booking is done through travel agent (Make my Trip).
There is no clear information neither from customer care nor any definite time line to process the refund.
Request Make my trip management to look into the matter and do the needful and its a lesson learnt that I would never after book any tickets through your portal

I have made a request to transfer Rs 6566 from my MakeMyTrip wallet to my bank account on 28/01/2021 for Rs 6566 /- for my cancelled trip from Delhi to Kolkata via Indigo. I paid Rs 14716 /- for my cancelled trip from Kolkata to Delhi and Return journey. But I have just received Rs 6398 /- refund for a cancelled trip from Kolkata to Delhi trip via AirAsia. I am yet to receive Rs 6566/ for my cancelled trip from Delhi to Kolkata via Indigo. Although you have received Rs 6566 /- from Indigo on 08/12/2020 and showing that it has been transferred to my bank account on 28/01/2021. I am attaching the screenshot of my Makemytrip wallet.
I tried to contact you over the phone and chat with no success as usual.
Repeatedly I am sending requests and tried to contact the phone but without any help. Always I am getting a response that I have received Rs 6398. Therefore read the message completely before your reply.
Look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as it is over one year that I have not received the refund.

MakeMyTrip - Go air
I had a flight scheduled for 3rd June 2020 from Mumbai to Delhi with Go Airways. My flight got cancelled due to Pandemic Situation .
I received an email from Go Air that that flight has been cancelled due to some unmanageable situations and i can either go for alternative flight or request for full refund.
I contacted Make my Trip (which was really hard to contact) they mentioned that they mentioned that they will processed the request and they will check with Airlines and will process the request. Its been months i have been trying to contact to Make MyTrip and their number does not work nor they have any email support. I tried to contact to Go Air and Wow! their numbers are also not in use. I am feeling cheated here .

MakeMyTrip - Flight status due to change in travel advisory
I booked a ticket for Manchester-Mumbai on Turkish Airlines for March 20, 2020. Due to the travel advisory, i have been trying to speak to Makemytrip but i'm perpetually on hold. After holding for more than 1 hour, finally lost patience and disconnected. Now i get a message that my problem is resolved but i have no clue what the resolution is since i did not speak to anyone w.r.t. my problems.
There is no email ID that i can write on. I found one email address and wrote on that but the mail bounced back.
How in heaven's name are we supposed to connect with them?

MakeMyTrip - Cancellation charges

I am not able to understand your calculation of cancellation charges. As per the E ticket issued to me on 19th Feb, it is very clearly written cancellation charges per passerger as Rs. 16065 by the airline and Rs.649 by MMT. Despite this you have deducted the convenience fee @Rs.1279 as well. This is not at all correct because i) You have taken the convenience fee at the time of booking and ii) you have written very clearly of the cancellation charges on the ticket.
Therefore, kindly refund me Rs.2558, the excess amount deducted. You have taken the convenience fee once while booking. Therefore, You should not be taking the convenience fee twice especially when you are charging Rs.649 as your part of cancellation charge.
