Firstly the amount refunded was not correct and raised to airline and after that complaint remaining amount was returned as per them. Can you please check and confirm the amount for this PNR you got from airline as flight was cancelled by airline not by passenger.
Even the customer care no is not working. Please reach out to the passenger no to resolve this
