I have booked ticket from MakeMyTrip app from pune to Indore, on 21 April 2022, Next dat got message from bus operator informing that bus break down and passenger will be not able to travel. so i did canceled the ticket, after some day i contact with bus operator for refund, as the informed they have refunded the payment, but still i have not received refund. Ticket details as below.

dear i search and call many of your contact all answer system and no way to can talk with any assistant, all system answer what u need not what we can explain, how can we contact your company if we have problem ? im here in UAE, before your office here was easy to call , now only system answer machine we cant ask help. then maybe we lose ticket if we cant talk to your staff, if like this you will continue i will be never make any ticket from your website,

I booked two air-tickets for the second Delhi - Jabalpur scheduled for 17 August 2022 by Spicejet.

On 13 August 2022, I requested for cancellation of two tickets due to cancellation of flight by Spicejet. I have got a message that refund for one ticket is processed. I have not received any message for cancellation of second ticket. Details are:

But because of some reasons flight has missed

Indigo has returned INR 2,124 as taxes.

My name is uma maheswari Venkatesan Kumar. I booked through makemy trip for my travel from Doha to Chennai via Delhi on 10 July, PNR:5NWTNM.

While booking the ticket, my name appeared as uma maheswari Venkatesan Kumar, but, the ticket was issued as Uma Maheswari missing my Surname.

I raised this issue to Makemytrip and their response was to cancel the ticket to make business, instead of changing the name.

While booking the ticket, name is Uma Maheswari Venkatesan Kumar has been taken as "Uma Maheswari" ignoring the Surname "Venkatesan Kumar". Despite several request to Makemy trip, customer care is not updating the name. I request the team to amend the name to Uma Maheswari Venkatesan Kumar for my upcoming flight (PNR: 5NWTNM) from Doha to Chennai on 10July2022.

Yesterday, on 2 June 2022, an amount of Rs. 822.82 was deducted by MakeMyTrip without any prior warning or information about what these charges are for. I have been trying to delete my MakeMyTrip account but there is no clear informtion on how to do it. There is no real assistance from MakeMyTrip. The Customer care numbers are just an endless loop reaching nowhere. No assistance or support received from MakeMyTrip. No real person to reach out for the queries.

With reference to the above, I have booked a Bus Ticket for Trichy to Coimbatore, Pickup from Opp to Trichy International Airport and drop at Coimbatore Omni Bus Stand as per your website shown below.

My Actual pickup time is 01.30 am on 22-May-2022, but the driver called me for pickup around 11.50 pm on 21-May-2022. How it is possible 1 hour 40 minutes earlier than actual pickup time and catch the bus. Hence, I told your driver it is not at all possible to come without collecting my luggage. So, the driver has not picked me up and went off.

Actually my flight is reached around 11.10 pm on 21st May and I was waited to collect my main luggage from the conveyor. I was collected my baggage around 12.30 am and hired a taxi from Airport to Trichy Junction and find an another sleeper coach bus and paid around Rs. 850/- because no other option to come to Coimbatore. Due to this I have lost Total Rs. 823 + Rs. 850 = Rs. 1,673. Also, I was totally upset on that day, I cannot spend atleast 1 hour with my family due to this frustration and upset its keep on coming my mind.

Hence, you are requested to consider we are coming from Abroad, please arrange to show only actual exact information in your website, that will be helpful for us to use your features.

Also request you to re-pay Rs. 1,673 into my same Credit Card Statement Account.

I had booked a ticket for the 18th of May'22 for a flight at 17.20 on the website of Make my trip. Due to a technical glitch on the website, the booking got confirmed for another date on the 18th of June'22. I had to cancel the ticket for a higher fare later. They mentioned that they will charge for the cancellation and also for change of date.

I have tried booking on Make My Trip before too, but this has never happened and I seek a solution for the same.

Sir, I booked a bus ticket from MFP to NDLS (NU210811032026062), PNR-37NZVKKX) from JGD travels pvt. ltd. But bus is not departure form muzaffarpur at 10:45AM. There is no any bus from Muzaffarpur at 10:45AM. I left my next train from NDLS.

SO, Kindly refund my ticket amount.

MakeMyTrip rail e-ticket for booking id -NR2200249642706830

This booking is not visible under MY TRIPS on website/app and there is no way of cancelling this ticket. I called the helpline number and it is of no use, just refers to the bookings which are visible. Also the helpline number has no option to connect to a Customer representative. Also send an email to [protected]@makemytrip.com but no reply.

My flight ticket wasn't booked, but amount was credited to MMT. I had to book the ticket again and this time it was successful. But, the amount deducted in first attempt hasn't been refunded. After connecting with Bank Authority, they confirmed that the amount has been credited to MMT. I can't find a way to reach MMT customer care, they just have the IVRS for new/past booking info. Also, neither the website or app has a complaint platform.

I tried to book a ticket for 2 persons on Durgapur Chennai (Spicejet SG 332) flight for 22 Nov, 2021 using my SBI Debit Card. An amount of INR 8738 had been deducted, but the booking was not completed, the console showed a 'payment failed' message. Later, after half an hour, I found the money has been deducted. I am still waiting for a refund. Tried calling, emailing, chatting with makemytrip, but there are no channel through which I can reach them.

Kindly note my complaint.
I made booking via MakeMyTrip app for a round trip to Vadodra on 4th October-8th Oct'21 amount of Rs 18, 772 was deducted on 11th September'21 at 11pm BUT, have not recieved my booking confirmation till now.
My bank has confirmed payment successful
The payment reference id shared by bank is [protected].
I even recieved a confirmation from Indigo airlines for booking. The transaction id shared is 5f3f7d8bf5e420210911053306.
BUT, MakeMyTrip is not confirming the booking.
Iam highly disgruntled and upset. Kindly look into the matter and update me at the earliest.

At the time of payment money deducted and payment failed and ticket was not booked and money get into mmt i confirm from bank about my money deduction he told me that the money debited and get into make my trip.

Hi, good day. I booked a ticket from MMT yesterday August 6, 2021. They processed the payment transaction, deducted the payment but no ticket has been issued instead they sent me a message that my booking has failed but they already deducted the payment from my card. My booking id is AN7914755544552, rountrip ticket from Dubai to Amman via fly Dubai. I check the status and my refund has not been processed yet but I was inform that it was already initiated but nobody from. MMT can explain what really happen to my failed booking. Kindly please processed my full refund immediately. Do not add up to the problem that most of us were struggling due to this pandemic, I booked from MMT because I thought it was a legit online agency.My name is Marvilyn C. Due to pandemic our flight was cancelled last year, Spicejet confirmed that full amount has been credit to Makemytrip but till date the amount has not been credited to my wallet. As the booking is more than 1 year old so it is not reflecting on MMT web portal nor there is any customer care executive available on any numbers. Even there is computer generated response on email.
