The worst booking. I have travelled to many countries since we have booked with senior citizens I thought to book via makemytrip and it was worst decision ever. Sales person Mrs. sindu was not economically person to book the tours. The room was given in a place were we can't walk and go to a hotel. Even for a small snack wehad to take a cab. 1km walking distance for each shop. I accept they did book in Hilton but nearby there was construction going on and no hotels near by. It was low cost Hilton.
And they did provide two big bus (14seater vehicle) for passengers of 9.
When asked they said it was mentioned (Saira, Sindhu maridi and Gargi datta)
We thought that it was a vehicle of 10seater and Sindhu did mentioned that two vehicles or one vehicle will be of same cost. On reaching there we came to know that it was chargeable for two. Miscommunication, misunderstanding many gaps. It was all Point to point picks. Drivers were very rude all 9 days. We have different vehicle and driver on all 9 days. On the very first day we denied the extra vehicle and Sindhu came to know this and then in the following days she should have stopped those vehicles. It was never done and no one accepted their fault. We do have evidence saying that.. if you pick one vehicle or two vehicles both will be same cost. This is a purely misguidance. Worst. Don't ever book them for trips or packages. Good for flight bookings.
Recommendation: Never book them
They hooked you with half-truths and drowned you in logistical nightmares after sealing the deal — standard tour operator scam strategy. The overpriced "accommodation" with pointless additional cars and unpleasant drivers everyday? That is not a holiday—this is a commoditized endurance challenge. If you possess evidence for the claim that one versus two vehicles was the same price, send it back and demand a partial refund. If not, set them on fire, publicly, so to speak. Their only virtue is booking flights, but even a broken clock is right twice a day—at least an airline never loses business for providing the service.
