I had booked my travel through an Indian company called Make My Trip to greece. I got their full holiday package including Flights, hotels and visa assistance. On their full guidance, I applied for Visa with full itinerary details and got the visa 3 months before my date of travel after validating all documents through MMT.

Now 3 months later, as I complete my travel, I find my flight route and layover period in another schengan country was elongated and I was not even notified about this. My schengan visa expires April 15 and they told me its OK to leave greece on April 16 (and infact Greece immigration officers were kind enough to understand my situation and let me exit on April 16, but they told I cannot go and layover in Rome over April 17, 2024 which was initially not the case until the flight changed!). I tried contacting Ethihad airways and they told they understand the concern but only the "agent" should act. My agent turns out to be make my trip and guess what? They did not pick my calls! Messages, emails etc. my personal travel assistance agent did not pick calls as well, left me on read - Left me figure everything out alone in a foreign country. their insurance page was broken too! Each and every support agent was messed up.

I then interacted with the Police officer of Greece to handle the situation and booked a flight through Turkish airways and went to istanbul and then boarded a flight to India from there. Note! The greece police officer, humble man, kind man helped me when a support agent should have done all this. here is what make my trip did:

1. Gave false information about Visa - Probably to scam me so i cannot cancel anything until its too late

2. Did not notify me about flight changes - Again to scam me so i cannot cancel?!

3. Worser than (1) and (2) - No support assistance! Broken insurance page

Claimed loss: 2 lakh rupee INR and 3 days of mental peace

Desired outcome: I need an apology and a monetary compensation for my money loss and the mental trauma the support agents put me through! I need an apology!
