I have made a booking for which the payment has already been deducted from my bank account, but the app still shows the status as “Payment Awaiting.” Customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue.

As a result, I’m unable to access my own money.
Booking ID: NH70178442260164 — still showing as “Payment Awaiting.”
